What home tuition costs in Bhilai

Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.

Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Physics home tutor in Bhilai: one board blueprint, one entrance pattern, one notebook of corrections

Class 11 is where physics stops being a chapter in a science book and becomes a subject of its own, with vectors, graphs and derivations that run straight through to Class 12. In Bhilai, a senior student may be writing the Chhattisgarh board's Higher Secondary paper or CBSE's, and may also have JEE Main or NEET in view. Each rewards different practice, and a full week seldom leaves anyone time to read the student's own working and find the faulty line. A home physics tutor does exactly that. Give NXTutors the board, the target exam and your sector or colony; a shortlist of two or three physics tutors follows, fees included. The first class with the one you pick is a free demo.

Which physics paper comes first, and how is each one marked?

The chapters overlap; the marking does not. Agree which paper leads this term, since that sets the practice.

Physics in four papers Bhilai's senior students prepare for: how it is set, how it is scored and what to practise
PaperHow physics is setScoringPractise each week
CGBSE Higher Secondary physics (201)Theory of 70 and a practical of 30Separate pass marks: 23 in theory, 10 in the practicalLong answers by unit weight; the practical notebook
CBSE physics (042), Class 1233 compulsory questions for 70 theory marks, plus a practical of 30Written answers; no calculator allowedDerivations, diagrams and case studies
JEE Main, as set in 202625 questions in physics, of which 5 need a numerical value and 20 offer options+4 when right, −1 when wrongMulti-step problems, then a review of each error
NEET (UG), as set in 2026Physics is 45 of the 180 questions and 180 of the 720 marks; pen and paper+4 when right, −1 when wrongNCERT-level precision and fewer guesses

NTA writes the entrance syllabus, and it may still include chapters that a board has dropped, so read the current bulletin on nta.ac.in before skipping anything. To set priorities, use the topic-wise JEE physics plan and our list of high-yield NEET physics chapters. Matching for each exam is explained on our JEE tutors in Bhilai and NEET tutors in Bhilai pages.

How does the Chhattisgarh board mark Class 12 physics?

In the board's science faculty, physics and chemistry are taken by every student, with biology or mathematics as the third subject; the other one can be added as an extra. Physics is 70 marks of theory and 30 of practical, and each half has its own pass mark, 23 and 10. A strong theory score cannot make up for a failed practical.

The 2026-27 blueprint shows where the theory marks gather. Magnetism, electromagnetic induction and alternating current carry 19. Electrostatics and current electricity carry 16. Optics carries 14. Those three groups make up 49 of the 70, so a tutor's year should give them the most weeks, with the remaining chapters practised steadily rather than left to the end.

CGBSE Class 12 physics, 2026-27 blueprint: the question plan for 70 marks and what each band needs
BandQuestionsMarksWhat the band needs
One-mark parts1515Definitions, units and laws recalled without hesitation
Two-mark answers714A formula with its terms named, or a short reason
Three-mark answers618Short derivations and numericals with units on every line
Four-mark answers28A labelled figure plus the working
Five-mark answers315Full derivations, set out in a fixed order

The board publishes its blueprints in Hindi. A student who will write in Hindi should practise with the textbook's Hindi terms, even if a tutor discusses an idea in English. The Chhattisgarh board tutors in Bhilai page covers the board as a whole.

How are CBSE Class 12 physics marks grouped?

CBSE's 2026-27 sample paper keeps last session's design. The fourteen NCERT chapters sit in four blocks. The biggest, worth 33, runs from electrostatics through magnetism to alternating current. Optics and electromagnetic waves bring 18, modern physics (dual nature of matter, then atoms and nuclei) 12, and semiconductors the last 7. Older notes covering transistors or logic gates need pruning, as both have left the course.

The 33 questions are spread over sections A to E: sixteen worth one mark (four of them assertion–reason, the rest multiple-choice), then five 2-mark questions in B, C seven 3-mark ones, D two 4-mark case studies and E three 5-mark long answers. Roughly 38% of the marks test recall, the paper supplies physical constants, and no calculator may be used. Derivations that keep returning are collected in our Class 12 physics strategies, and a month-by-month approach is on the Class 12 physics tutor page.

How much of the practical can a tutor prepare at home?

A fair share. The 30-mark CBSE practical gives 14 marks to two experiments at 7 each, 5 to the record, 3 to an activity, 3 to the investigatory project and 5 to the viva. A complete record has eight or more experiments (four per section), six or more activities (three per section) and the project write-up. On the Chhattisgarh board the practical is also 30, with its own pass mark of 10.

The apparatus stays at school. What a tutor can do at the desk is check each record entry, rehearse precautions and sources of error, and hold a practice viva: why repeat a reading, and what does a graph's gradient mean?

What does a home tutor add for a student already preparing for JEE or NEET?

Plenty, provided it is not a rerun of a lecture. Three jobs often go missing from an entrance-heavy week:

  • The unfinished problems. Group classes keep moving whether or not every student follows. Questions skipped or copied without understanding are redone, slowly, until each step can be explained aloud.
  • The board answer. Objective practice does not train full derivations, labelled diagrams or practical preparation, and board marks still count. One home session a week keeps that side alive.
  • The test review. A total score says little. Each lost mark goes into one of three columns (an idea not understood, a slip in calculation, a question better skipped), and those columns shape the next week.

Two articles weigh up the choice: coaching or a home tutor for JEE and the same question for NEET. Keep the home lesson on a day and hour that no class can push aside.

What four moves should every physics solution show?

You can judge progress by the way a student sets out a solution. A good tutor asks for the same four moves on every problem until they happen without thinking:

  1. Draw it. Before any equation, a rough figure showing the forces, axes, rays or current directions.
  2. Name the law. Write down the principle being applied, for example momentum conservation or Kirchhoff's loop rule.
  3. Carry the units. Every number goes in with its unit, so a mismatch shows at once.
  4. Check the answer. A final glance at sign and magnitude: does the result make physical sense?

