Now taking on home, online and hybrid tutors · in Hadapsar, Kondhwa & NIBM, Pune
No metro line reaches south-east Pune, and that one fact decides most things about tutoring here. Almost every tutor rides a two-wheeler or takes a bus or auto, so the most reliable match for a family is a tutor who already lives somewhere in the belt. If that is you, this zone offers a dense cluster of townships and societies within a short ride.
No open home-tuition requests in Hadapsar, Kondhwa & NIBM right now. New family requests appear here as they come in; add Hadapsar, Kondhwa & NIBM to your travel areas so they can reach you.
Five neighbourhoods make up the zone: Hadapsar, Magarpatta, Kondhwa, Undri and the NIBM Road belt. Hadapsar, on Solapur Road, runs from the old village and Gadital area to apartment societies and large gated townships, with Fursungi, Manjri and Mundhwa around it. Magarpatta, inside Hadapsar, is a planned township of apartment clusters and a few villa clusters, with offices, shops and a large central park. Kondhwa, made up of Kondhwa Budruk and Kondhwa Khurd, spans older cooperative societies, mid-rise apartments from the 2000s and high-rise townships. NIBM Road is mostly societies and gated communities along a busy main road, and Undri beyond it is quieter, with mid-segment societies. Joining NXTutors is free.
Local trains towards Daund stop at Hadapsar, and buses leave from Gadital. For Kondhwa and NIBM Road, the nearest metro station is Swargate, the Purple Line terminus, several neighbourhoods away. Undri is reached by NIBM Road, Kondhwa Road and the Katraj to Hadapsar bypass, and tutors for Undri homes usually come from neighbouring Kondhwa, the NIBM Road belt or Hadapsar. A tutor living in Wanowrie or Salunke Vihar can also reach Kondhwa and NIBM Road along Salunke Vihar Road. Solapur Road and the bypass roads towards Kharadi are slow at office times, so plan the route around them.
The zone's large townships and societies hold many school-age families, and because outside tutors find it slow to reach, local tutors are especially valued. A tutor in Magarpatta or Kondhwa can often teach two or three children in the same township on one evening. Subjects and boards follow Pune's general pattern, from State Board SSC and HSC to CBSE and ICSE, and for specialist or advanced subjects families also consider online tutors from anywhere in India. List clearly which boards and classes you take.
Two kinds of tutor do well here. The first lives in the belt, in Hadapsar, Magarpatta, Kondhwa, Undri or along NIBM Road, and takes home students within a short ride, building several lessons in neighbouring societies into one evening. The second teaches mainly online and picks up south-east Pune families who want a specialist that no local tutor offers. If you are the first kind, add each neighbourhood you can reach separately on your profile, since matching for home requests starts with tutors who live in the zone and then those who already travel there.
Township entry is controlled, often down to the cluster and tower. Before the first visit, the family should give the gate your name together with the cluster, tower and flat number; in Magarpatta, knowing which cluster and tower to head for avoids delays. Many Undri societies are spread over a large plot, so ask for directions to the right gate and tower. Once lessons are regular, ask to be registered as a frequent visitor.
NIBM Road and the Katraj–Kondhwa Road carry heavy school and office traffic, so aim for a slot just after the school rush. Office traffic at Magarpatta's gates peaks around shift changes; avoid those hours. Families in the larger townships often keep lessons soon after school. In the rains, an online session on the worst days keeps the week going.
Plan for the long distances inside the zone too. Hadapsar to Undri, or Magarpatta to the far end of Kondhwa, is not a short hop at peak hour, even though both are in the same zone. Many tutors here stick to one side, Solapur Road or the NIBM and Kondhwa side, and teach the other side online.

A family request that fits your subjects, classes, board, areas and hours reaches your dashboard. Opening the family's contact details uses lead credits, and the credit price is shown on the request before you open it. At most 5 tutors can open one request, and a request stays open for 7 days. Credit packs are there if you need more.
You set your own fee. When a family pays for classes through NXTutors, you receive 50% of the fee for home tuition in the first month and the full fee after that, and 70% of the fee for online tuition every month. Payments are held for 7 days, then paid out weekly. How you get paid.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more.
