Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Chi 5 families can have a tutor come to the flat. Send NXTutors the society name, tower, your child's class, board and subject, and two or three slots that suit. You will see two or three matched tutors and each one's fee before anything is booked. The opening class is a free demo, and moving to another tutor later costs nothing.
Chi 5 is the tower sector on the far side of the Yamuna Expressway, at the western edge of the Omega, Chi and Phi zone in Greater Noida. Almost every lesson here starts at a society gate, and almost every tutor arrives by road. The sections below deal with both.
| Topic | Chi 5 |
|---|---|
| Position | Western edge of Greater Noida, PIN 201310, run by GNIDA; Chi 3 and Chi 4 to the east, the Noida boundary near Sector 150 to the west |
| Main road | The Yamuna Expressway, once called the Taj Expressway, runs along the eastern side |
| Homes | Gated group-housing towers, plus low-rise builder floors in one society; two-bedroom flats are the most common listing |
| Societies you will hear named | Purvanchal Royal City, Nimbus Express Park View I and II, Proview Technocity, Earthcon Casa Grande and Casa Grande 2 |
| Metro | No station in the sector; Knowledge Park II is the nearest Aqua Line stop on the map, with Pari Chowk next |
| Last train (NMRC) | Knowledge Park II towards Noida Sector 51 at about 10:10 pm |
| Shops | A row of retail buildings and eateries mapped inside the sector |
| Boards asked about | CBSE above all, then ICSE/ISC; IB and IGCSE requests usually go online |
| Steadiest slots | After school and early evening; weekend mornings for long revision sessions |
Chi 5 looks different from the plotted Chi sectors across the road. Wikipedia places it in south-western Greater Noida, with Chi 3 and Chi 4 to its east and Noida's Sector 150 side to its west. Property portals describe it as a planned pocket along the Yamuna Expressway corridor, made up mainly of apartments, with builder floors in a smaller share. Two-bedroom flats make up most of the homes for sale on one portal, and rental demand leans the same way, which points to many young families and working couples.
The names you will hear are society names. Purvanchal Royal City is a large gated complex of three- to five-bedroom flats. Nimbus Express Park View I and II sit on the north side of the sector on OpenStreetMap, and Park View II includes a low-rise section of four-storey builder floors. Proview Technocity is mapped next to them. Earthcon Casa Grande gives its address as a plot on the Taj Express Highway, the expressway's earlier name, and its sister project Casa Grande 2 includes small studio units in a tall tower.
Portals describe gated campuses with clubhouses and landscaped grounds, and internal roads that are wide and well laid out. A short row of retail buildings is mapped inside the sector, with eateries among them, so daily shopping does not always mean leaving Chi 5.
For tuition this means two things. First, the tutor's path runs through a guard desk, every time. Second, a two- or three-bedroom flat often has no spare room, so the lesson usually happens at the dining table or in a child's bedroom, and siblings' timetables need to fit around it.
Resident reviews of Chi 5 on property portals are more numerous than for the plotted sectors nearby, and broadly positive with some clear complaints. Here is how those themes translate into tuition planning.
Beyond these, the questions are the familiar ones: board knowledge, a fixed weekly slot, and whether a senior subject is better taught in the flat or by a specialist online.
Chi 5 has no metro station. On the map, the nearest Aqua Line stop is Knowledge Park II, with Pari Chowk next to it on the line. Noida Sector 148 station, on the same line towards Noida, sits on the far side of the city boundary to the west at a broadly similar straight-line distance, though the road route depends on where the tutor is coming from. The Aqua Line opened on 25 January 2019 and runs from Noida Sector 51 to Depot. A tutor who rides it still needs an auto or cab to reach your society gate.
NMRC lists the last train towards Noida Sector 51 at about 10:10 pm from Knowledge Park II and about 10:14 pm from Noida Sector 148. Once you add the auto ride to the station, a metro-riding tutor should finish in Chi 5 by around nine at the latest. On Sundays trains begin at 8 am from the end stations, so early Sunday lessons suit a tutor with their own vehicle. Check the NMRC site before agreeing a late slot.
By road, the Yamuna Expressway is the sector's main link. It begins at Pari Chowk, where the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway ends, and runs past the eastern side of Chi 5, separating it from Chi 3 and Chi 4. A tutor from Knowledge Park or Omega usually crosses Pari Chowk and heads south; one from the Chi and Phi sectors east of the expressway has to get across it, so ask which crossing they plan to use.
Most tutors who teach in Chi 5 come by two-wheeler or car. We do not give minutes, because the same ride varies a great deal between mid-afternoon and the evening rush.
Nearly every Chi 5 home is behind a society gate, so the first lesson goes smoothly only if security expects the tutor.
Inside the flat, keep an adult at home during lessons and leave the door open for younger children. Choose one fixed spot, so the child knows where tuition happens.
