The city notes add that maths and science step up sharply in Class 9 and that a gap left there shows up in the board year, so Class 9 is a common starting point for regular tuition. Heritage Town, the old Boulevard Town with White Town and the Tamil Quarter on either side of the Grand Canal and Muthialpet to the north, is compact, and homes there usually open onto the street, so you ring at the door. Write a profile that answers the questions Puducherry parents ask first: which syllabus, which classes, which language and which localities.
