Teach in Zeta & Eta See tuition jobs in Greater Noida →Not sure which tutor fits? Tell us the class, board and your sector: we share two or three matched tutors, each with their fee, and the first class is a free demo.
Book a free demo classYes. Zeta 1, Zeta 2, Eta 1 and Eta 2 sit together on the eastern side of Greater Noida, past the Delta sectors, and NXTutors can match a home tutor to any of them. Share your sector, then the society name or plot block, plus class, board and subject. We send two or three matched tutors who travel to this side of the city, or online tutors where that suits the subject better. Each fee is shown before anything is fixed, the first class is a free demo, and a later switch of tutor costs nothing.
| Question | Zeta and Eta |
|---|---|
| Sectors in this zone | Zeta 1, Zeta 2, Eta 1, Eta 2 |
| Who plans the land | Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), whose office stands at Plot 01, Knowledge Park IV, next to this zone |
| Housing pattern | Society towers dominate Zeta 1 and Eta 2; plots and independent houses carry Eta 1; Zeta 2 listings lean towards plots |
| Metro stations used | GNIDA Office and Depot on the Aqua Line, with DELTA 1 for the Delta-facing edge |
| Rail points named for the area | Boraki and Dadri railway stations |
| Roads people mention | Dadri Main Road, Site C Road, Sakipur Road, and the sector roads that run west towards Pari Chowk |
| Villages at the edges | Gulistanpur, Jaitpur, Tilapta, Thapkhera, Makora, Junpat |
| Markets families use | Delta 2 Market, Beta Plaza and Omaxe Connaught Place in Beta 2, all west of the zone |
| Boards asked about | CBSE first, then ICSE/ISC and UP Board, with occasional IB or Cambridge IGCSE |
| Session windows that work | Late afternoon to early evening on weekdays; weekend mornings for long revision blocks |
Picture the zone as four blocks of planned land beyond the Delta belt. Property portals place Eta 1 roughly a kilometre from Delta 2 and Zeta 1, and Eta 2 a little over a kilometre from both Zeta 1 and Eta 1, so the four sectors are close neighbours even though each has its own character. Knowledge Park IV, with the authority office and the GNIDA Office metro station, sits on the western flank. UPSIDC Site C, an industrial area, lies beside Zeta 1 and Zeta 2.
Tower societies. Zeta 1 has the longest list of named group-housing projects in the zone, among them ATS Dolce, AVJ Heights, Purvanchal Heights, Assotech Springfields and the large Paramount Golfforeste township. Eta 2 is the newer society pocket, with Migsun Vilaasa, Migsun Twiinz and SKA Metro Ville listed as ready, and more construction under way.
Plots and houses. Eta 1 is mostly residential plots carrying independent houses, with a smaller share of flats. Zeta 2 portal listings are dominated by plots, though one portal also describes ready society flats there, so expect a mix when you share your address.
Around the edges are older villages such as Gulistanpur, Jaitpur, Thapkhera and Tilapta. Tutors who come from these villages or from the Delta blocks often know the back lanes better than a map app does.
This split matters more for tuition than any single landmark. A tutor walking into a gated tower in Zeta 1 deals with a guard desk and a lift; one visiting a house in Eta 1 parks at the gate and rings the bell. When you request a tutor, saying which of the two you live in saves a round of questions.
Families here are largely flat owners and tenants in the newer towers, plus households in independent houses on authority plots. Property-portal pages describe steady rental demand from working people and students, which fits the zone's position next to Knowledge Park and its campuses. That means a fair number of households are relatively new to Greater Noida and may not yet have a word-of-mouth tutor contact.
Housing ranges widely. Zeta 1 listings run from studio units in the Paramount towers to four- and five-bedroom flats and villas, while Eta 1 is largely owner-built houses. Siblings in different classes are common in the bigger homes, so a tutor who can take two children back to back is often what parents ask about.
Daily life here involves driving. Markets are not inside the sectors, buses thin out after dark, and the nearest metro stop is usually an auto ride away. Parents who work in Noida or Delhi may reach home after the tuition hour, which shapes who opens the door, how gate approvals work and whether an online session on certain days makes more sense.
