Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Yes, Sector 115 families can have a tutor come home, and any subject can also be taught online. Send NXTutors the class, board and subject, and tell us whether you live in Sorkha village or in one of the newer apartment blocks. We answer with two or three matched tutors, showing each fee before you decide. The first class is a free demo, and a later change of tutor is free.
Sector 115 is in the Near Noida Extension zone of Noida, though it actually sits on the southern side of that group, beside Sector 76 and the FNG Expressway. Its character comes from two things: the old village of Sorkha, where most families live today, and the Harit Upvan urban forest. A large tower project, Ivory County, is still being built. This guide explains what that means for finding the house, the tutor's ride and the timing of lessons.

Sector 115 grew around Sorkha, one of the villages that Noida's sectors were laid out over. NoBroker describes the locality as developed around the old village, and its rental listings are mostly independent houses in the Sorkha area. Flats in the village run from a single room to 4 BHK floors, so households range from young couples renting one room to joint families in their own house.
The other half of the story is still under construction. Ivory County, a County Group project, is listed with 23 towers on about 28 acres, registered with UP RERA in three phases. Portals give possession dates from 2028 into 2029 and do not agree with each other, so treat any date as provisional. When those towers fill, the sector will look very different, but today the village is where most children who need a tutor live.
Sorkha is also known for its urban forests. Harit Upvan, set up from 2017 by HCL Foundation with the Give Me Trees Trust and the district administration, covers about 12.5 acres of land that once held construction debris. Citizen Matters has reported on a separate forest in Sorkha, Uday Upvan. Both give the sector a greener feel than most of the city, and residents mention the greenery as a reason they like the area.
In a village house, the lesson often happens in the front room or on an upper floor away from the street. Builder floors usually have a separate room, which suits older students. Ask yourself where the quietest corner is between 5 and 8 in the evening, because village lanes are lively at that hour.
Resident reviews of Sector 115 on NoBroker are frank about a sector still finding its shape. These are the themes, turned into planning points.
There is a positive side too. Reviewers like the greenery around Harit Upvan, quick access to the expressway, inexpensive food and vegetables, and easy cabs, and NoBroker's residents rate safety well. In short, the sector is livable, but logistics need planning.
The FNG Expressway is the main road serving the sector, with Sector 116 Main Road and Samrat Ashok Road carrying local traffic. The Sorkha signal is where queues build at peak hours, according to residents. A tutor coming from Sector 76 or the tower sectors to the west, or from Sector 116 and 117 to the east, will usually meet that junction, so a slot that misses the rush keeps the start time honest.
There is no station in Sector 115. NoBroker puts Noida Sector 76 at about 3 km and Noida Sector 101 at about 3.1 km, both on the Aqua Line. A tutor who rides the metro then needs an e-rickshaw or cab for the last stretch, which residents call slow. In practice, the metro suits a tutor who comes once or twice a week; one who comes four days a week will usually ride a two-wheeler.
Tutors from Sector 76, Sector 116, Sector 117 and Sector 119 have the shortest rides. Sector 76 matters in particular: it has large societies and its own station, so tutors already teaching there can add a Sorkha lesson on the same evening. Tutors from further afield in Noida or Greater Noida can reach the sector along the expressway, but evening traffic makes them better suited to longer, less frequent lessons.
We do not quote journey minutes; they change too much with the hour and the weather. Ask each tutor at the demo how they came and how long it took.
Most Sector 115 homes today open straight onto a lane, with no society gate. That removes the visitor-app step but makes directions more important. Before the free demo, send a live location or map pin, the house or plot number, the floor, and a landmark the tutor cannot miss, such as Harit Upvan, the Sorkha signal or Apex Multispeciality Hospital, which NoBroker lists in the sector. A quick call when the tutor reaches the lane helps on the first visit.
Tell the tutor where a two-wheeler can stand safely. In a narrow lane, a spot inside your gate or in front of your own door is better than the roadside.
When Ivory County and other projects open, their residents will follow the usual society routine of pre-approving visitors at the gate. Until then, the village rules apply: clear directions, an adult at home and a lit entrance.
Keep an adult present for every lesson with a younger child. If you prefer a woman tutor, ask in your request and we will look for a woman tutor for home lessons who can reach Sector 115 or teach online. Tutors who join NXTutors go through an ID check, confirming phone or email by one-time code and uploading a government photo ID that our team reviews. It confirms identity; it is not a police or background check. More on how tutors are checked.
