Tutors who join go through an ID check. Tell us the class, board and your area: we share two or three matched tutors, each with their fee, and the first class is a free demo, at home or online.
Book a free demo classAcross NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Most Class 11 and 12 science students in Loni spend the school year writing full answers for a board paper, in Hindi, English or a mix of the two. JEE (Main) asks for something quite different: quick, accurate choices on a computer, with a mark lost for each wrong one. A home tutor is most useful exactly at that join. The job is to keep the board course moving while training a second habit beside it, so the student can switch between writing a derivation and picking an answer under the clock. This page explains how Loni families set that up, which chapters of the UP Board course carry over, how to practise for a screen at home, and how tutors reach each part of town. The national JEE home tutor page covers the exam in more depth.
JEE (Main) is run by the National Testing Agency. Its 2026 bulletin described Paper 1 as a computer-based test in mathematics, physics and chemistry. Each subject had 25 questions, 20 with four options and 5 needing a numerical value, so the paper held 75 questions for 300 marks. A right answer scored four and a wrong one cost one, in both sections. There were two sessions, the better score was used, and the paper could be taken in 13 languages. JEE (Advanced) came next for those who qualified through Main; in 2026 it had two compulsory papers, offered in English and Hindi, and a candidate could attempt it at most twice, in consecutive years.
These details are from the 2026 documents. Check jeemain.nta.nic.in and jeeadv.ac.in for the current year before you plan, because rules and patterns can change.
Board preparation and entrance preparation share most of their chapters but reward different work. The table sets them side by side, so a family can see where a tutor's hour should go.
| Point | Class 12 board paper | JEE (Main) Paper 1 |
|---|---|---|
| What earns marks | Full steps, a labelled diagram, the unit at the end | Only the final choice or number |
| Wrong answers | Part marks are possible for correct steps | A wrong option costs a mark |
| Where it is sat | Pen on an answer book | On a computer |
| Speed | Steady writing across the paper | Many short decisions, some skipped on purpose |
| What a tutor checks | Presentation, steps and practical records | Accuracy, choice of method and when to leave a question |
A student who only does board work tends to be slow and careful on a timed test. One who only drills objective questions often writes thin board answers. The tutor's task is to keep both alive, usually by splitting each session: part teaching and board writing, part timed questions with a review.
Many Loni students sit the UP Board Intermediate examination. The board's 2026-27 syllabus files on upmsp.edu.in show where the Class 12 marks sit, and those weights overlap heavily with what JEE tests.
| Subject | How it is assessed | Heaviest parts |
|---|---|---|
| Mathematics (131) | One 100-mark paper of three hours | Calculus 44; vectors and three-dimensional geometry 18; matrices and determinants 15; relations and functions 10; probability 8; linear programming 5 |
| Physics (151) | 70-mark paper plus 30 practical; at least 23 and 10 needed | Optics 13; electrostatics, magnetism, induction and alternating current, atoms and nuclei, and electronic devices 8 each |
| Chemistry (152) | 70-mark paper plus 30 practical; at least 23 and 10 needed | The paper must include at least 8 marks of numerical questions |
Read the maths line twice. Calculus alone is 44 of 100 board marks, and it is also a large part of JEE mathematics, so time spent there pays on both sides. In physics, the practical is passed on its own, which means the lab file cannot be left to February just because entrance work is busy. CBSE and ICSE students face their own schemes; see CBSE home tutors in Loni and ICSE and ISC tutors in Loni, and the UP Board tutor in Loni page for the board itself.
A good share of Loni students write their board papers in Hindi, and many others learn in English at school but talk through problems at home in Hindi. JEE (Main) offered 13 languages in 2026, including Hindi and English, so no one has to switch. What matters is choosing early and sticking to it. A student who learns "vidyut dhara" in class and "current" from a video can lose time on the day simply reading the question. Ask for a tutor who can explain in either language but sets every practice question in the language your child will choose for the paper, and keeps a two-column list of technical terms from the first month of Class 11.
