What home tuition costs in Mira Road

Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.

Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Physics home tutor in Mira-Bhayandar: a calm hour with the numericals once college and coaching are over

Ask a Standard XI student in Mira Road and Bhayandar what goes wrong in physics and you will seldom hear "the theory". You will hear about the problem set at eleven at night, the one that made sense in the lecture and now will not balance. Junior college runs at its pace and an entrance batch at another, and neither has time for one student's notebook. A home tutor gives that time. Over a few weeks the tutor learns where your child's working tends to slip and fixes the habit, not just the sum. Tell NXTutors the board, the entrance goal and your building; two or three physics tutors come back with fees beside their names, and your first class is a free demo.

Board paper or entrance test: which physics exam leads this term?

Most senior science students here face two kinds of physics at once. The board wants complete written answers; an entrance paper wants speed and accuracy on objective items. Decide which one leads in each part of the year, because that choice shapes every week's homework.

Five physics exams a Mira-Bhayandar student may take: who conducts it, what the physics looks like, and the official site

Never cut a chapter just because a board has removed it; the entrance syllabus may keep it, so read the newest NTA bulletin first. Matching for each test is described on our Mira-Bhayandar JEE and NEET pages, and the JEE physics tutor page ranks the chapters by the time they need.

What should an HSC physics student in Mira Road and Bhayandar look for?

After the SSC, State Board students generally join a junior college. Marathi-medium and English-medium schools are both recognised by the board, and a few students here have also moved board, so Standard XI can bring a new language of instruction, a new book and a new kind of question in the same month. Three things matter in a tutor:

  • Patience with long questions. Before choosing a formula, tutor and student read the problem together and pull out each given value and the quantity wanted.
  • Loyalty to the State Board book. Practice comes from the prescribed textbook and the board's sample papers, since other boards phrase and weight questions differently.
  • An eye on the journal. Entries written month by month leave the last weeks of Standard XII free for revision.

HSC physics marks are not copied onto this page; the board's current scheme on mahahsscboard.in lists them. For other State Board subjects, see Maharashtra Board home tutor in Mira-Bhayandar.

Which units carry the CBSE Class 12 physics paper?

The design for 2026-27 is unchanged from last session, and one block dominates it. Everything from electrostatics and current electricity through magnetism and induction to alternating current adds up to 33 of the 70 theory marks. Electromagnetic waves together with optics give 18, dual nature, atoms and nuclei give 12, and semiconductor electronics gives 7. That last unit now stops at diodes; transistors and logic gates are out of the course. Giving electricity and magnetism close to half of the year's weeks is therefore not a bias but plain arithmetic.

Question values climb through the sections. The paper opens with sixteen one-mark items, twelve of them multiple-choice and four assertion–reason, then five two-mark questions, seven three-mark ones, two four-mark case studies and three five-mark long answers. Pure recall earns only about 38% of the marks; the rest needs the idea applied. The derivations worth practising are listed in our Class 12 physics strategies article, and the Class 12 physics tutor page plans the months.

Is the CBSE practical something a home tutor can help with?

Partly. CBSE's 30 practical marks come from two experiments (14 between them), one activity (3), an investigatory project (3), the viva (5) and the practical record (5). That record has to hold a minimum of eight experiments and six activities, half from each section, along with the project report. On the State Board, the board's own practical rules apply instead.

The bench work happens at school, but the thinking can be rehearsed at a dining table. A tutor reads each record page for its aim, figure, observation table and conclusion, asks why a reading was repeated or which way a particular error would push the result, and plays examiner for a practice viva near the exam. Small weekly entries beat a record rescued in the last fortnight.

If coaching already teaches the chapters, what is left for a home tutor?

Plenty of senior students in Mira-Bhayandar pair junior college with MHT-CET, JEE Main or NEET preparation. Repeating the lecture would waste everyone's evening. The home tutor's share is narrower and more personal:

  1. Leftover problems. Questions from the coaching sheet that were skipped, copied or got wrong are worked again until your child can talk through every line.
  2. Board writing. Derivations and long answers in proper sentences with labelled figures, which objective drills never practise.
  3. A sorted list of lost marks. After each test, every lost mark is labelled as a gap in the idea, an arithmetic slip or a misreading, and next week is planned from it.
  4. The Standard XI toolkit. Vectors and components, graphs, units and free-body diagrams, on which almost every later chapter stands.

Hand over the college and coaching timetables in week one, so tutoring fills the gaps instead of piling on a fourth load. Families still choosing a stream after Class 10 can read the Class 11 physics tutor page and our stream choice guide.

What five-step habit should every physics problem follow?

  1. Draw it. A quick figure, directions marked, before any symbol is written.
  2. Write the data with units. Converting to consistent units at the start removes a large share of wrong answers.
  3. Say the law. Energy conservation, Newton's second law or Kirchhoff's rules, named aloud before use.
  4. Test the answer. Is the size believable, and is the unit the one the question wants?
  5. Record the slip. A notebook page holding the question, the first try, one line on the error and a clean re-solve some days later.

Bring that notebook to the demo, and ask the tutor to solve one past board question on paper, talking through each step as they go.

How do you set up evening physics visits in six localities?

Senior physics usually happens after dark, so the address needs to be exact and the slot must hold through college and coaching changes. Each locality's tutors are on our Mira-Bhayandar page.

Mira Road East and Hatkesh Udyog Nagar

The name Mira Road East spans many colonies, so a tutor needs colony, building, wing, floor and a map pin. Hatkesh grew from a small-industry pocket into rows of newer apartment buildings; describe the turning off the main road. If your family arrived recently, mention any change of board too.

