Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Yes. Families in Sector 76 can have a tutor come home or teach online. Send NXTutors the class, board, subject and the name of your society, and we suggest two or three matched tutors who travel to Sector 76 from nearby sectors or who teach online. Sector 76 belongs to the Sectors 70–82 zone of Noida. What sets it apart is that it has its own Aqua Line station, Noida Sector 76, standing beside Amrapali Princely Estate, and that it is home to some very large township-style societies. This guide covers what that means for a tutor's trip, the gate, the timing and the lesson itself.
| What | Sector 76 |
|---|---|
| Zone | Sectors 70–82, inside the group-housing belt of Sectors 74 to 79 |
| Housing | Mostly high-rise gated societies on large builder plots, a few of them township-sized; 2 and 3 BHK flats are the most common |
| Metro | Noida Sector 76 on the Aqua Line, inside the sector; the next stops are Noida Sector 50 to the north and Noida Sector 101 to the south |
| Main roads | Vishwakarma Road, the Sector 71–79 link road, Sector 76 Road, Sector 77 Road, Golf Marg and Dadri Main Road |
| Where tutors usually come from | Next-door tower sectors (75, 77, 78), the Sector 50–51 side, riders along the Aqua Line, and online teachers for specialist subjects |
| Boards families ask about | Families here commonly ask about CBSE and ICSE/ISC, with some asking about IB, Cambridge IGCSE or UP Board |
| Good session windows | After school and before the evening peak, a later slot once roads ease, or weekend mornings; the metro runs roughly from early morning to about 10 pm |
Sector 76 is part of the Sectors 74 to 79 cluster, which Noida divided into large group-housing plots for builders. The result is a sector of tall towers inside gated societies rather than plotted houses. Property portals describe it as mainly high-rise apartments with a few builder floors and shops, with flats running from 1 BHK to 5 BHK, and 2 and 3 BHK the most common sizes.
What makes Sector 76 different from its neighbours is scale. Amrapali Silicon City alone is listed at about 43 acres with 28 towers, and several other societies run to hundreds of flats each. A society of that size has its own internal roads, parks, gates and, often, a shopping strip, so families can go days without leaving the complex. For a tutor, it also means the walk from the gate to a far tower can be long.
Reviews on property portals describe the sector as residential and family-focused, popular with young professionals and families, with society gyms, pools and sports courts, parks for walking, and markets for daily needs. Many residents work in the offices of Sectors 62 and 63, in the IT parks along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, or in the business parks around Sectors 128 and 132. That spread of office hours shapes when a parent can be home for a lesson.
These are the societies that property portals list in Sector 76. Portals disagree on sizes and unit counts, so only the plainer details are given.
For tuition, the size of the flat matters more than the name on the gate. A 3 or 4 BHK often has a spare room that can become the study room on lesson days. In a 1 or 2 BHK, the lesson usually happens at the dining table, so it helps to pick a slot when the rest of the household is out or settled.
Public reviews of Sector 76 on property portals keep returning to a handful of points. Each one has a simple tuition meaning.
Then come the questions every parent asks: will the tutor keep the same weekly slot, do they know how my child's board marks answers, and is a senior subject better taught at home or online? The rest of this guide answers those for Sector 76.
Sector 76 is one of the few sectors in this zone with its own metro stop. Noida Sector 76 station on the Aqua Line is elevated, has two exits, and opened with the line in January 2019. Going north, the line runs through Noida Sector 50 to Noida Sector 51, where passengers change for the Delhi Metro Blue Line at Noida Sector 52. Going south, it runs through Noida Sector 101, Noida Sector 81 and NSEZ towards Greater Noida. A tutor who lives near any of these stations can ride in and walk or take an e-rickshaw to your gate.
The station also helps tutors from Delhi or the older Noida sectors on the Blue Line, who can change at Sector 51/52 and ride a few stops. Keep the metro's hours in mind: the first trains run from around 6 am and the last around 10 pm, with some variation on weekends and holidays, so a very late lesson suits a tutor with a two-wheeler better than one coming by metro.
