What home tuition costs in Bhiwandi

Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.

Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Physics home tutor in Bhiwandi: one steady hour a week where the student's own working gets read

By Standard XI, physics in Bhiwandi is rarely a single subject with a single deadline. The junior college teaches the HSC course, an entrance test such as MHT-CET, JEE Main or NEET may run alongside it, and some students also attend coaching classes in Bhiwandi or nearby. Lectures are seldom what is missing. What is missing is an adult who reads the student's attempt, line by line, and notices that the same sign error or the same misread graph keeps returning. That is a home tutor's real job. Tell NXTutors the board, the target exam and your locality, and we come back with two or three physics tutors, fees shown, with a free demo as the first lesson.

Which physics paper should set the pace this term?

The chapters overlap from one exam to the next, but the way marks are earned does not. Decide early which paper leads this term, because the homework follows from that choice:

Physics in five papers that Bhiwandi students in Standards XI and XII may sit, with what each rewards
PaperWhat it containsHow it is markedWhat to practise
HSC Physics, subject 54 (State Board)A theory paper, plus a practical worth 30 that needs a certified journalTheory as set in the board's current schemeFull written answers and a journal kept up to date
CBSE Class 12 PhysicsTheory out of 70 (all 33 questions compulsory) and practical out of 30No calculators; constants are printed on the paperDerivations, labelled figures and case questions
JEE Main (2026 pattern)25 physics items; 5 ask for a number rather than an option+4 when right, −1 when wrongMulti-step problems, each error reworked
NEET (UG) (2026 pattern)45 physics questions within 180, for a 720-mark paperThe same +4 and −1Exact NCERT ideas and knowing when to leave a question
MHT-CETRun by the State CET CellRead its pattern on cetcell.mahacet.orgSpeed, once the board chapters are secure

Board syllabuses and entrance syllabuses are not identical, and a chapter cut from one can survive in the other; check NTA's latest bulletin on nta.ac.in before any chapter is set aside. Entrance matching is described on our Bhiwandi JEE and NEET pages, and topic priorities on the JEE physics tutor page.

What does State Board HSC Physics demand of a Bhiwandi student?

Physics is subject 54 on the State Board's HSC list, studied at a junior college over Standards XI and XII. The board's Standard XII scheme gives the practical 30 marks, sets 11 of them as the pass line, and requires a certified journal. A student who knows the theory can still come unstuck on an unfinished journal, so it is not a side task.

Many Bhiwandi students learnt science in Urdu, Marathi or Hindi medium up to Standard X and now meet physics in English, often with MHT-CET in the same year. When choosing a tutor, weigh three things:

  • Speaking and writing are different jobs. A tutor may untangle an idea in Urdu, Hindi or Marathi, but every law, definition and derivation should be rehearsed in the language of the paper.
  • The board's own textbook leads. Work its exercises and the board's sample question papers first; material made for CBSE or other courses comes later, if at all.
  • The journal grows week by week. An entry written soon after each experiment is far easier than a pile left for the final term.

We do not copy the theory marks here; read the current scheme on mahahsscboard.in. Other HSC subjects are on our Maharashtra Board home tutor in Bhiwandi page.

How do the 70 CBSE Class 12 physics theory marks divide?

CBSE kept the same paper design for 2026-27. Its fourteen chapters fall into four blocks, and electricity with magnetism makes up nearly half the theory paper:

CBSE Class 12 physics theory, 2026-27: four chapter blocks, the theory marks each carries, and what to drill
BlockMarksPractice that pays
Electrostatics, current electricity, magnetism, induction and alternating current33Circuit rules applied slowly, field lines sketched, units on every line
Electromagnetic waves and optics18Sign convention drilled until it needs no thought; rays traced with a ruler
Dual nature, atoms and nuclei12Brief numericals and graph reading
Semiconductor electronics7Diodes only, since transistors and logic gates have left the course

How is the CBSE Class 12 physics paper laid out?

