Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Yes, home tuition works in Sector 151, and for most families here it means one big society, Jaypee Greens Aman, plus a ring of newer projects still being built. Give NXTutors your society, tower, class, board and subject, and we propose two or three matched tutors who travel to Sector 151 or teach online. Their fees are on the shortlist before anything is booked, the first lesson is a free demo, and a change of tutor later is free.
Sector 151 lies at the Greater Noida end of the Noida Expressway zone, part of Noida, close to the FNG Expressway and Pari Chowk. Below: who lives here, how a tutor reaches a tower inside a very large campus, and how families plan lessons around distance.
| What | Sector 151 |
|---|---|
| Zone | Noida Expressway, Greater Noida end, near Sectors 146, 147, 150, 152 and 153 |
| Housing | One very large completed society, Jaypee Greens Aman, with several newer gated projects under construction or newly launched around it |
| Metro | No station in the sector; portals name Noida Sector 148 on the Aqua Line as nearest, several kilometres away |
| Main roads | Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, FNG Expressway, and access to the Yamuna Expressway via Pari Chowk |
| Work nearby | IT offices in Sector 153 and business parks along the expressway |
| Where tutors usually come from | Neighbouring expressway sectors, nearer Greater Noida sectors, and online teachers for specialist subjects |
| Boards families ask about | Commonly CBSE and ICSE/ISC; some ask about UP Board, IB or IGCSE |
| Good session windows | Late afternoon and early evening on weekdays, or weekend mornings |
The occupied heart of Sector 151 is Jaypee Greens Aman, a Jaypee Group society on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway with several thousand flats. Portals disagree on its exact size and unit count, so we do not quote one. The developer's brochure describes towers of ten and seventeen storeys above ground, flats from two to three bedrooms with larger options, and a campus with a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, a central park with sports courts and a small chip-and-putt golf area. A second phase, Jaypee Greens Aman II, is also listed as ready to move.
For tuition, the size of the campus is the main thing. A society of this scale has its own internal roads, several gates and towers spread a long walk apart, so a tutor needs the tower number as well as the society name.
Property portals list a long run of newer projects in and around Sector 151, many under construction or newly launched, from developers such as ATS, Godrej, Experion and County Group. Portals do not always agree on which projects are in Sector 151 and which are in neighbouring Sectors 150, 152 or 153, so we do not list them as a settled roll. For a parent, it means more families are arriving, and more tutors will be coming this way over time.
Residents include families who have lived in Aman for years and newer arrivals renting or buying nearby. Many work in the IT offices of Sector 153 next door, in the business parks along the expressway, or in Greater Noida. Old villages such as Kambakshpur, Kondli Khadar and Badauli Bangar lie close by, part of the older landscape that the new sectors were cut from.
The sector is still described as emerging, with a limited stock of shops and services around the occupied towers. Square Yards calls its social infrastructure limited for now.
Locality reviews on property portals and news reports about the area keep raising the same few points. Each one shapes how a family plans tuition.
There is no metro station in Sector 151. Portals point to Noida Sector 148 on the Aqua Line as the nearest, several kilometres away, and Knowledge Park II, the first Greater Noida stop, is the next one south. Both opened in January 2019. From either station, a tutor needs an auto, a cab or their own vehicle for the last part of the trip, so most tutors who teach in Sector 151 come by two-wheeler or car.
The sector sits on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, and portals also list the FNG Expressway and access to the Yamuna Expressway around Pari Chowk. That makes the sector reachable from the Greater Noida side as easily as from Noida, which widens the circle of tutors who can come regularly. A tutor living in Sectors 146 to 153, or in the nearer Greater Noida sectors, has a much shorter trip than one coming from central Noida after work.
Inside Jaypee Greens Aman, the walk or ride from the gate to a far tower is long. Send a map pin of the right gate and the tower, and if your tower is easier to reach from a particular entrance, say so.
We do not give travel times, which vary too much with the hour and the weather. At the demo, ask each tutor where they start from and which route they plan to use; for this sector, a tutor who already teaches nearby is usually the steadier choice.
Jaypee Greens Aman and the newer projects around it are gated, with security at the entrance and visitor checks. Before the free demo, pre-approve the tutor in your society's visitor system, or give the guard their name and your flat, and send the tutor the gate, tower and flat number. In a campus with many towers, the right entrance can save a lot of walking.
