Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Omega 2 is one of the simpler places in Greater Noida to get a home tutor, because Pari Chowk metro station sits just over its northern edge. Share your NRI City block or society, the class, board and subject, and a slot, and NXTutors replies with two or three matched tutors. Every tutor's fee appears on that shortlist, the opening class is a free demo, and moving to someone else later is free.
The sector belongs to the Omega, Chi and Phi part of the city, listed on our Greater Noida home tuition hub. Most of it is a single township of plots, villas and apartment towers, which shapes how a tutor gets in and where lessons happen.

Wikipedia sums up Omega 2 in one line: it is the sector that mainly serves NRI City. Omaxe, the developer, describes NRI City as an integrated township of about 85 acres with individual plots, villas, multi-storey apartments and penthouses, and its company history lists it as the firm's first township, from the early 2000s. That age shows. The township has had two decades to fill in, so many homes are lived in by families who bought early, while others are let out.
Inside the township, portal listings split into three kinds of home. Square Yards shows Omaxe NRI City Apartments with two- to five-bedroom flats, Omaxe NRI Villas with four and five bedrooms, and Omaxe NRI City Plots, where owners have built their own houses. Omaxe Putting Greens, with four- and five-bedroom homes, and SDS NRI Residency, with two to four bedrooms, are listed alongside. RCM Vatika City appears as a plotted project, and Divine Grace Housing Society is also listed under Omega II.
RealEstateIndia's NRI City listings echo that spread: flats, residential plots, independent houses and builder floors, with a few rentals of each. A family may therefore live in a fifth-floor flat with a lift and guard, or in a two-storey house on a quiet internal road with its own gate. Both are common, and the tutor's arrival routine differs between them.
Shopping and leisure sit at the township's edge. Omaxe lists NRI City Center near Pari Chowk as an operational complex with a multiplex, shops, a food court and a fun zone. Beyond it, the Ansal Plaza market is the main shopping area around Pari Chowk station. For families, that means much of daily life happens within a short ride, and for a tutor it means two easy landmarks to aim for.
Resident writing on Omega 2 is scarce. Portal reviews are few and some are years old, so treat these themes as signposts rather than a survey.
Omega 2 is the metro-friendly end of this zone. Pari Chowk station, an elevated Aqua Line stop that opened on 25 January 2019, stands in Knowledge Park I at Tugalpur village, and Knowledge Park I is Omega 2's northern neighbour. A tutor riding the Aqua Line from Noida gets off here, and for many homes in NRI City the final stretch is a short e-rickshaw ride or a walk.
Going north from Pari Chowk the next station is Knowledge Park II; going south it is ALPHA 1, then DELTA 1 and on to Depot. So a tutor who lives near any of those stations has a simple trip. One coming from Delhi changes from the Blue Line at Noida Sector 52 to the Aqua Line at Sector 51, since Delhi Metro smart cards do not work on the Aqua Line. Look up the current timetable on the NMRC website if you plan a lesson that ends late.
By road, Omega 2 sits where the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway finishes at Pari Chowk and the Yamuna Expressway begins its run south to Agra. A tutor driving from Noida comes off the expressway, through the roundabout and straight in. One from the Alpha, Beta or Gamma sectors crosses the junction from the other side. Portal listings name Kasna, Ansal Golf Links and the Surajpur–Kasna road among NRI City's neighbouring localities, which tells you the township is reachable from several directions.
The quickest regular trips usually come from Omega 1 to the south, from Alpha 1 across Pari Chowk, or from tutors who already teach in the Phi and Chi sectors. Travel times are not given here, because the roundabout can change a short hop into a slow crawl depending on the hour.
How a tutor gets in depends on which part of NRI City you live in. In the apartment towers and in separate societies such as Putting Greens or SDS NRI Residency, the guard will log every visitor; give security the tutor's name, mobile number and vehicle before the demo, and ask whether a regular tutor can be pre-approved. In the villas and plotted houses, the tutor usually rings your own bell, so the main job is good directions.
Either way, send the block or pocket, the house or tower and flat number, and a map pin. Mention a landmark such as NRI City Center or the side of the township facing Pari Chowk. If you live in a builder floor, say which floor and whether someone will come down to open the street door.
Lessons are usually at a dining table or in a spare room. Keep an adult in the home throughout, and for primary children leave the door open. A fixed spot each week, away from the television and the doorbell, helps concentration.
Families who want a woman tutor can say so in the request, and we will try to match a female tutor for home lessons in Greater Noida for your class and timing. Everyone who signs up to teach on NXTutors confirms a phone or email with a one-time code and uploads a government photo ID for our team to review; read how the ID check works. Because it is an identity check rather than a police check, meet the tutor properly during the free demo.
Requests from this corner of Greater Noida mostly mention CBSE, then ICSE/ISC and UP Board. IB and IGCSE come up now and then too. In a township flat or villa, what changes for the tutor is mainly the entry routine, not the teaching.
Unsure which board fits your child? Our guide to choosing between CBSE, ICSE, IB and IGCSE sets them side by side.
For small children, three or four short lessons a week work better than one long one. In a villa or plotted house there is usually space for a separate study corner; in a flat, a dining table cleared of clutter is fine. Leave out the school diary so the tutor can match the day's work. An early start, soon after school, keeps the lesson clear of the evening play hour.
Middle school is when gaps in arithmetic and reading start to show in maths and science marks. A single tutor for both subjects, with a small test every week or two, catches them early. Ask the tutor to look at classwork notebooks as well as the textbook. A dedicated science home tutor in Greater Noida can help if experiments and diagrams are the weak spot.
Two or three lessons of around 90 minutes a week give enough time to teach a chapter and set timed questions. Many families separate Maths from Science at this stage. Keep a folder of school tests so the tutor can track which topics keep costing marks.
At senior level, plan one tutor per subject. A student in Omega 2 who attends entrance coaching can reach the Knowledge Park belt quickly through Pari Chowk, which leaves more of the evening for a home tutor to work on board answers, practical files and difficult chapters. For Physics, Chemistry or Maths at JEE depth, see our JEE home tutors in Greater Noida.
Board exams generally fall in the first months of the year. Check each date on the board's own site: cbse.gov.in, cisce.org or upmsp.edu.in. From December, many families add a lesson a week or switch to timed past papers, so ask the tutor early. If your child sits an exam at a centre across Pari Chowk, leave extra time that morning, since the roundabout is slow at school and office hours.
Omega 2 is one of the few sectors where travelling to a class is not much harder than having a tutor come home, thanks to Pari Chowk station. That makes the choice less about distance and more about the child. A home tutor suits children who need close attention, a quiet room and a parent nearby. It also saves the evening crossing of the roundabout.
Online lessons make sense for IB, IGCSE and senior specialist subjects, or when a strong teacher lives in another city; see online tutoring for Greater Noida students. A coaching centre gives structure and a peer group, which some entrance aspirants prefer, and many pair it with a home tutor for school subjects. Try a tutor through the free demo before signing up for anything longer.
Tutors on NXTutors set their own fees, and each shortlisted tutor's fee is shown to you before the demo. Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more.
In Omega 2 the fee mostly follows the class, the subject and board, the number of lessons a week and their length. A tutor who reaches you on the metro from a nearby station may be flexible on timing; one driving in through Pari Chowk at rush hour may prefer fewer, longer lessons. Specialist courses such as IB, IGCSE or entrance preparation usually cost more than primary support. Agree at the start how extra lessons before exams will be charged.
We found no public library inside Omega 2. A Greater Noida study-space guide says Knowledge Park II and III have the most private reading rooms, one or two metro stops north, and lists a public library in the GNIDA office complex area; check timings before going. Within the township, ask your society office whether any clubhouse room is open to students.

