Avas Vikas Colony, also written Awas Vikas Colony, is in the south of Saharanpur, with Haqikatnagar, Pant Vihar, Praduman Nagar, Navin Nagar and Chander Nagar listed nearby. Its newer part, New Awas Vikas, has an urban health centre on NH709B, the highway that runs from Saharanpur towards Shamli and Delhi. Most homes listed here are family houses.
Put any block or sector number from your house plate first in the address, then the house number, and say whether you live in the older colony or New Awas Vikas. Tutors coming from the city centre usually travel down NH709B, so a slot outside the early evening rush keeps them on time. Many requests from Avas Vikas Colony are for primary and middle classes, where a tutor builds reading, tables and homework habits. Tell the tutor which board your child follows and send the school timetable, so lessons fit around class tests. In the demo, ask what the tutor will do in the first month and how both of you will know it worked. A short review after four weeks keeps everyone honest, and if the match is not right, choosing another tutor is free.
