For 2026 it had two compulsory papers, set in English and Hindi, and a candidate could attempt it at most twice, in consecutive years.

The G. E. Road, which the district lists as National Highway 6, runs past the central belt and the colonies on the Bhilai side, so a tutor who must cross it twice a week is harder to keep than one who lives near you. Most Durg students follow the Chhattisgarh board (CGBSE) or CBSE. Both courses cover much of what JEE Main asks about, but the papers they set are very different from a timed objective test.