AI-first tutoring, with real teachers
You tell us the class, board, subject and where in Omega 2 you live. Our AI does the slow part of the search and returns two or three tutors who fit, not a long list to scroll. You see each tutor's fee before the free demo, and switching tutor later is free.
Where AI stops and people start
Move out to the wider area or in to nearby sectors. Tutors usually travel short distances, so the closest areas are the most useful places to look.
Distances are straight-line estimates between sector centres from OpenStreetMap data; the road route is usually longer.

Is your child in Omega 2 getting ready for a board exam or an entrance test? Either way, a tutor who plans the months ahead with them can ease the pressure. NXTutors suggests a few tutors who teach the right class and board, at home or online, and the first class with each is a free demo.
Omega 2 is listed in the Omega, Chi & Phi zone, made up of eight pages on our site, with Omega 1, Phi 3, Chi 3 and Chi 5 among them. Tutors who live in Omega 2 or travel there appear first. Next you will see teachers from Omega 1, Phi 3 and the other zone pages, then the remainder of Greater Noida, then home tutors whose base is Delhi or Noida, and online tutors last.
For CBSE or ICSE and ISC students, say which board applies; ICSE and ISC are conducted by CISCE, while CBSE sets its own Class 10 and Class 12 papers. For senior science, a home tutor for school work and an online specialist for JEE or NEET can be a sensible mix. Ask each tutor how they plan revision and mock tests before choosing.