The 33 questions sit in five lettered sections. Section A has sixteen one-mark items, twelve multiple-choice and four assertion–reason. Section B has five two-mark questions, C seven three-mark ones, D two four-mark case studies, and E three five-mark long answers. Roughly 38% of the marks reward recall, and Class 12 has a single main board exam. For the derivations examiners return to, read our Class 12 physics strategies; for a year plan, see the Class 12 physics tutor page.

How much of the physics practical can be prepared at home?

More than families expect. CBSE splits its 30 practical marks this way: two experiments earn 14, the viva 5, the record 5, and the activity and the investigatory project 3 apiece. The record needs at least eight experiments and six activities, half from each section, plus the project report. HSC students follow the board's own practical scheme and certified journal.

The apparatus stays in the lab, but the paperwork and the reasoning can be practised at the table. A tutor can read each journal entry, ask about precautions and sources of error, and run a mock viva: why take a reading more than once, and what quantity does a gradient on the graph give you?

If college or a batch already teaches the chapters, what does a home tutor add?

Plenty, as long as the hour is not a repeat lecture. Three jobs tend to fall through a crowded week:

  1. The skipped questions. A class moves at the speed of the room. Problems the student left blank, or copied without following, are solved again until every step can be explained out loud.
  2. Board-style writing. Entrance practice is all objective, but HSC and CBSE examiners want full derivations and clean diagrams. A weekly home hour keeps that skill alive.
  3. Reading the test, not just the score. Each lost mark is labelled: did not know, slipped, or should have skipped. That list sets the next week's work.

Our articles compare JEE coaching and a home tutor and the same choice for NEET. Whatever you decide, the home slot must sit clear of college hours and any batch timing.

What should a complete physics solution show?

A written solution says more about progress than a mark does. Each one should carry a labelled figure (axes, rays or force arrows); a line stating which law is being applied; numbers substituted with their units, step by step; and a final check that the answer's sign and size make sense. Beside that, keep an error log with four columns: the question, the first attempt as written, a one-line reason it failed, and a clean retry a few days later. Bring the log, or two marked tests, to the free demo. A capable tutor will spot the weak step from those pages before teaching anything new.

Six Bhiwandi localities: making a late physics lesson work

Senior students in Bhiwandi often get home only after college and, for some, a batch, so physics tuition tends to fall after dark. An evening slot lasts only if the tutor reaches the door without trouble. Kaneri, in the centre of the city, is reachable from most sides, which helps when a specialist is needed; for other areas, compare tutors on our Bhiwandi page.

Ashok NagarApartments and older homes near Kalyan Road; some CBSE and ICSE studentsAlways "Ashok Nagar, Bhiwandi" plus the roadName the board first, as CBSE and HSC physics need different writing

The Nagaon, Shanti Nagar and Kaneri and Vanjar Patti Naka and the North zone pages carry more local advice.

ISC, IB or IGCSE physics, and when should tuition begin?

  • ISC. Practical work and a project are marked beside the theory paper, and full reasoning is expected on the page. Check that the tutor teaches your child's exam-year syllabus.
  • IB Diploma. Content sits in five lettered themes, A through E; written exams decide 80% of the result and the student's own investigation the remaining 20%. See our IB physics SL and HL guide.
  • Cambridge IGCSE. Entry is at Core or Extended level. A student who switches to an Indian board for Class 11 usually needs extra work on vectors and on reading graphs.

If you can, start in Standard XI. Mechanics rests on vectors and graphs, and both run through Standard XII. The Class 11 physics tutor page explains a first-year plan. Tutors for these courses are fewer in Bhiwandi, so online lessons are often the answer.

What do physics home tutors in Bhiwandi charge?

Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Each physics tutor names their own fee. When comparing, find out which paper each tutor has prepared students for lately, the latest hour they can arrive, and whether a weekly lesson could go online. Fees are on the shortlist before the demo, and our Bhiwandi home tuition fees guide has more questions.