Because JEE (Main) is sat on a computer, a few weeks of screen practice before each session is worth planning. You do not need special equipment. A laptop or desktop, a quiet corner and a set of past papers typed into a timed format are enough. Three rules make it useful:
In the board months, paper tests take over again, so the switch back to full written answers stays smooth. Our online and offline tutoring post covers the wider choice.
| When | What happens | Format |
|---|---|---|
| Two weekday evenings | The weaker subject: one concept rebuilt, board questions written, then timed objective questions | At home |
| One weekday evening | Doubts from school or class, cleared while fresh | Online |
| Weekend morning | A timed practice test, on screen or on paper depending on the month | At home or online |
| Weekend afternoon | Review of that test and the practical file | At home |
In Tronica City and Mandola many parents work long shifts, so the slots that survive the whole year are often evenings and weekends, with online sessions on the busiest weekdays. If your child also attends a coaching class, send its timetable with the request, so the tutor does not repeat a chapter the class has just taught.
| Locality | What tutors need to know | What to send before the demo |
|---|---|---|
| Tronica City | Addresses run by sector; the township is reached from the Alipur bund road side and the Delhi-Saharanpur road side | Sector, plot or flat number, and the housing block name |
| Mandola | Tutors from Tronica City and Pavi Sadakpur can often come; the Loni-Murnagar Road links it to town | Block and flat number for Mandola Vihar, and the gate to use |
| Behta Hajipur | A large area between NH-709B and the Loni-Ghaziabad Road; tutors want to know which end | The end you live at, the pocket name and the house number |
| Indraprastha Yojna | Flats in numbered blocks, close to Behta Hajipur and Banthla | Pocket, block, flat number and which entrance a visitor should use |
| Pooja Colony | Independent houses on narrow lanes beside Rampark | Gali and house number, and whether you are nearer Rampark or the main road |
| Loni Dehat | The old village core, where homes are found by landmark | The nearest crossing, a shop and the gate colour; meet at the main road on day one |
The zone pages for Tronica City and Mandola, Behta Hajipur and Banthla and Rampark and Khanna Nagar add timing tips, and every locality is on the Loni home tutors page. Tutors who live in nearby parts of Delhi or Ghaziabad can also teach here; see our JEE home tutor in Ghaziabad page.
This is the year to set both habits. Mechanics, early calculus and the mole concept need to be secure, and the term list in the chosen paper language should start now. Board-style writing can be lighter in Class 11, but timed objective work should begin within the first term.
Plan the year in blocks: new chapters and screen practice until winter, then board writing and practicals, then back to timed tests. Ask the tutor to write the blocks down at the start, so the board months are protected.
Start from the previous attempt's score report and practice tests, chapter by chapter. Daytime home sessions are possible, which widens the choice of tutor. Check eligibility in the current bulletin and brochure first.

Yes, a UP Board Intermediate student in Loni can prepare for JEE Main with a home tutor, because most Class 12 board chapters are also entrance chapters. The 2026-27 maths file gives calculus 44 of 100 marks, a large JEE topic too. The tutor adds timed objective practice beside board writing.
A Loni student who writes strong board answers often struggles in a JEE mock because the two papers reward different habits. The board gives marks for full steps; JEE Main scores only the final choice and takes a mark for a wrong one. A tutor trains both by splitting each session between writing and timed questions.
Yes, your child can sit JEE Main in Hindi, since the 2026 NTA bulletin listed 13 paper languages including Hindi and English, and JEE Advanced 2026 was offered in both. Choose the language early, ask the tutor to set practice in it, and confirm the options in the current bulletin before registering.
A Loni family can practise for the computer-based JEE paper with an ordinary laptop or desktop, a quiet corner and timed past papers. Keep a rough sheet beside the keyboard, enter only final answers, practise flagging doubtful questions, and have the tutor review every wrong or skipped answer soon after the test.
Yes, the practical matters, because the 2026-27 UP Board Class 12 physics file sets 30 practical marks beside a 70-mark paper. The minimums are 23 in the paper and 10 in the practical. Each part must be cleared, so the lab file and viva need regular time even in busy entrance months.
In Tronica City and Mandola, evening and weekend slots are usually the ones that last for JEE tuition, because many parents there work long shifts. A common pattern is two home evenings for the weaker subject, one online doubt session on a busy weekday, and a weekend test with its review.
Yes, a tutor living in a nearby part of Delhi or Ghaziabad can often teach JEE at a home in Loni, depending on which side of town you live. Tell us your locality and an exact landmark, and we match tutors who can keep the slot through the whole year.
A Loni parent should test whether the JEE tutor handles a board question and a timed objective question on the same chapter in the right way. Also check that the tutor asks about the board and medium first, explains when to skip a doubtful question, and can keep one slot all year.
Tell us the class, board and your area. We share two or three matched tutors, and the first class is a free demo.
