Teach in Pi, Sigma & Sectors 36–37 See tuition jobs in Greater Noida →Not sure which tutor fits? Tell us the class, board and your sector: we share two or three matched tutors, each with their fee, and the first class is a free demo.
Book a free demo classNXTutors matches home tutors across the stretch of Greater Noida that runs south of Pari Chowk towards Kasna: Sectors 36 and 37, Swarn Nagri, Pi 1 and Pi 2, and Sigma 1 to Sigma 4. Tell us your sector, whether you live in a house, a gated plotted colony or a tower, and the class, board and subject. You get two or three matched tutors who travel to your sector or teach online.
Every tutor's fee is on their profile before you book, the first class is a free demo, and switching tutor later is free. In this zone the first visit depends more on your type of home than on your sector, so this guide is organised around that.
| What | Detail |
|---|---|
| Sectors covered | Sector 36, Sector 37, Swarn Nagri, Pi 1, Pi 2, Sigma 1, Sigma 2, Sigma 3, Sigma 4 |
| Where it is | South and south-east of Pari Chowk in Greater Noida proper, stretching towards Kasna; not Greater Noida West |
| Housing | Plotted houses and villas in Sectors 36, 37 and Sigma 1–2; a mix with apartments in Swarn Nagri and Pi; new towers in Sigma 3; apartment societies in Sigma 4 |
| Aqua Line stations used | Pari Chowk, Alpha 1, Delta 1 and GNIDA Office, depending on the pocket; none is inside the zone's sectors |
| Main roads | Pari Chowk (end of the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway), the Surajpur–Kasna Road, Swarn Nagri Road; the Yamuna Expressway starts nearby |
| PIN codes seen on portals | 201315 for Sector 37 and Swarn Nagri; 201310 for Pi |
| Easy session windows | Late afternoon and early evening, ahead of the junction's evening peak; weekend mornings for long revision |
The nine sectors here fall into three groups, and the group you live in shapes how a tutor arrives and where the class happens.
Sector 36 sits in the Rho area near Pari Chowk and is mostly privately owned independent houses on wide roads. Sector 37, beside it, is almost entirely plots and independent houses on property listings, with two-bedroom rented floors common. Swarn Nagri, on the other side, is more mixed: apartments and plots in similar measure, with villas, houses and builder floors. A new gated apartment project, SOBHA Aurum, was registered in Sector 36 in 2025, so tower living is arriving here too.
Locals often speak of Pi 1 and Pi 2 together as Sector Pi. Listings show builder floors, apartments and independent houses, and cooperative housing such as GAIL Society appears on the map in Pi. Daily shopping comes from neighbourhood markets such as Rambhul Market and Eldeco Arcadia Market, both listed within a kilometre of Pi.
Sigma 1 lies out towards Kasna and is still largely residential plots with some houses, villas and apartment complexes. Sigma 2 is mostly plots in gated colonies where families build their own homes. Sigma 3 mixes villas and plots with newer high-rise gated projects. Sigma 4 is a mid-segment sector of apartment societies with plots in between, near Sector P-3, Sector 36 and Sector 31.
Because so much of the zone is plotted, many families here own a house they built themselves, sometimes with a floor let out to tenants. Rental listings in Sector 37 show demand for independent houses, builder floors and paying-guest rooms, which suggests some homes are let to students or young working people.
In Pi, Swarn Nagri, Sigma 3 and Sigma 4, more families live in apartments, from older cooperative societies to new towers. Swarn Nagri's listings lean to three- and two-bedroom homes. The Sigma 1 and Sigma 2 colonies are still filling up, so new houses stand next to empty plots, and families who have just moved in sit beside long-time owners.
For tuition, the practical result is variety. A tutor may teach in a villa drawing room at 4 pm and a two-bedroom flat in a tower at 6 pm, and the logistics are different each time. Telling us your home type at the start saves a lot of back and forth.
Some families move within the zone, for example from a rented floor in Sector 37 to a newly built house in a Sigma colony. Because the sectors connect by internal roads, a tutor who suits your child can often keep coming after such a move; if not, the same tutor may continue online, or you can switch tutor at no cost.
Public review material for these sectors is thin, mostly a handful of property-portal reviews, so treat these as themes to plan around.
The Aqua Line runs through the north of the zone with stations, in order, at Knowledge Park II, Pari Chowk, Alpha 1, Delta 1, GNIDA Office and Depot. None of them is inside these nine sectors. Tutors who use the metro choose by pocket: Pari Chowk or Alpha 1 for Swarn Nagri and the 36–37 side, Delta 1 for Sector 36, Pi and the Sigma sectors, and GNIDA Office for parts of Pi. The last stretch is always by e-rickshaw, auto or a lift.
The Noida–Greater Noida Expressway ends at Pari Chowk, where the Surajpur–Kasna Road, Swarn Nagri Road and other arterial roads meet, and the Yamuna Expressway starts close by. A tutor coming from Noida passes through the junction, and that is where most delay happens.
