Koba has its own NXTutors page in the Koba, Raysan & GIFT City zone of Gandhinagar, alongside Adalaj, GIFT City and Raysan. Requests from Koba can include home tutors from Gandhinagar and from Ahmedabad, as well as online tutors, which gives you a wider set of people to consider.
A useful first message is short and specific. Say which class your child is in, which board they follow, whether CBSE, ICSE or the Gujarat board, and which subjects need help. For Physics or Maths, list a few chapters that have not quite clicked. For English, say whether reading, writing or speaking is the worry. Add the days and times that suit your household.
Some children work well with a tutor at home; others are comfortable online. You might prefer a mix, keeping the tutor your child likes for both. NXTutors suggests two or three tutors and shows each fee before you book a free demo. During that class, notice whether your child is asked to explain their thinking; tutors who do that usually build understanding that lasts. Afterwards, ask your child how it went and take a day before you decide.