Kashimira, Kashigaon and Penkarpada

All three lie on the Mumbai edge of the city along the Western Express Highway. State the side of the highway and add that a tutor from the neighbouring Mumbai suburbs is welcome, which can enlarge the pool for senior physics. Older Penkarpada homes may lack a wing number; a phone call at the corner solves it.

Bhayandar East

On the east side of the railway, with Vasai Creek beyond to the north. Spell out Bhayandar East so nobody drives to the west side by mistake. Where a family business keeps parents busy, a lesson once the shop closes, or on a Sunday morning, tends to suit.

If college keeps your child late, move that evening's class online with the same tutor. Zone guides for Kashimira and Mira Gaon and Bhayandar East and Navghar, plus our Mira-Bhayandar home tuition guide, add detail.

Studying ISC, IB or IGCSE physics instead?

For ISC, CISCE marks a project and practical work alongside the theory paper, and its examiners expect reasoning written out in full; check that the tutor is using the syllabus for your child's exam year. The IB Diploma course is organised into five lettered themes: external exams make up 80% and the student's independent investigation the remaining 20%, as our IB physics SL and HL guide explains. IGCSE physics from Cambridge has Core and Extended entries, and a student who later joins an Indian board usually needs extra work on graphs and vectors. Few such specialists live in any single neighbourhood, so families often use an online tutor or one from the Mumbai side.

What does a physics home tutor in Mira-Bhayandar charge?

Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Rates are set by each tutor. Reasonable questions to put: which exams have your recent students taken, are you free once junior college ends, and would you switch a hectic week to a screen class? The shortlist shows every fee ahead of any demo, and the Mira-Bhayandar home tuition fees guide has further questions.

What goes into a request for a physics tutor?

Give us the standard, the board, the entrance exam if any, the hours already taken by college and coaching, your building and locality with a landmark, and the evenings you can offer. We send two or three physics tutors along with their fees, and your pick gives a free demo. Should the first one not suit, a second demo follows with someone else, and swapping tutor mid-year is free. If no suitable tutor can travel to you at that hour, an online or part-online plan is the fallback, explained on online tutors for Mira-Bhayandar. Tutors who join go through an ID check; the Verified badge appears only after the ID check is complete (how the ID check works). NXTutors has its office in Sector 66, Gurugram, and teaches online nationwide. Physics Home Tutor in Mira-Bhayandar: common questions

What is the fee for a physics home tutor for Class 11 or 12 in Mira-Bhayandar?

Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Mira-Bhayandar physics tutors set their own rates, shown before the demo. Ask whether they can come after junior-college hours.

How do I request a physics tutor in Mira Road or Bhayandar through NXTutors?

Send the standard, board, entrance test, college and coaching hours, your building and locality, and your free evenings. NXTutors replies with two or three physics tutors and their fees. The first class is a free demo, another tutor can demo if the first does not suit, and changing tutor later is free.

Which units carry the most marks in CBSE Class 12 physics for a Mira Road student?

Electricity and magnetism, from electrostatics to alternating current, carry 33 of the 70 theory marks in CBSE Class 12 physics. Electromagnetic waves and optics give 18, dual nature, atoms and nuclei 12, and semiconductor electronics 7. A year plan giving about half its weeks to electricity and magnetism follows the paper.

How are the 30 CBSE physics practical marks made up for students in Bhayandar?

The 30 CBSE physics practical marks come from two experiments worth 14, the record 5, one activity 3, an investigatory project 3 and the viva 5. The record needs at least eight experiments and six activities. A home tutor can check each entry and run a practice viva before the exam.

How much physics did JEE Main and NEET ask in 2026, for a Bhayandar aspirant?

In 2026, JEE Main Paper 1 had 25 physics questions, five needing a numerical answer, while NEET (UG) had 45 physics questions out of 180. Both NTA tests gave four marks for a right answer and took one for a wrong answer. Check each new bulletin before planning the year.

Does this page list the HSC physics marks for Mira-Bhayandar State Board students?

No, this page leaves out the HSC physics marks; read the board's current scheme on mahahsscboard.in. A State Board tutor should practise from the prescribed textbook and sample papers, read long numericals aloud with the student, and keep the practical journal up to date through Standards XI and XII.

What can a home physics tutor add for a Kashimira student who already attends coaching?

A home physics tutor can re-solve leftover coaching problems, train written board answers, and keep a sorted log of lost marks. The tutor also strengthens Standard XI tools such as vectors, graphs, units and free-body diagrams. Share the college and coaching timetables in the first week so tuition fills real gaps.

What five-step routine should a physics tutor teach for every numerical?

A physics tutor should teach sketching the problem, writing the data with units, naming the law used, checking the answer's size and unit, and logging each mistake. A mistakes notebook with a fresh solution a few days later stops the same slip returning. Bring that notebook to the demo.

Can a physics tutor from the Mumbai suburbs teach a student in Penkarpada or Kashigaon?

Yes, Penkarpada and Kashigaon sit on the Mumbai edge of the city, so tutors from the nearby Mumbai suburbs can often reach them. Saying in the request that such a tutor is welcome widens the choice for senior physics. In Penkarpada, give the lane and a nearby shop, since older homes may lack wing numbers.

Can ISC or IB physics students in Mira-Bhayandar find a home tutor?

ISC and IB physics specialists are scarce in any single locality, so many families use an online tutor or one from the Mumbai side. ISC marks practical work and a project besides the paper. IB physics has five themes, with exams worth 80% and the student's own investigation 20%.