If you would like a woman tutor, add that to the request; NXTutors will include a woman home tutor for Greater Noida whenever one fits your class, subject and hours. People who join NXTutors as tutors complete an ID check, confirming a phone or email by one-time code and uploading a government photo ID that our team reviews. Read how we check tutor IDs. It is not a police or background check, so the demo hour is also your chance to judge.
Requests from this part of Greater Noida name CBSE most often, then ICSE/ISC, with UP Board, IB and Cambridge IGCSE less often. In Chi 5's flats the board matters in a practical way: an ISC or Class 12 science student may need two or three subject tutors in a week, and a two-bedroom flat has one quiet table. Stagger the tutors across different evenings.
Keep the official sources handy: NCERT and CBSE sample papers on cbseacademic.nic.in, ICSE and ISC syllabuses on cisce.org, and UPMSP notices on upmsp.edu.in. For IB or IGCSE, an online specialist is often the first step here.
For the full comparison, read CBSE, ICSE, IB or IGCSE: which board fits.
Short lessons several times a week work well for young children, ideally at the same table each time. If the society has a reading room or quiet clubhouse corner, ask whether tutors may use it; otherwise a bedroom desk is calmer than the living room. Early-evening slots after school suit both child and tutor. Our primary home tutors in Greater Noida page covers this stage.
Many families take one tutor for Maths and Science together in these years, with a short test every couple of weeks. Ask the tutor to read the school notebook, not just the textbook. If your child plays on the society's courts after school, set lessons for a fixed hour after play so the routine does not slip.
Steady practice matters more than long hours. Two or three sessions of about 90 minutes a week give time for teaching and timed questions. A dedicated maths tutor at home in Greater Noida is the usual first hire, with Science added once the routine holds.
At this level each subject usually needs its own specialist. Students preparing for an entrance exam often travel to classes elsewhere, so the home tutor focuses on board answers, practical files and difficult chapters. When the right specialist will not travel to Chi 5, an online lesson for that subject keeps the plan intact. See home tutors for Class 12 in Greater Noida.
Use only the official sites for dates: cbse.gov.in, cisce.org and upmsp.edu.in. From December, plan extra revision early, because tutors' evenings fill fast. In Chi 5, weekend mornings are a good time for full mock papers at the dining table, before the household is busy. Keep an online fallback for the final fortnight, when expressway traffic or weather can delay a home visit.
Home tutor. With no station nearby and every trip to a centre going by road, home lessons save your child the most time. You also stay close to how lessons go.
Online. Useful for IB, IGCSE, rare subjects or teachers who live far away, and for exam weeks. See online tuition in Greater Noida.
Coaching centre. Means a regular road trip, often north towards Knowledge Park, and less individual attention in a larger batch. Families who choose a centre for entrance preparation usually keep a home tutor for school subjects and board-style answer writing.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Each tutor sets their own fee, and NXTutors shows it on your shortlist ahead of the free demo.
The class, board and subject decide most of the fee, along with lesson length and how many sessions you book. Travel can also matter in Chi 5: a tutor riding in on the expressway has a straightforward trip, while one coming by metro pays for an auto at each end and may prefer fewer, longer lessons.
Agree the monthly maths before you begin: hourly fee times lesson length times sessions a month. Settle what happens on holidays, cancelled days and extra sessions in exam months.
We found no public library inside Chi 5. A 2026 study-space guide puts most paid study rooms in Knowledge Park II and lists the Greater Noida authority's public library at its office complex, both a road trip away. Inside the sector, some societies have clubhouse rooms; ask your management whether students may use them. Otherwise a fixed desk at home is the plan, with a walk round the society grounds between subjects.
The Omega, Chi and Phi guide sets Chi 5 against the rest of the zone.

AI-first tutoring, with real teachers
You tell us the class, board, subject and where in Chi 5 you live. Our AI does the slow part of the search and returns two or three tutors who fit, not a long list to scroll. You see each tutor's fee before the free demo, and switching tutor later is free.
Where AI stops and people start
Move out to the wider area or in to nearby sectors. Tutors usually travel short distances, so the closest areas are the most useful places to look.
Distances are straight-line estimates between sector centres from OpenStreetMap data; the road route is usually longer.

Should tuition in Chi 5 happen at home or online? It is usually the first thing to settle. The answer depends on your child. If your child is young or loses focus easily, a tutor beside them may help, while a confident senior may enjoy an online specialist. NXTutors can arrange either, or a mix of both.
On our site, Chi 5 sits in the Omega, Chi & Phi zone, which has eight pages, among them Chi 2, Chi 4, Omega 2 and Phi 2. Tutors who live in Chi 5, or say they travel to it, are shown before anyone else. If nobody is listed for Chi 5 itself yet, the cards begin with Chi 2, Chi 4 and the remaining pages of this zone, then widen to the city, home tutors from Noida, and online teachers.
CBSE conducts the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams, so if that is your board, name the class and the subjects. For Science or Chemistry, mention any chapters already done and the ones your child keeps putting off. A small shortlist of matched tutors follows, and lesson one is a free demo.