Within the zone, the sectors connect by internal roads. A tutor who lives in Pi can reach Sector 36, Sector 37 or Swarn Nagri without going near the junction, and a tutor in Sigma 2 or Sigma 3 can reach the other Sigma sectors the same way. That is why a nearby tutor is the most reliable choice for four or five sessions a week.
GNIDA approved a three-lane bridge over the Hawalia drain near the Sector P-3 roundabout in 2025, meant to ease trips between Knowledge Park, Pari Chowk, Swarn Nagari and the Yamuna Expressway. Check the current state of works before relying on it.
Families who want a woman tutor can ask at the start; our woman home tutors in Greater Noida page explains how it works. Tutors who join NXTutors go through an ID check, set out on our tutor ID check page; it is not a police or background check, so use the free demo to meet the tutor and ask questions.
Across Pi, Sigma and Sectors 36–37, families ask mostly for CBSE, then ICSE and ISC, with UP Board requests often coming with a Hindi-medium question. IB and Cambridge IGCSE requests come up too, mostly for online support.
The housing pattern matters more than the board. A house usually has a spare room, so two tutors for two siblings can come at the same hour; in a flat, they share the table on alternate evenings. Specialists for international boards who travel this far south of Pari Chowk are fewer, so online plus home is common. See CBSE home tuition in Greater Noida and CBSE vs ICSE vs IB vs IGCSE for the full comparison.
Short sessions straight after school. A tutor from the same or next sector can come most weekdays, which young children need. Ask about reading and number routines and a weekly note for parents.
One tutor often covers maths and science. Ask for a weekly test that follows the school's chapter order. If maths is the weak spot, our maths tutors for Greater Noida homes page explains how a subject tutor works.
Longer sessions, often one tutor per subject group. In plotted homes two tutors can share the week easily. For CBSE Class 10, the board now holds a second, optional exam in May with the better score counting (cbse.gov.in); ask the tutor how they would plan for both.
Specialists by subject, often alongside entrance coaching near Knowledge Park or Pari Chowk. Home sessions cover board answers, practicals and the chapters coaching rushes. Our Class 12 home tutors in Greater Noida page has more.
Go only by board notices on cbse.gov.in, cisce.org and upmsp.edu.in. Book extra revision sessions with your tutor early, move them away from Pari Chowk's evening peak, and keep online sessions ready for monsoon-damaged roads or heavy traffic days, especially for the Sigma sectors on the Kasna side.
Home tuition fits the zone's houses and gated colonies well: quiet rooms, short arrivals from nearby sectors, and no evening trip through the junction for the child.
Online tuition brings in specialists for IB, IGCSE, ISC and senior science, and covers bad-road days in the monsoon. See online tutors for Greater Noida.
A coaching centre usually means travel towards Pari Chowk or Knowledge Park at peak time. Many families keep a centre for entrance preparation and a home tutor for school subjects.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more.
Within the zone, quotes move with the class and board, the subject, session length and sessions a week. Distance counts as well: a tutor from the next sector can offer shorter, more frequent visits, while one crossing Pari Chowk at rush hour may prefer fewer, longer sessions. Each tutor's fee is on their profile before the free demo, so you can compare two or three.
Neighbouring zones: Alpha, Delta and Pari Chowk to the north and east, Omega, Chi and Phi towards Swarn Nagri's west, and Omicron, Mu and Xu beyond Sector 37. Or browse all home tutors in Greater Noida.
AI-first tutoring, with real teachers
You tell us the class, board, subject and where in Pi, Sigma & Sectors 36–37 you live. Our AI does the slow part of the search and returns two or three tutors who fit, not a long list to scroll. You see each tutor's fee before the free demo, and switching tutor later is free.
Where AI stops and people start
Sectors 36 and 37 are privately owned houses and plots on wide roads, with parking tight in parts of 37 and markets in nearby Kyampur. Swarn Nagri mixes houses, floors and villas with a few apartment blocks. Sigma 1 and Sigma 2 are largely plots in gated colonies where families build their own homes, Sigma 3 adds new premium towers to its villas and plots, and Sigma 4 is mostly mid-segment societies. Pi 1 and Pi 2, known together as Sector Pi, are mostly apartment societies with villa enclaves and plotted colonies alongside.
That mix means the first visit varies from street to street. In a plotted colony that is still filling up, the tutor needs a map pin and a landmark; in Pi or the new Sigma 3 projects, a gate registration and sometimes basement parking rules. Most tutors who use the metro get off at DELTA 1, a few at ALPHA 1, Pari Chowk or GNIDA Office depending on the pocket, and finish by auto or e-rickshaw. Traffic on the Surajpur–Kasna road slows at busy hours, so the steadiest tutor usually lives in Pi, Sigma or the sectors beside them.
