Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Delta 3 is a low-rise sector of large residential plots, independent houses and villas, north of Delta 2 and east of Gamma 2. Homes are spread out and the metro is a short ride away rather than at the corner, so the tutor's last stretch and the gate of your house are the two things worth planning.
| Topic | What applies in Delta 3 |
|---|---|
| NXTutors zone | Alpha–Delta & Pari Chowk |
| Housing | Authority plots with independent houses and villas; plots often listed at 200, 350 or 450 square metres |
| Blocks | Lettered blocks; O Block is one that sellers name |
| Sectors on its edges | Gamma 2 to the west and Delta 2 to the south, with Eta 1 to the east |
| Metro for tutors | DELTA 1 on the Aqua Line, then an e-rickshaw; GNIDA Office station in Knowledge Park IV is the other option |
| Road link to Noida | Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, which ends at Pari Chowk |
| Feel of the sector | Spread out and quiet, with parks and some plots still being built on |
| Boards asked about | CBSE and ICSE/ISC mostly; international boards often via online tutors |
| Modes | Home, online, or a mix |
Delta 3 belongs to the Delta group of sectors in Greater Noida's planned, plotted core. Wikipedia places Gamma 2 on its western side, and OpenStreetMap shows Delta 2 to the south and Eta 1 across the eastern edge. The authority divided the sector into residential plots in lettered blocks, and families build their own houses on them.
The plots here are on the larger side. Sale listings commonly describe plots of 200, 350 and 450 square metres, and a 450-square-metre plot is often advertised as being near a park, a market or a temple. Agents describe O Block as a developed block with premium plots. On the plots that are built, the homes are independent houses and villas, some with gardens and their own parking.
Rental listings are fewer than sale listings in Delta 3, and those that do appear are often whole houses, for example a three-bedroom home on a 180-square-metre plot. So a typical Delta 3 family owns or rents an entire house rather than a single floor, and many plots still have construction going on next door or across the lane.
One more local point: in 2022 the Greater Noida authority considered replacing Greek-letter sector names with numbers. Listings and maps still use Delta 3 (or Delta III), so that is the name to give a tutor, along with the block letter.
For tuition, this mix of big houses and quiet lanes is helpful. There is usually a spare room for study, the street is calm in the evening, and a tutor can park right outside. The challenge is distance: the sector is spread out, so tutors need a precise location and a clear idea of where the gate is.
Public material on Delta 3 is thinner than for the busier sectors near Pari Chowk. What exists, mostly property listings, agent guides and city news, points to a few practical themes.
Listings and agent guides stress open space, parks and large plots. For a child, that means fewer distractions at home. Choose one room as the study room and keep it that way through the year, so the habit sticks.
Plots in Delta 3 are still being sold and built on. If a house next door is going up, daytime noise can carry into the afternoon. Ask the tutor for a slot later in the day when work has stopped, or choose a room on the far side of the house.
City news in 2026 covered complaints from the Delta and nearby Greek-letter sectors about garbage collection and leaking water pipes. It is not specific to Delta 3, but it is a reason to have an online fallback ready for days when a road is dug up or waterlogged.
Delta 3 is not right beside a station, so tutors who rely on the metro need an e-rickshaw for the last part. Parents often prefer a tutor with a two-wheeler, especially for sessions that end after dark.
The Aqua Line, open since 25 January 2019, runs from Noida Sector 51 through Knowledge Park II, Pari Chowk, ALPHA 1 and DELTA 1 to GNIDA Office and Depot. DELTA 1 station stands in Block A of Delta 1, so from there a tutor crosses Delta 2 to reach Delta 3, usually by e-rickshaw. GNIDA Office station, in Knowledge Park IV, is the other stop that tutors use for this part of the city.
A tutor driving from Noida takes the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway to its end at Pari Chowk and continues through the older sectors. That works well for a weekend session. For weekday evenings, a tutor based in Greater Noida is easier to schedule than one making the full trip from Noida.
Gamma 2 to the west and Delta 2 to the south are the closest sectors, with Eta 1 to the east and Beta 2 and Gamma 1 not far beyond. A tutor living in any of these can usually reach a Delta 3 house on a two-wheeler through internal roads.
Large plots mean long frontages, and a house can have a main gate and a side gate. Send a map pin dropped on the gate you want the tutor to use, the block letter and plot number, and the name of the nearest park. On the first visit, have someone ready to open the gate.
Delta 3 has no apartment-society gate to clear, but larger houses bring their own small routines.
