Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Techzone 4 is a mix of finished societies, towers still being built and office projects, so the practical questions here are about which approach road the tutor uses, how the Ek Murti roundabout behaves at peak hours, and how a new society handles visitors. This guide works through each of them.
| What | Techzone 4, Greater Noida West |
|---|---|
| Zone | Greater Noida West (Noida Extension); PIN 201318 on property listings |
| What the land is used for | Planned as a technology and office zone; today a dense mix of group-housing societies, office and retail projects |
| Housing | High-rise flats from studios and one-bedroom units up to four- and five-bedroom homes; a smaller number of builder floors and villas |
| Societies often named | Ace Aspire, Nirala Estate, Gaur Saundaryam, CRC Joyous, Fusion Homes, ABA Cherry County, Supercity Mayfair Residency; Amrapali Centurian Park and others still under construction |
| Commercial projects | Artha Mart, NX One and other office and retail blocks within the zone |
| Roads | Noida–Greater Noida West link road (the 130 m road), with the FNG corridor and NH-24 as wider links |
| Busiest junction | Ek Murti roundabout, which the authority has been reshaping |
| Nearest working metro | Noida Sector 51 on the Aqua Line; nothing inside Techzone 4 yet |
| Neighbours | Gaur City 1, Sector 2, Sector 4, Sector 16B |
The name suggests offices, and some of the land does carry office and retail projects such as Artha Mart and NX One. But most of what has been built so far is housing. Property portals list a long run of group-housing societies here, from developers including Gaurs, ACE, Nirala, Amrapali, ABA, CRC and DAH Greentech, alongside studios and office space for sale.
That gives Techzone 4 a wider spread of home sizes than most nearby sectors. At one end are studio flats and one-bedroom units, often bought as rentals; at the other, three-, four- and even five-bedroom apartments in the larger societies. Ace Aspire, for example, is described as a gated community of nine residential towers on about seven acres. Nirala Estate has been built in several phases. Some well-known names, such as Amrapali Centurian Park and Bhutani Grandthum, are still listed as under construction, and new launches keep appearing.
For tuition this matters in three ways. First, families arrive in waves as each tower gets possession, so a child may join mid-year from another city and need help catching up with a new school's pace. Second, a tower that has just been handed over may still have a temporary gate, unfinished lifts or a building site next door, which affects when a tutor can visit. Third, rental demand centres on two- and three-bedroom flats, so many households are working couples who are home only in the evening.
Shopping is spread out rather than in one market. Listings near Techzone 4 mention hypermarkets such as D-Mart and Reliance Smart Bazaar, and mall-style plazas such as Supertech Mart, City Plaza and Mahagun Mart, which tutors often use as meeting landmarks on a first visit.
Resident reviews and locality write-ups on property portals for Techzone 4 come back to a few recurring themes. We have turned each into something you can plan for, rather than a reason to avoid home tuition.
Evening jams and tiring commutes are the most common complaint, and connectivity scores lower than other ratings. News coverage names the Ek Murti roundabout among the junctions that slow traffic in Greater Noida West. The practical answer is to agree a slot that keeps the tutor off the 130 m road at its worst, which usually means the window right after school or a later evening session.
Dust, noise and patchy internal roads from ongoing construction come up often. If a site next to your tower runs machinery in the afternoon, a session in an inner room, or an online class on heavy-work days, keeps concentration intact.
Some junctions are reported to flood during heavy monsoon showers. Agree in advance that a rained-out evening switches to online rather than being cancelled.
On the positive side, reviewers like the clubhouses, play areas and broadband in newer societies, and the hospitals and coaching centres within a short drive. Good home internet is what makes a home-plus-online arrangement easy to run here.
There is no metro station in Techzone 4. The closest working stop is Noida Sector 51, the first station of the Aqua Line, which a skywalk joins to Noida Sector 52 on the Blue Line. A tutor who rides the metro still finishes the trip by cab, shared auto or e-rickshaw, so most tutors who teach here simply ride a two-wheeler or drive.
The Noida–Greater Noida West link road, the 130 m road, is the spine for this part of the belt, and the Ek Murti roundabout on it is the reference point most people give for Techzone 4. The Greater Noida authority has been reworking that roundabout: reports describe plans to turn the circle into an oval and widen a three-lane stretch to six lanes, and in 2025 temporary barriers and U-turn diversions were put up at roundabouts along the road. Lane layouts can therefore change from one month to the next. Ask the tutor to check the route on the day of the demo, and send a map pin to your own tower gate, not just the society name.
Portals list the FNG corridor, NH-24 and the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway among the roads that serve Techzone 4. A tutor coming from Ghaziabad or the NH-24 side has a different route from one coming across the Hindon from Noida, so ask which way they will come.
An Aqua Line extension from Noida Sector 51 into Greater Noida West has been taken up for approval, with a later phase discussed towards Knowledge Park V. Until a station opens, treat it as future news, not a travel plan.