The tutor list for this zone starts with those living in Pi, Sigma, Swarn Nagri and Sectors 36 and 37, then tutors who travel here, then others across Greater Noida, then online. Tell us whether you live in a house, a gated plotted colony or a tower, plus your sector, the class, board and subject, and a slot. NXTutors comes back with two or three matched tutors and shows each fee before you book the free demo. Because several sectors here are still growing, a closer tutor may appear later, and switching to them costs you nothing.

Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.
| Classes a week | Classes a month | At ₹800 an hour | At ₹2,500 an hour |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | 8 | ₹6,400 a month | ₹20,000 a month |
| 3 | 12 | ₹9,600 a month | ₹30,000 a month |
In a coaching batch, one teacher's hour is shared by many students, so each family pays for a part of it. At home the whole hour is your child's: the pace, the questions and the homework check follow one student, and the tutor's travel to your home is part of the working day. A small group of two or three children from the same society usually costs less per child, with less individual attention.

Tell NXTutors your sector in the Pi, Sigma and Sectors 36–37 zone, your type of home, and the class, board and subject. We share two or three matched tutors, each fee is shown before the first class, the first class is a free demo, and switching later is free.
The zone covers Sectors 36 and 37, Swarn Nagri, Pi 1 and Pi 2, and Sigma 1, 2, 3 and 4, all south of Pari Chowk in Greater Noida. Omega, Phi, Omicron and Delta sectors border it but have their own zone pages.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Across Pi and Sigma, class, board, subject, session length and travel set each quote.
Yes, families in the Pi and Sigma sectors can ask for a woman tutor, and we match only women tutors who travel there or teach online. Early-evening slots are popular, and in a tower or gated colony, register her at the gate before the demo.
Tutors heading into this zone use the Aqua Line stations at Pari Chowk, Alpha 1, Delta 1 or GNIDA Office, depending on the pocket. None is inside these sectors, so the last stretch is by e-rickshaw or auto, and many regular tutors ride a two-wheeler.
For school subjects, home tuition usually suits students in Pi and Sigma, because the child avoids the evening ride through Pari Chowk. A centre suits self-driven entrance preparation. Many families use a centre for entrance work and a home tutor for board subjects.
Tutors who travel to Pi, Sigma, Swarn Nagri and Sectors 36–37 commonly teach CBSE, ICSE, ISC and UP Board. For IB and Cambridge IGCSE, specialists are fewer this side of Pari Chowk, so families often combine an online specialist with a home tutor.
Tutors who travel to the Sigma sectors usually come from Sigma itself, Pi, Sector 36 or the Kasna side. We cannot promise one on your street, but nearby sectors connect by internal roads, and online tutors fill gaps for specialist subjects.
Yes, Pari Chowk traffic matters for tutors coming into this zone from Noida, because the Expressway ends at that junction. Choose late afternoon or early evening, or pick a tutor from a nearby sector who can come on internal roads.
In this zone, tutor entry depends on your type of home rather than your sector. Independent houses need only a parking spot. Gated plotted colonies in Sigma need the tutor's name at the guard post, and towers in Pi, Sigma 3 or Sigma 4 need a visitor-app entry before the demo.
Yes, a tutor can find a new house in a Sigma colony if you share a map pin, the colony name and one landmark before the first visit. Many Sigma streets are still filling up, so a nearby corner shop or park helps.
Monsoon roads can slow tutors heading to Sigma 1 and the Kasna side, since reviews mention potholes on the Surajpur–Kasna road that worsen in the rains. Keep an online option ready for those weeks, so a slow or flooded stretch never costs your child a class.
Yes, families in Pi or Sigma can switch to a closer tutor at any time, and switching on NXTutors is free. Several sectors here are still growing, so a tutor living nearer to you may become available later; ask us to check when your routine allows a change.
Yes, a Class 10 maths tutor for a family in Pi, Greater Noida is something we can match. Share the board and the chapters your child finds hard, and the tutor will use the free demo to teach one of them.
Sectors 36 and 37, Swarn Nagri, Pi 1 and Pi 2, and Sigma 1, 2, 3 and 4, between Pari Chowk and Kasna. Swarn Nagri borders Omega 1 and the Phi sectors, and Sigma 2 borders the Xu and Omicron sectors; those belong to separate zones with their own pages.
Yes, with a little help. Many streets in the Sigma colonies are still filling up, so send the tutor a location pin and a landmark before the first visit. Gated plotted colonies usually have a guard at the entrance; once the tutor's name is noted, the class happens at your door.
DELTA 1 on the Aqua Line is the stop most tutors use, with ALPHA 1, Pari Chowk and GNIDA Office closer to some pockets. None is inside these sectors, so the tutor finishes by auto or e-rickshaw, and many prefer to come by two-wheeler, especially to Sigma 1 out towards Kasna.
Yes. Every shortlist brings two or three matched tutors with fees shown before the free demo, so you can start with the strongest option available today. If a tutor living nearer to you joins later, or your child's needs change, switching tutor on NXTutors is free.