Public property-portal reviews and locality pages for Zeta and Eta return to a handful of themes. We turn them into planning points, not judgements about any society.
NXTutors shows each tutor's fee before the demo and makes a later change of tutor free, which removes two common worries for parents trying someone new in a fresh neighbourhood.
Three Aqua Line stations serve the belt. GNIDA Office, in Knowledge Park IV, is the stop most people name, and it sits between DELTA 1 and the line's end at Depot. A property portal puts Depot about 3.7 km and GNIDA Office about 4.4 km from the Zeta locality it describes, so a tutor on the train always needs an auto, an e-rickshaw or a pick-up for the final stretch. DELTA 1, in Block A of Delta 1, suits the western edge of the zone.
Timing matters for late classes. NMRC's timetable shows the last train from GNIDA Office towards Noida Sector 51 at 22:01, and on Sundays trains start at 8:00 from both ends of the line. A tutor finishing a Class 12 session at 9:30 pm needs a plan for that last auto ride and train; one who rides a two-wheeler does not.
NMRC has a planned 2.6 km extension from Depot to the Boraki multimodal hub, with two elevated stations and an interchange with Indian Railways, an interstate bus terminal and a local bus terminal. It is listed as upcoming work, so do not plan tuition around it yet. Boraki and Dadri are the rail stations named for the area today, though few tutors arrive by train.
On the road side, locality pages mention Dadri Main Road, Site C Road and Sakipur Road, and sector roads lead west towards the Delta belt and Pari Chowk. ATS Dolce in Zeta 1, for example, is described as about 5 km from Pari Chowk. Peak-hour congestion is reported at the junctions towards Pari Chowk and the expressway, so a tutor coming from Alpha, Knowledge Park or beyond may arrive late at office hours.
Because the four sectors are so close, the steadiest arrangement is usually a tutor based in Zeta, Eta, Delta or one of the edge villages. Zeta 1 to Eta 2 or Eta 1 to Zeta 2 is a short ride, and a tutor who teaches in one sector on Monday can easily add a Wednesday class in the next. When you request a tutor, mention your nearest landmark, such as your society gate or plot block, so we can look first at people who already travel along that route.
In the tower societies of Zeta 1 and Eta 2, the first class works more smoothly if you pre-approve the tutor on the society's visitor app or with the guard, share the tower and flat number, and say where a two-wheeler can be parked. In a big township such as Paramount Golfforeste, also share which gate is nearest your block, since the site is described as about 90 acres.
In Eta 1 and the plotted parts of Zeta 2, a tutor reaches your door directly, so share the plot number and a map pin, and mention any lane that is hard to find after dark. Wide internal roads help, but plot numbering is not always obvious to a first-time visitor.
For safety, keep an adult at home through the demo, sit the student in a shared room, and use the demo to judge how the tutor teaches, not only what they know. Every tutor who joins goes through an ID check (see our ID check page); it confirms identity and is not a police background check. If you would like a woman tutor, ask for one when you request; see woman home tutors in Greater Noida.
Most requests from this zone are for CBSE, followed by ICSE and ISC and by UP Board, with a smaller number for IB or Cambridge IGCSE. Families newly moved into Zeta 1 or Eta 2 towers sometimes change schools at the same time, so a tutor may be bridging two syllabuses for a term. Mention the old and the new board when you ask.
For UP Board students, say whether answers are written in Hindi or English; see UP Board tutors. For a CBSE child, ask the tutor how they use the sample papers on cbseacademic.nic.in. For IB or IGCSE, a local home tutor for school subjects plus an online specialist is often the practical pairing here. The full comparison is in our guide to choosing a board.
Young children do well with a regular weekday slot soon after school, before the evening slows everyone down. In a house in Eta 1, a tutor can sit with the child at the dining table; in a Zeta 1 flat, pick a corner away from the television. Ask for reading aloud, handwriting and tables practice as part of each session. Keep the sessions short and lively at this age.
This is when maths and science stop being easy for many children. Two sessions a week with one tutor covering maths and science keeps travel down, which matters on this side of the city. Ask the tutor to set a short weekly test and send you the marks.