What happens after you ask for a physics tutor?

Send the class, the board, this year's main goal (HSC marks, MHT-CET, JEE or NEET), college and batch timings, your locality with a landmark, and the evenings that are free. Two or three physics tutors arrive with their fees; pick one for the free demo. If the fit is poor, a different tutor gives a second demo, and changing later is free. If no good tutor can travel to you at that time, part or all of the teaching can move online. Tutors who join go through an ID check; the Verified badge appears only after the ID check is complete (how the ID check works). NXTutors works from Sector 66, Gurugram, and teaches online across India. Related pages: the national physics home tutor page, physics tutors in Mumbai, and the Bhiwandi maths and chemistry pages.

Physics Home Tutor in Bhiwandi: common questions

What do Standard XI and XII physics tutors in Bhiwandi usually charge?

Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Each Bhiwandi physics tutor names their own fee. Ask which exam they prepared students for lately, how late they can come, and whether one weekly lesson could run online.

How do I request a physics home tutor in Bhiwandi through NXTutors?

Send the class, board, main goal for the year, college and batch timings, locality with a landmark and free evenings. You receive two or three physics tutors with their fees, and the first lesson is a free demo. If the fit is poor, another shortlisted tutor gives a second demo, and changing later is free.

How many practical marks does HSC Physics carry for a Bhiwandi junior college student?

Under the State Board's Standard XII scheme for Physics, subject 54, the practical is worth 30 marks and 11 of them are needed to pass. A certified journal is also required. A Bhiwandi student should write each journal entry soon after the experiment rather than leaving the whole journal for the final term.

Which CBSE Class 12 physics block is worth the most theory marks?

The electricity and magnetism block, from electrostatics to alternating current, is worth 33 of the 70 CBSE theory marks. Electromagnetic waves and optics carry 18, dual nature, atoms and nuclei 12, and semiconductor electronics 7. Transistors and logic gates are no longer in the course, so only diodes remain in that last block.

How is the CBSE Class 12 physics practical split into marks?

CBSE splits the 30 physics practical marks into 14 for two experiments, 5 for the record, 5 for the viva, and 3 each for an activity and the investigatory project. The record needs at least eight experiments and six activities. A home tutor can check entries and run mock viva questions without a lab.

How should a Bhiwandi student who studied science in Urdu or Marathi medium handle HSC physics in English?

The student can talk an idea through in Urdu, Marathi or Hindi with the tutor, but should rehearse every law, definition and derivation in the paper's language. Work from the State Board textbook and sample question papers first. A short weekly list of new English physics terms, read aloud, speeds up the change.

What does a home physics tutor add for a Bhiwandi student who already attends a batch?

A home physics tutor adds personal checking that a batch rarely gives. The tutor reworks questions the student skipped or copied, keeps board-style derivations and diagrams in practice, and labels each lost test mark as a gap, a slip or a question to skip. That list sets the next week's work.

What did the 2026 JEE Main and NEET papers contain in physics?

In 2026, JEE Main Paper 1 had 25 physics questions, five of them needing a numerical answer, and NEET (UG) had 45 physics questions within 180. Both used four marks for a right answer and minus one for a wrong one. NTA can change patterns, so read the current bulletin on nta.ac.in.

Which details help a physics tutor find a home near Vanjar Patti Naka or Nagaon?

Near Vanjar Patti Naka, give the spelling your neighbours use, such as Vanjarpatti or Wanjarpatti, and add a shop or chowk. In Nagaon, give the building, floor and lane off Nagaon Road, and write "HSC Science" clearly, because many requests in that locality are for the Commerce stream.

When should a Bhiwandi student begin physics tuition for the senior years?

Standard XI is usually the right time to begin physics tuition, because mechanics rests on vectors and graphs that return throughout Standard XII. A term of steady groundwork in Standard XI saves far more time than patching gaps in the board year, especially for students also preparing for MHT-CET, JEE Main or NEET.
