HPBOSE students prepare for the board's Matric and Plus Two English papers. English moves online easily: a shared document lets you mark a paragraph and have the student rewrite it during the lesson. That makes a home-plus-online week practical through the snow months and on foggy monsoon days.

For the demo, ask the student to talk for a minute about something they know, then write three sentences about it.
