The board, at Ramnagar in Nainital district, grew out of a 1996 regional office of the UP board; the present council dates from a government order of 11 December 2008. Is there a Dehradun tuition-jobs page?

Can a Class 12 student change subjects from Class 11?

Not for the board examination. The board's site says a candidate applies for the Class 10 and 12 examinations in the same subjects passed in Class 9 and Class 11. That is useful to know when a family asks about subject choices.