Board preparation begins in Class 9. A maths tutor in Greater Noida who teaches Class 9 and 10 regularly will know which chapters carry weight in your child's board. Plan three sessions a week in the run-up to the boards, and keep one of them online if the evening ride is long.
Senior classes need subject specialists, and the local pool for physics, chemistry or accountancy is thinner in a newer zone. Pairing a home tutor for one subject with online sessions for another is how many Zeta and Eta families handle it.
Entrance preparation runs alongside board work, so ask the tutor how they split time between the two. NTA conducts JEE Main and NEET UG; check nta.ac.in for each year's notices.
Board exams fall early in the year, and each board posts its own schedule on cbse.gov.in, cisce.org or upmsp.edu.in. CBSE now runs a second, optional Class 10 exam for improvement, so ask a Class 10 tutor how they plan for both. In Zeta and Eta, short winter evenings and thin late buses make late rides harder, so move revision blocks to afternoons or weekend mornings from December and keep a fallback online slot in the weekly plan.
Home tuition suits this zone well when the tutor lives nearby. Quiet sectors and space at home make focused sessions easy, and no one has to travel at night.
Online tuition fills the gaps a newer zone has: specialist subjects, IB or IGCSE, and late-evening revision. See online tutors for Greater Noida.
A coaching centre means a trip west, usually towards Knowledge Park, Alpha or Pari Chowk. For a teenager without their own transport, add up the travel time honestly. Many families here pair a centre for entrance preparation with a home tutor for school subjects.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more.
What moves a quote in this zone: the class and board, how many sessions a week, the length of each session, and travel. A tutor riding in from Pari Chowk or Knowledge Park may ask for longer or fewer sessions than one living in Delta 2. Two siblings taught one after the other in the same home can also change the arrangement. Every tutor's fee is on the shortlist before the free demo.
The Greater Noida Authority's public library is reported to be in the authority's office complex area, which stands in Knowledge Park IV beside this zone; student membership is said to be low cost, and hours should be checked before a visit. We did not find any other public reading room inside the four sectors.

AI-first tutoring, with real teachers
You tell us the class, board, subject and where in Zeta & Eta you live. Our AI does the slow part of the search and returns two or three tutors who fit, not a long list to scroll. You see each tutor's fee before the free demo, and switching tutor later is free.
Where AI stops and people start
Zeta 1 is laid out in neat blocks on wide roads, with society flats alongside villas, houses and builder floors. Zeta 2 is mostly ready apartments in societies, near the villages of Tilapta, Gulistanpur and Thapkhera. Eta 1 has a large stock of authority plots with independent houses, near Jaitpur village, and Eta 2 is an emerging sector of newer group-housing societies, some of them close to the Depot station at the far end of the Aqua Line.
Residents enjoy the green, uncrowded feel, but that calm comes with thin public transport, and the nearest market usually means a drive; in Eta 2 construction is still going on in places. GNIDA Office in Knowledge Park IV is the usual metro stop, Depot and DELTA 1 serve some pockets, and Boraki and Dadri railway stations are the rail points for the area. A tutor arriving by metro nearly always needs an auto for the final stretch, so families here tend to pick a tutor from their own or a neighbouring sector, such as the Delta blocks, for regular weekday classes.
NXTutors lists tutors for Zeta and Eta nearest first: those in these four sectors, then tutors who travel here, then tutors across Greater Noida, then online. Because the local pool is small, a specialist subject is often better taught online by a stronger match, with a local tutor for school subjects. Tell us your sector, society or block, and the class, board and subject when you ask. You get two or three matched tutors and see each fee before the demo; the first class is free, and so is a later switch.

Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.
| Classes a week | Classes a month | At ₹800 an hour | At ₹2,500 an hour |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | 8 | ₹6,400 a month | ₹20,000 a month |
| 3 | 12 | ₹9,600 a month | ₹30,000 a month |
In a coaching batch, one teacher's hour is shared by many students, so each family pays for a part of it. At home the whole hour is your child's: the pace, the questions and the homework check follow one student, and the tutor's travel to your home is part of the working day. A small group of two or three children from the same society usually costs less per child, with less individual attention.

