Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Beta 2 sits in the Alpha–Delta and Pari Chowk zone of Greater Noida, one of the city's oldest Greek-letter sectors. Its plotted blocks, a big shopping centre at Omaxe Connaught Place and two Aqua Line stations within reach shape how tuition works here.

Beta 2 is one of the first sectors Greater Noida's authority laid out, and its sectors carry Greek letters, with Alpha, Beta and Gamma the oldest of them. The pattern here is the old Greater Noida one: plots in lettered blocks, each carrying a family's own house. Listing portals name blocks such as F, G, I and J, and they show independent houses, villas and floors let out by owners, with a handful of apartment projects such as Hi Castle, Spark Divine and Oasis Homes on Beta 2 Road.
That mix means two kinds of household sit side by side. Some families own the whole house and live across its floors. Others rent one floor of a house, and rental listings in Beta 2 are aimed at families, company staff and single tenants alike, which fits a sector close to the Knowledge Park institutions. For a tutor, it means the door may open onto a living room in a large house or onto a compact rented floor, and the lesson setting differs a lot from street to street.
The biggest landmark is Omaxe Connaught Place, a large retail centre inside Beta 2 that opened Greater Noida's first DMart. Families use it for everyday shopping, and tutors use it as a meeting point that everyone can find. Closer to home, J Block Park in Block J is the open space children use in the evening. The sector's police station carries the name Beta-2, which is also a handy reference when you give directions.
One practical note: in 2022 the authority discussed replacing Greek-letter sector names with numbers, so a tutor may hear more than one name for a place. Until any change is notified, give the tutor your block letter, house number and a landmark such as the shopping centre or J Block Park, and the first visit goes smoothly.
Public discussion about Beta 2 and the sectors around it keeps returning to a few themes. None of them decides the tutor for you, but each one shapes a sensible plan.
Beta 2 is well placed for a tutor who does not drive. The Aqua Line of the Noida Metro runs from Noida Sector 51 to Depot, and its stations at ALPHA 1 (in Block E of Alpha 1) and DELTA 1 (in Block A of Delta 1) are the two that listings name for Beta 2. A tutor coming from Noida can ride the line, get off at whichever station is nearer your block, and finish by e-rickshaw or auto.
A tutor who drives will usually come along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, which ends at Pari Chowk, or along the Surajpur–Kasna road. Both are busy at office hours, and Pari Chowk is the point most tutors mention when they are late. A tutor who already lives in the Alpha, Gamma or Delta sectors avoids the roundabout altogether, which is why NXTutors lists tutors from those sectors before tutors who travel further.
Inside the sector, the roads between blocks are short, and most homes have a gate of their own rather than a society gate. Tell the tutor which side of the sector your block sits on: someone who parks near Omaxe Connaught Place on a weekend evening may spend a while finding a spot, while a lane by J Block Park is quieter.
On the first visit, send a map pin along with the block letter. Plotted sectors repeat similar-looking lanes, and a pin saves the tutor a phone call at the corner.
Most Beta 2 homes are individual houses, so there is no society app or guard register to clear: the tutor rings your bell. If you live in one of the few apartment projects such as Hi Castle or Spark Divine, ask security how visitors are logged and add the tutor before the first class.
In a house with several floors, choose the room before the demo. A ground-floor room near the entrance keeps the session in view of the household and saves the tutor walking through private rooms. If you rent one floor, a corner of the main room with a table works well, as long as the television and phones stay off for the hour.
For younger children, keep an adult at home and the door of the study room open. Tutors who join NXTutors go through an ID check, and the badge on a profile appears only once our team has reviewed that ID; you can read how we check tutors. This is not a police or background check, so meet the tutor at the demo and trust your own judgement too.
If you would prefer a woman tutor, say so in your request. The female home tutors in Greater Noida page lists women who teach in the city, and you can ask for only women tutors in your shortlist.
Beta 2 families usually ask about CBSE first, then ICSE and ISC, with some asking about UP Board and a few about IB or Cambridge IGCSE. In a plotted sector like Beta 2, the board matters less for logistics than for the tutor: a CBSE tutor works from NCERT books and the board's sample papers on cbseacademic.nic.in, while an ICSE or ISC tutor follows CISCE's own syllabus from cisce.org. For UP Board, ask whether the tutor can teach in the medium your child writes in.
Because houses here give you a choice of rooms and times, families often keep a local tutor for school subjects and add an online specialist for IB or IGCSE. If your child is in a CBSE school, start with the CBSE home tutor in Greater Noida page. For how the boards differ in style and workload, read our guide to CBSE, ICSE, IB and IGCSE.
Short lessons work for young children, and in Beta 2 the timing around J Block Park matters. Many parents book the hour before the evening rush to the park, so the child arrives at the table fresh. Keep the school diary on the study table so the tutor sees each week's homework and spelling lists without asking.
These are the years to build habits in Maths, Science and English. One tutor for two subjects is common, and in a house with siblings the same tutor can often take both children back to back. Ask the tutor to look at the school notebook every week, not only the textbook.
Board preparation starts in Class 9. Sessions of about ninety minutes, two or three times a week, leave time to teach and to set a timed question. For CBSE Class 10, the board now offers a second examination in the year for students who want to improve, so the tutor plans for the main sitting first. A Class 10 home tutor page explains this year further.
Senior classes usually need a specialist per subject: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Accountancy or Economics. Beta 2's position between ALPHA 1 and DELTA 1 helps here, because a subject specialist from Noida can reach you by metro. For Mathematics in particular, the maths home tutors in Greater Noida page shows who teaches senior classes.
Entrance preparation needs a tutor who knows the pattern NTA publishes on nta.ac.in. Families often pair a home tutor for board subjects with entrance practice, at home or online, and agree weekly test papers from the start.
Board exams for most students fall early in the calendar year. Take dates only from the board's own website: cbse.gov.in for CBSE, cisce.org for ICSE and ISC, upmsp.edu.in for UP Board, ibo.org for IB and cambridgeinternational.org for Cambridge. In Beta 2 the practical points are simple. Book extra revision slots early, because tutors' evenings fill as the exams near. On weekends, shopping traffic near Omaxe Connaught Place can slow a tutor, so a morning slot is often easier. Keep one or two sessions online for weeks when travel is awkward.
Home tuition suits Beta 2 well. There is no gate to clear, the tutor can usually park near your door, and you can hear how the lesson is going from the next room. The trade-off is that a tutor coming through Pari Chowk at peak hour may be late, so pick someone nearby for weekday slots.
Online lessons remove travel completely. They work for IB, IGCSE and senior specialist subjects, and for a child who concentrates better at their own desk. Online tutoring for Greater Noida students also gives you teachers from anywhere in India.
A coaching centre puts the travel on your child. From Beta 2, the metro makes centres in Noida reachable, but late batches mean a dark walk from ALPHA 1 or DELTA 1 in winter. Many families settle on a blend: a home tutor for school subjects, plus a centre or online class for entrance practice.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more.
In Beta 2, what moves a quote is the class and board, the subject, the length of each session and how many sessions you want each week. Travel plays a part: a tutor from the next block can offer a short session easily, while one who comes through Pari Chowk may prefer longer, fewer sessions. Teaching two siblings in the same house in back-to-back slots can also change what a tutor offers.
Ask what the fee covers, such as test papers, notes and make-up classes, and how missed sessions are handled. Each tutor's fee is shown on the shortlist before the free demo, so you compare before you commit.
We found no public library listed inside Beta 2. The Greater Noida Authority's library is described as being in the authority's office complex area, near the GNIDA Office metro station in Knowledge Park IV, and paid reading rooms cluster around Knowledge Park and the Alpha sectors. For most Beta 2 students, a quiet room at home is the realistic study spot.