By road, residents use Vishwakarma Road, the Sector 71–79 link road, Sector 76 Road, Sector 77 Road, Golf Marg and Dadri Main Road, with wide roads that link to the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. The zone's known pinch points are Vikas Marg at office hours, the Sector 71/51 crossing and the junction near Sector 101 station. A tutor coming from Sector 50 or 51 may meet the first two; one coming from the south or the expressway may meet the third.
The shortest rides come from the sectors that touch Sector 76: Sector 75, Sector 77 and Sector 78, with Sectors 74, 50 and 115 close behind. We do not give travel minutes, because they swing so much with the hour. Ask each tutor which way they will come and at what time.
Every large society in Sector 76 is gated, and the biggest have more than one entrance. Before the free demo, register the tutor as an expected visitor, either in your society's visitor app or with the guard, and send them the society name, the gate to use, the tower and the flat number. In a society the size of Amrapali Silicon City, a tutor who only knows the sector number can lose a good part of the lesson finding the right tower.
After the demo, ask your society office how to set up a standing approval for a regular visitor, so each lesson does not wait on a phone call from the guard. If the tutor rides a two-wheeler or drives, find out where visitor parking is and tell them before the first visit.
Most lessons happen inside the flat. Several Sector 76 societies list a clubhouse, and Amrapali Princely Estate also lists a library and a multi-purpose hall, but each society sets its own rules on private lessons in shared rooms, so check with the office before you plan on one. Wherever the lesson is, keep an adult at home and the door open, especially for younger children.
If you would rather have a woman tutor, say so when you send your request. NXTutors can shortlist a female home tutor in Noida where one is available for your class, subject and timing. Tutors who join NXTutors go through an ID check: they confirm their phone or email with a one-time code and upload a government photo ID, which our team reviews. It confirms identity; it is not a police or background check. See how tutor ID checks work, and judge the teaching yourself at the demo.
Families in the sector commonly ask about several boards. Here is what changes for a home tutor under each, based on the boards' own websites.
From 2026, CBSE gives Class 10 students two chances at the board exam in the same year. CBSE's own press release shows the 2026 main Class 10 exam ran from 17 February to 11 March, and the second exam from 15 to 21 May. In practice, a tutor plans the Class 10 year towards the main exam; the second sitting is an option to improve, and the family can decide after the first results whether a short burst of extra help is worth it. A good CBSE tutor works from the NCERT books and the board's sample papers on cbseacademic.nic.in. More on our CBSE home tutors in Noida page.
CISCE conducts ICSE at Class 10 and ISC at Class 12, and it publishes regulations, syllabuses and prescribed texts on cisce.org. The prescribed texts for English literature and the languages are set by the board, so give the tutor that list at the start. At ISC level, a separate tutor for each main subject is common.
Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, based in Prayagraj, runs the High School (Class 10) and Intermediate (Class 12) exams. It posts notices and timetables, mostly in Hindi, on upmsp.edu.in, where the programme for the 2027 exams is already up. Tell the tutor whether your child answers in Hindi or English, because that decides which books they use.
The IB Diploma Programme holds exams in May and November. Cambridge runs IGCSE exams in India in March, June and November series. In both, the tutor should work from the exact subject guide or syllabus your child's school uses, so bring it to the first lesson. For senior IB or IGCSE subjects, some families combine a home tutor with an online specialist.
Young children do well with short lessons, around 45 minutes to an hour, on three or four days a week. Pick one fixed spot in the flat, away from the television, and keep the school diary there so the tutor can see what the class is doing. In a large society, children often head to the park in the early evening, so a slot just before play time tends to get the most attention.
These years lay the ground for board classes, especially in Maths and Science. Many families choose one tutor for both subjects, adding English or a second language later if needed. Ask the tutor to check the school notebook and the last test paper each week, not just the textbook. A home maths tutor in Noida is the request we hear most for this stage.