Sector 115 families can ask for any board. In practice a tutor here should be ready for CBSE and UP Board, and also for ICSE or an international board as new towers fill. Tell us yours at the start, because it decides the books and the tutor we look for.
Two local points help. For UP Board, say whether your child studies in Hindi or English medium, because that changes the books and the way answers are written; UPMSP in Prayagraj sets the High School and Intermediate papers. And in a joint-family home, where an elder may sit with the child for homework, invite them to the demo so they hear how the tutor wants practice done between lessons. CBSE's optional second Class 10 sitting is a revision-planning point, not a reason to change tutors.
For a full comparison of the boards, read our board guide. UP Board families can also see UP Board tutors in Noida.
For young children, the steadiest arrangement is a tutor who lives a short ride away, so four short lessons a week are realistic. Keep lessons in daylight in winter, when inner roads get dark early. The focus is reading, writing, tables and a daily homework habit. A small, fixed study spot with good light matters more than a separate room.
Maths and science become the main need, and English writing starts to count in marks. One tutor for maths and science, two or three times a week, is a common start. Ask the tutor to check the school notebook every week, since homework in these years is often from worksheets, not the book. See science tuition at home in Noida.
Board preparation begins. Because travel to Sector 115 takes planning, two lessons of about 90 minutes a week often work better than four short ones, and they leave room for a timed paper. Families can also look at a home tutor for Class 9 in Noida.
Most students need a separate tutor per subject. A specialist for Physics, Chemistry, Accountancy or Biology may live far from Sorkha, so many families keep a home tutor for one or two subjects and take the rest online. For entrance preparation, online lessons avoid the slow last stretch from the metro.
Most board exams here fall early in the year, with CBSE's optional second Class 10 sitting later. Dates should come only from the boards' sites: cbse.gov.in, upmsp.edu.in, cisce.org, and ibo.org or cambridgeinternational.org. Exam season overlaps with clearer weather, which helps home visits; the risky months for missed lessons are the monsoon ones, so build a little extra revision time into the summer before the board year.
Home tutor. The child stays in a familiar room and the tutor deals with the lanes. For primary and middle school, this is usually the easiest option in Sector 115, provided the tutor lives within a short ride.
Online tutor. It removes the slow last stretch from the metro, the monsoon flooding and the dark inner roads at once. It also opens up specialists for senior subjects. A charged device and a back-up for power cuts are the only must-haves. See online tutors in Noida.
Coaching centre. With scarce buses and no station nearby, a centre means a parent's drive or a cab each time. That makes a centre hard to sustain several days a week. Many families use a home tutor for school subjects and an online course for exam preparation instead.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fees, and you see each one on the shortlist before the free demo.
Fees move with the class and board, the subject, how long each lesson lasts and how many lessons you book. Distance matters more than usual here. A tutor from Sector 116, 117 or 76 has a short ride; one who crosses the Sorkha signal at peak hour, or comes by metro and e-rickshaw, may ask for longer lessons or a slightly higher rate. An online lesson with the same tutor can be a way to keep costs and travel down in the rains.
Ask how missed lessons, holidays and extra pre-exam classes are handled before you start.
We found no public library or reading room in Sector 115. Harit Upvan is a good place for a walk between study blocks, not a place to work at a desk, and no visiting rules are published in the sources we checked. Home remains the study space for most students; a fixed table with a good lamp helps on power-cut evenings.

AI-first tutoring, with real teachers
You tell us the class, board, subject and where in Sector 115 you live. Our AI does the slow part of the search and returns two or three tutors who fit, not a long list to scroll. You see each tutor's fee before the free demo, and switching tutor later is free.

Sector 115 opens the Near Noida Extension zone on NXTutors, which runs from Sector 115 to Sector 122 across eight pages. If you are looking for a tutor here, start by telling us the class, board and subject; we then name two or three people who teach that combination.
The tutors you see come in a clear sequence. Anyone who lives in Sector 115 or has listed it as a place they travel to is shown first. Next are people from other Near Noida Extension pages, such as Sector 116 or Sector 117, then the wider city of Noida, then home tutors from Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and other NCR cities, and finally online teachers. Each card says why that tutor is included.
For senior science, you can ask for Biology or Chemistry, and the NEET home tutors page may help if entrance preparation is the goal. Younger children may need English or general homework support instead. If your child follows IGCSE, name the subjects and the year. There is no charge for the first class with any tutor. Bring a recent notebook to it, and ask the tutor what they would focus on in the first month.