To ask for a woman tutor, note it in the request; our female tutors for Greater Noida homes page has the details. Tutors who join NXTutors go through an ID check, explained on our ID-check page. That is not a police or background check, so do meet the tutor during the free demo and ask your own questions.
Delta 3 parents mostly ask about CBSE and ICSE or ISC, and a few want IB or Cambridge IGCSE. For the international boards, tutors who know the syllabus and assessment style rarely travel this far into the Delta belt, so an online specialist plus a home tutor for other subjects is a common answer; see IGCSE tutors for Greater Noida. In a large house, the advantage is that a child can take an online class in one room while a sibling has a home session in another. For a side-by-side look at the boards, read our board comparison guide.
Short sessions straight after school suit this age. A garden or verandah is tempting, but a table indoors with good light keeps a young child focused. Look for a tutor who can come several days a week; in Delta 3 that usually means someone from Delta 2 or Gamma 2 rather than further away.
These years build the habits that later board classes depend on. A single tutor for maths and science is common, with regular written work rather than only oral explanation. If your child is in an ICSE school, ask for help with structured English answers as well. Our home maths tutors in Greater Noida page is a good place to compare.
Expect longer sessions and, often, separate tutors for maths and science. With a spare room, you can set up a proper revision corner with past papers on a shelf and a wall planner. Ask each tutor for a monthly target so the syllabus is done well before the board exam.
Here subject specialists matter most. For physics, chemistry or biology, a science tutor who knows the board's practical requirements is valuable; see science tutors who come home in Greater Noida. Students preparing for NEET or JEE often attend a centre and use a home tutor for board-focused work on weekends.
Rely on each board's own website for dates: cbse.gov.in, cisce.org and, for UP Board, upmsp.edu.in. In Delta 3, the main planning issue is distance: tutors have longer trips, so book any extra pre-exam sessions early, ideally before December. Use online sessions for short doubt-clearing calls in the last weeks, and save home visits for full mock papers that need supervision.
At home, Delta 3 offers space, quiet and easy parking for the tutor. The main limit is that fewer tutors live within a short ride, so the right subject specialist may be further away.
Online fills that gap. It brings in specialists for senior science, ISC, IB or IGCSE, and it saves a long trip on weekday evenings. A desk in a quiet room, a laptop and headphones are all it needs.
A coaching centre means your child travels out of the sector, which takes time from a spread-out area like this. It suits entrance preparation with a fixed batch; for school subjects, home or online sessions usually fit Delta 3 routines better.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more.
In Delta 3, the factors that shift a quote are the class and board, the subject, the session length and how often the tutor comes. Distance plays a larger part here than in denser sectors: a tutor making a long trip may prefer fewer, longer sessions over many short ones. A mix of home and online sessions can bring the plan within what you want to spend.
Compare what each quote covers, such as worksheets, tests and make-up classes. All fees are on the tutor profiles before the free demo.
No public library or community study room inside Delta 3 turned up in a reliable source. The parks among the blocks are good for a short walk between subjects. For focused study, a room at home is still the dependable option.

AI-first tutoring, with real teachers
You tell us the class, board, subject and where in Delta 3 you live. Our AI does the slow part of the search and returns two or three tutors who fit, not a long list to scroll. You see each tutor's fee before the free demo, and switching tutor later is free.
Where AI stops and people start
Move out to the wider area or in to nearby sectors. Tutors usually travel short distances, so the closest areas are the most useful places to look.
Distances are straight-line estimates between sector centres from OpenStreetMap data; the road route is usually longer.

If your child learns most easily with a tutor at the same table, home tuition is a natural place to begin for a Delta 3 child in the primary or middle classes. As Science divides into Physics, Chemistry and Biology later on, you may want a subject specialist, and an online tutor can sit alongside the home one for that.
On NXTutors, Delta 3 is part of the Alpha–Delta & Pari Chowk zone; Alpha 2, Beta 1, Gamma 2 and Sector P-3 are other pages there. Those living in Delta 3 or willing to travel to it are the first tutors you see. Teachers from the same zone follow, then the city beyond it, then home tutors from Gurugram, and online tutors close the list.
Board exams at Class 10 and Class 12 are held by CBSE, while CISCE sets the ICSE and ISC papers, so tell us which one your child follows. Mention any reading or writing habits you would like built up over the term too. Every tutor shows a fee before the first class, which is a free demo, and you can change tutor later at no cost.