Keep a single notebook of wrong questions: the question, the first attempt left as it was, a one-line note of the error, and a fresh attempt some days on. Take this notebook and a recent test to the free demo. A capable tutor reads through them and points to the weak step before starting to teach.

Will a physics tutor reach your part of Bhilai in the evening?

Class 11 and 12 students often reach home late, so physics drifts into the evening, and an evening slot only holds if the tutor lives on a convenient side. Our Bhilai page lists tutors by locality.

Evening physics lessons in six Bhilai localities: the setting, how a tutor finds you, and one tip

On a night when school or a class runs late, the same tutor can teach online instead. The zone guides for Supela and Nehru Nagar and the township sectors have more on timing.

What if your child studies ISC, IB or IGCSE physics?

  • ISC. The council marks practical work and a project as well as the theory paper, and rewards explained reasoning. Ask which exam year's syllabus the tutor is using.
  • IB Diploma. The syllabus is grouped into five themes, A to E. Exams count for 80%, and the remaining 20% comes from an investigation the student plans and writes up alone. Our IB physics SL and HL guide explains more.
  • Cambridge IGCSE. Core or Extended entry. Students switching to CGBSE or CBSE for Class 11 often need a few weeks of vectors and graph work first.

Begin early in Class 11 if you can: mechanics is built on vectors and graphs, and Class 12 leans on both. Read the Class 11 physics tutor page, and the guide to choosing a stream if that decision is still open.

What does a physics home tutor in Bhilai charge?

Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. The tutor names the rate. While comparing, find out which of CGBSE, CBSE, JEE Main, JEE Advanced or NEET each tutor has prepared students for lately, the latest hour they can come, and whether some lessons can move online. Fees are on the shortlist before the demo, and the Bhilai home tuition fees guide lists further questions.

What should a physics request to NXTutors say?

Share the class, board and main aim (board paper, JEE or NEET), any batch timings, your sector and street or colony with a landmark, and the evenings still free. Two or three physics tutors come back with their fees, and you invite one for the free demo. If the match is wrong, a second demo follows; a later change of tutor is also free. When no suitable tutor can come at that hour, we suggest an online or part-online plan. Tutors who join go through an ID check; the Verified badge appears only after the ID check is complete (how the ID check works). NXTutors works from Sector 66, Gurugram, and its online tutors teach all over India. Physics Home Tutor in Bhilai: common questions

What should a Bhilai family compare when looking at physics tutors' fees?

Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Physics tutors in Bhilai set their own rates. Compare which of CGBSE, CBSE, JEE Main, JEE Advanced or NEET each has taught lately, how late they can come, and whether some lessons can move online.

What should a physics request from Bhilai tell NXTutors?

A Bhilai physics request should give the class, board and main aim, whether board paper, JEE or NEET, plus any class timings, your sector or colony and free evenings. Two or three physics tutors come back with fees, and you invite one for a free demo; switching tutor later is free.

How is CGBSE Class 12 physics marked for Bhilai students?

CGBSE Class 12 physics gives Bhilai students 70 marks of theory and 30 of practical, and each part has its own pass mark, 23 and 10. A strong theory score cannot rescue a failed practical, so the practical notebook needs attention from the start of the year, not just before the exam.

Which CGBSE physics units carry the most marks in Class 12?

In the 2026-27 CGBSE physics blueprint, magnetism, electromagnetic induction and alternating current carry 19 marks, electrostatics and current electricity 16, and optics 14. Together they make up 49 of the 70 theory marks, so a Bhilai tutor should give these units the most weeks while keeping the rest moving.

How many questions of each mark value are in the CGBSE physics paper?

The CGBSE Class 12 physics blueprint for 2026-27 has fifteen one-mark parts, seven 2-mark questions, six 3-mark questions, two 4-mark questions and three 5-mark questions, totalling 70. Short derivations and numericals dominate the middle, so units on every line and full derivations in a fixed order earn the marks.

How are CBSE Class 12 physics marks grouped for a Bhilai student?

For a Bhilai CBSE student, Class 12 physics groups its 70 theory marks into four blocks. They are electricity and magnetism 33, optics with electromagnetic waves 18, dual nature with atoms and nuclei 12, and semiconductors 7. Transistors and logic gates have left the course, so older notes need pruning.

How much of the CBSE physics practical can a Bhilai tutor prepare at home?

A Bhilai tutor can prepare much of the 30-mark CBSE physics practical at home. Two experiments carry 14, the record 5, an activity 3, the project 3 and the viva 5. The tutor can check record entries, go over precautions and sources of error, and hold a practice viva.

What can a home physics tutor add for a Bhilai student who also attends entrance classes?

A home physics tutor can add three things for a Bhilai student in entrance classes. The first is re-solving problems the student skipped or copied; the second, keeping board-style derivations and diagrams alive; the third, reviewing tests by sorting each lost mark into a concept gap, a calculation slip or a question better left.

How should families in Supela or Nehru Nagar plan an evening physics lesson?

Families in Supela should give the lane, house number and turning off the G. E. Road, and fix an hour in advance because the main road stays lively late. In Nehru Nagar, first say whether you are in Nehru Nagar or Nehru Nagar East, then the block or lane and house number.

When should a Bhilai student start home tuition in physics?

A Bhilai student should ideally start physics tuition early in Class 11. Mechanics rests on vectors and graphs, and Class 12 leans on both, so gaps there spread into every later chapter. Students moving from IGCSE to CGBSE or CBSE often need a few weeks of vectors and graph work first.