AI-first tutoring, with real teachers
You tell us the class, board, subject and where in Beta 2 you live. Our AI does the slow part of the search and returns two or three tutors who fit, not a long list to scroll. You see each tutor's fee before the free demo, and switching tutor later is free.
Where AI stops and people start
Move out to the wider area or in to nearby sectors. Tutors usually travel short distances, so the closest areas are the most useful places to look.
Distances are straight-line estimates between sector centres from OpenStreetMap data; the road route is usually longer.

Beta 2 has its own page on NXTutors, inside the Alpha–Delta & Pari Chowk zone of Greater Noida. That zone is split into eleven pages, and Beta 1, Alpha 1, Delta 2 and Gamma 2 are among the others. Whatever your child needs, from English reading habits in the junior classes to JEE problem sets in Class 11, you can ask for home tuition here or for lessons online.
A short note gets the search going well. Mention the class, the board, the school books your child uses and a recent test they found hard. Say which days of the week suit you, and whether your child concentrates better in the late afternoon or after dinner. If a guard at your entrance checks visitors, share the tutor's name in advance so the first visit starts calmly and without any fuss.
In reply you will receive two or three suggestions that match those details. Read each profile, compare the fees the tutors show, and book a free demo with the person who seems right. Our English home tutors page is there if language skills are the focus, and the JEE page covers senior science.