Class 9 is when board planning begins. For CBSE Class 10, the tutor builds the year towards the main exam and keeps the May sitting as a back-up for improvement. ICSE spreads the work over more subjects. Lessons of about 90 minutes, two or three times a week, leave room both to teach and to set a timed question. See our Class 10 home tuition in Noida page for more.
At this level most families take one tutor per subject, such as Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, Accountancy or Economics. Where an entrance exam is in the plan, the hours go up, and some families keep the home tutor for board work and add an online teacher for entrance preparation. A student who goes out for coaching by metro in the evening may find a weekend morning home lesson the easiest to protect.
For most students here, board exams fall early in the calendar year. CBSE's 2026 Class 10 main exam ran from mid-February to mid-March, with a second Class 10 exam in May. ICSE and ISC timetables come from cisce.org and UP Board timetables from upmsp.edu.in. IB Diploma exams sit in May and November, and Cambridge IGCSE in March, June and November series. Take the dates only from the board's own website, listed in the sources, and agree with the tutor in good time when lessons switch to revision and past papers.
A home tutor means your child does not travel and you can see how lessons go. In Sector 76, the metro inside the sector also widens the choice of tutors who can reach you, beyond the next-door sectors. The catch is the last stretch from station to tower, and the evening traffic for tutors who drive.
Online lessons skip the travel entirely. They suit rainy evenings, exam weeks and subjects where the right specialist lives far away. Senior IB, IGCSE and entrance subjects are where online tuition for Noida students is often the practical choice.
A coaching centre puts the travel on your child. The metro makes that easier from Sector 76 than from sectors without a station, but late classes can run close to the last train, and the walk home from the station is in the dark in winter. Many families mix the two: a home tutor for school subjects and one online or centre class for a specialist need.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Each tutor sets their own fee, and you see it before the demo.
The things that move a fee are the class and board, the subject, the length of each lesson and how many lessons a week you book. Travel plays a part too. A tutor already teaching in Sector 75, 77 or 78 has a short trip; one who comes by metro from further away, or drives through the evening peak, may ask a little more or prefer longer lessons.
To check a monthly quote, multiply the hourly fee by the lesson length and the number of lessons in the month. Ask how the tutor handles holidays, lessons you cancel and extra classes before exams, so the bill at month-end matches what you expected.
We could not find a public library or community study room run by the Noida Authority in Sector 76. Some societies list their own facilities: Amrapali Princely Estate lists a library, and several societies have clubhouses, parks and jogging tracks inside the gates. Whether residents can use a society room for study depends on its rules, so ask the office. For most students, a quiet room at home remains the main study space.
All of these except Sectors 50 and 51 sit in the Sectors 70–82 zone; the zone guide compares the tower sectors with the lower-rise ones.

AI-first tutoring, with real teachers
You tell us the class, board, subject and where in Sector 76 you live. Our AI does the slow part of the search and returns two or three tutors who fit, not a long list to scroll. You see each tutor's fee before the free demo, and switching tutor later is free.
Where AI stops and people start
Move out to the wider area or in to nearby sectors. Tutors usually travel short distances, so the closest areas are the most useful places to look.
Distances are straight-line estimates between sector centres from OpenStreetMap data; the road route is usually longer.

For an IB or IGCSE student in Sector 76, the right tutor is someone who knows the programme as well as the subject. When you write to us, name the course, your child's year and any coursework due, and say whether you would like Economics, a science or another subject covered.
Within Sectors 70–82, a zone of eleven pages, you will also find Sector 77, Sector 79 and Sector 82 beside Sector 76. If a home tutor for a specialist course is hard to arrange, an online teacher can take that one subject while someone at home helps with the rest. If your child is working towards NEET, that mix may suit.
The list here begins with tutors who live in Sector 76 or are happy to travel to it, then those from other pages of the zone, then the rest of Noida. After them you may see a home tutor from another NCR city such as Gurugram, and online teachers come last. Each card explains, in a line, why it appears. Whichever tutor you pick, the first class is a free demo, and you can switch later without paying anything. Ask in that first session how the tutor will measure progress over the term.
