When you open the Yerawada page, the tutors shown first are those who live here or say they will travel here. If nobody has listed Yerawada yet, the cards that follow come from other pages of the Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar & Kharadi zone, such as Kalyani Nagar and Vadgaon Sheri, then from across Pune, and then from online tutors. Real tutors always sit ahead of sample profiles, and every card tells you why it is on your list.
To help the match, tell us your child's class, board and the subject that needs attention. A note about learning style is worth adding: some children like worked examples, others want to try a problem first and be corrected. If English or Marathi writing is a struggle, ask for that too.
Agree simple goals for the first month, such as finishing a difficult chapter or feeling ready for a unit test, and ask the tutor to share progress briefly after each lesson. Your child should feel able to ask questions without embarrassment; watch for that during the free demo, because it matters as much as subject knowledge. A tutor who notices hesitation and slows down is worth a second look.
