Kolsewadi is one of the main residential and shopping parts of Kalyan East, on the other side of the railway line from the old town. Families here usually say they are in Kalyan East before naming the colony, and that matters, because a tutor living in Kalyan West has to cross the tracks to reach you. A tutor who already lives east of the line is often the easier long-term choice.
Many children in Kolsewadi study in semi-English classes, where maths and science are taught in English and other subjects in Marathi. The switch can feel sudden in Class 5 or Class 6, when new technical words arrive every week. A tutor can build a small notebook of terms with meanings in both languages, which helps a child read questions calmly in tests and later in the SSC paper.
Give the colony name, the lane and a shop or clinic people know, and say whether the tutor should come by the main road or an inner lane. In the free demo, ask how the tutor would handle a chapter your child found confusing at school. NXTutors sends two or three tutors with their fees shown upfront, and switching tutor later is free.