The Zeta and Eta zone covers four Greater Noida sectors: Zeta 1, Zeta 2, Eta 1 and Eta 2, east of the Delta belt. Knowledge Park IV, with the GNIDA Office metro station, borders it, and villages such as Gulistanpur, Jaitpur and Thapkhera lie at its edges.
To get a home tutor in Zeta or Eta, send NXTutors your sector, society or plot block, and the class, board and subject. We share two or three matched tutors, each with a fee you can see before the first class. The demo costs nothing, and a later change of tutor is free too.
Each tutor in the Zeta–Eta sectors sets their own fee, and you see it on the shortlist before the free demo. Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Travel and sessions per week shift it.
GNIDA Office on the Aqua Line is the stop most Zeta and Eta families name, with Depot and DELTA 1 serving some pockets. All three need an auto or e-rickshaw for the last leg, so a tutor with a two-wheeler is often more dependable.
Yes, a tutor can reach Zeta or Eta by metro for an evening class, but the last train from GNIDA Office towards Noida Sector 51 leaves at 22:01. Late Class 12 sessions suit tutors who ride in on a two-wheeler, and an auto from the station to your gate adds to the trip, so finish metro-dependent classes early.
Yes, NMRC lists a planned 2.6 km Aqua Line extension from Depot to the Boraki multimodal hub, close to the Eta and Zeta side of the city. It is upcoming work with two stations, not an open line, so plan tuition on today's routes.
Yes, you can ask for a woman tutor anywhere in the Zeta and Eta sectors, and we filter the match for it. Say so when you request. Many parents also prefer an adult at home during the demo, which we encourage for every first class.
Tutors who travel to the Zeta–Eta zone mostly teach CBSE, ICSE and ISC, and UP Board, with some IB and Cambridge IGCSE. For IB or IGCSE, a local tutor for school subjects plus an online specialist often works better than waiting for a home specialist.
From Zeta and Eta, home tuition is usually more practical for school subjects because coaching centres mean a ride west towards Knowledge Park or Pari Chowk. For JEE or NEET, many families combine a centre with a home tutor for board work.
Yes, Zeta and Eta mix gated towers with plotted houses, and the first visit differs. In Zeta 1 or Eta 2 towers, pre-approve the tutor at the gate; in Eta 1 houses, share the plot number and a map pin.
We match tutors who travel to Paramount Golfforeste, the Eta 2 societies and the rest of the Zeta–Eta belt, starting with those based closest to you. We never claim a tutor lives in a society; we show where each tutor travels.
Online tuition is worth considering in Zeta and Eta for specialist subjects and late revision, because the local tutor pool is smaller and evening travel is slower. One tutor can also mix home and online sessions in the same week.
The Greater Noida Authority's public library is reported to be in its office complex in Knowledge Park IV, beside the Zeta and Eta sectors. Membership for students is said to be low cost; check opening hours before you go. No other public reading room turned up inside the four sectors, so a quiet room at home matters.
Zeta 1, Zeta 2, Eta 1 and Eta 2, on the north-eastern side of Greater Noida beyond the Delta sectors, with villages such as Tilapta, Gulistanpur, Thapkhera and Jaitpur nearby. The Delta sectors themselves belong to the Alpha–Delta and Pari Chowk zone, and tutors there often travel here.
Usually by the Aqua Line to GNIDA Office, or to Depot or DELTA 1 for some pockets, followed by an auto, since the link from the station into the sectors can be weak. Boraki and Dadri railway stations also serve the area. Many tutors simply ride their own two-wheeler, which is more dependable.
Yes, though it is still growing. Eta 2 has newer group-housing societies with construction continuing nearby, so work out the tutor's way in and get them on the visitor list before the first class, and share a map pin. Shops are some way off, which matters less for tuition than the exact tower and entrance.
Yes. NXTutors can arrange home, online or hybrid classes with one tutor, which suits Zeta and Eta when travel is hard on some days. You see the tutor's fee before the free demo, and if a hybrid plan does not suit your child, switching to another tutor is free.