Shorter rides usually come from Gaur City 1, Sector 16B, Sector 2 and Sector 4, which surround Techzone 4.
Almost every family in Techzone 4 lives behind a society gate, and the rules vary from a finished, app-based society to a newly handed-over tower with a guard and a paper register.
Families who want a woman tutor can ask for one in the request, or start from our page for a woman home tutor in Greater Noida. Tutors who join NXTutors go through an ID check; read how the ID check works. Because that check is not a police or background check, the free demo is your chance to talk to the tutor and judge them yourself.
Families in Techzone 4 ask for tutors across CBSE, ICSE and ISC, UP Board and the international boards, and the spread of incoming families from other cities means a child sometimes changes board on moving here. If that is your situation, say so in the request: a tutor who knows both the old and the new syllabus can map the gaps in the first few weeks.
For CBSE Class 10, remember that the board now runs two examinations, with the second one optional for students who want to improve (cbse.gov.in). For ICSE, ISC and UP Board, check cisce.org and upmsp.edu.in for current regulations. Our CBSE home tutors in Greater Noida page covers the most common requests, and the full board comparison explains how the boards differ.
Young children in Techzone 4 often spend much of the day indoors because of nearby construction and busy roads, so a home tutor who brings short activities and reading time works well. Keep sessions under an hour and fix them for the same days each week. A child who has just moved into a newly handed-over tower may also be adjusting to a new school, so ask the tutor to check handwriting and reading level in the first class. Our primary class tutors in Greater Noida page has more on this stage.
These are the years when a single tutor can still take maths and science together, and when weak basics show up in fractions, algebra and reading comprehension. Ask the tutor to keep a running list of topics that need another round, and to set a short test every two or three weeks. If English writing is the weak point, a separate tutor once a week may suit better than adding it to the maths hour.
Board preparation starts here in earnest. Many families split subjects, with one tutor for maths and another for science or English, and the tutor should work from the school's chapter order and past papers. For Class 10, plan the year around the main board examination and keep a little time in reserve in case your child sits the optional second CBSE examination.
Senior students in Techzone 4 often attend entrance coaching elsewhere and use a home tutor to keep the board syllabus on track. A weekend block of two subjects, or one strong weekday evening per subject, usually fits around coaching travel better than short daily visits. For Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics at this level, a subject specialist is worth asking for, and an online specialist is a sensible option when the home tutor's route crosses the Ek Murti roundabout at rush hour.
Board dates come from the boards themselves, so check the current notices on cbse.gov.in, cisce.org and upmsp.edu.in rather than relying on last year's calendar. In practice, Techzone 4 families tend to add sessions from the start of winter, when school pre-boards begin. Book those extra evenings early, since tutors who travel to the belt fill up fast, and agree that a jammed or rainy evening becomes an online session instead of a lost one.
A home tutor saves your child from evening travel on the 130 m road and lets a parent see how the class is going. It suits younger children and students who need someone sitting beside them. The cost is a little organisation: gate approval, a quiet corner and a slot the tutor can reach reliably.
Online classes make sense in Techzone 4 because newer societies usually have good broadband, and because they take traffic, rain and site noise out of the picture. They also give access to specialists for ISC, IB, IGCSE or senior science who may not travel this far. See our page for an online tutor for Greater Noida students.
A coaching centre offers a fixed timetable and a peer group, but your child does the travelling, often at the busiest hour. Many senior students combine a centre for entrance preparation with a home or online tutor for board subjects.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more.
Each tutor sets their own fee and you see it before the free demo. In Techzone 4 the main things that move a quote are the class and board, the subject, the length and number of sessions, and the tutor's journey. A tutor who already teaches another child in your society, or in a society just across the road, can often offer a regular evening slot more easily than one who has to cross the Ek Murti roundabout at rush hour.
When you compare quotes, ask what is included: practice papers, written feedback, and what happens to a class that is missed because of rain or traffic. If you mix home and online sessions, check whether the tutor charges the same for both.
We did not find a public library or community study room in Techzone 4 in any reliable source. Several societies list clubhouses, and whether a resident can use a room there for study depends on each society's rules, so ask the maintenance office. For most families the quietest place is a corner of the flat on the side away from any construction.

Techzone 4 is covered on NXTutors within the Greater Noida West zone, twelve pages in total, alongside Gaur City 1, Gaur City 2, Sector 1 and Sector 2. Parents can ask here for tutors in any subject and any class, from the primary years upwards, though science in the senior classes is where a careful match matters most.
Physics, Chemistry and Biology may each call for a different kind of help. If your child is weak in numericals, ask for guided practice; if Biology diagrams are the struggle, look for a tutor who draws and labels with them. Tell us which applies, the board and the class, and we will suggest suitable tutors. The ICSE and ISC exams come from CISCE, so ICSE and ISC students should say so. Our Biology home tutors page has more options.