For a weekly tutor, ask the facility desk whether a regular visitor can be cleared for fixed days. Confirm where visitors can leave a two-wheeler or car, since the brochure mentions dedicated visitor parking. If the lifts in your tower are being serviced, tell the tutor in advance.
Lessons belong in the flat, with an adult at home throughout. The society has a clubhouse, but rules about private teaching in shared rooms are for the society to set, so check before planning one there.
To request a woman tutor, mention it in your request and we will shortlist a woman home tutor in Noida where one fits your class and timing. Tutors on NXTutors complete an ID check when they join: a one-time code confirms the phone or email, and the government photo ID they upload is reviewed by our team. This confirms identity and is not a police or background check. Read how the tutor ID check works, then judge the teaching at the demo.
Families in Sector 151 commonly ask about CBSE and ICSE/ISC tutors. Because the sector is close to Greater Noida, some also ask for UP Board help, and a few ask about IB or Cambridge IGCSE for a single subject.
For a home tutor, what changes is the material. For UP Board, tell the tutor whether your child writes answers in Hindi or English, because that decides the books; UP Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad posts its notices on upmsp.edu.in. Our UP Board tutor in Noida page explains more. For ICSE and ISC, share the school's list of prescribed texts at the first lesson. For CBSE, the tutor works from NCERT books.
To compare the boards in depth, see our guide to CBSE, ICSE, IB and IGCSE.
In a large campus with parks and courts, children tend to play outdoors in the late afternoon. A lesson straight after play, or before it on alternate days, catches them when they are settled. Keep sessions to about an hour, and let the tutor see the school diary each time. Reading aloud and early number work are where a primary tutor adds the most at this stage.
These years set the base for the board classes. One tutor for Maths and Science is common, with English or Hindi added if the school asks. Because shops for stationery are not close, ask the tutor at the start which notebooks and geometry tools your child will need, and buy them in one trip.
Plan board preparation from Class 9. Two or three lessons a week of around ninety minutes give time to explain, then practise under a clock. For a CBSE Class 10 student, the board now offers a second exam in the same year for improvement, but the main exam is the one to aim at. Our home tuition for Class 10 in Noida page goes into this stage.
Expect one tutor per subject for Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, Accountancy or Economics. Specialists for these subjects may live well away from the sector, so a common arrangement here is one home lesson a week with the rest online. Our physics tutors at home in Noida page covers the most requested senior science subject.
For JEE or NEET, the extra hours make online classes attractive, as they spare a long evening trip to a centre. Keep school subjects with a home tutor, so board marks do not slip while entrance practice takes up time.
CBSE, ICSE, ISC and UP Board exams take place early in the calendar year; each board publishes its own timetable on cbse.gov.in, cisce.org or upmsp.edu.in. IB Diploma exams are held in May and November, and Cambridge IGCSE in March, June and November series. In the month before exams, ask the tutor to move to past papers and to plan any extra revision online, so a winter evening or a bad-weather day on the expressway does not cost a lesson.
Home tutor. No travel for your child, and you see the work. In Sector 151 the catch is distance: the tutor has to come by road, so look for one who already teaches in the nearby expressway or Greater Noida sectors.
Online. Distance stops mattering, so you can choose the specialist you want. Senior subjects, international boards and entrance preparation often go online from here. See online tuition for students in Noida.
Coaching centre. Your child makes the trip, usually by car, and the roads around the sector are quiet after dark. A centre suits a senior student with a reliable ride home; for younger children it is a long day.
Many families in this sector end up with a mix: one home tutor for school subjects and online lessons for anything specialist.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Each tutor names their own fee, and it sits on your shortlist before the demo is booked.
Fees move with the class, the board, the subject, the lesson length and the number of lessons each week. Distance counts for more in Sector 151 than in central Noida: a tutor from a neighbouring sector has a short ride, while one who drives across the city may ask a little more or prefer longer, less frequent lessons. A hybrid plan with one home lesson and the rest online often keeps the month's total in check.
Before you start, agree how holidays, missed lessons and extra pre-exam sessions are charged.
We found no public library or community reading room in Sector 151. Inside Jaypee Greens Aman, the clubhouse and central park give children space for a break between study blocks; whether a room there can be used for quiet study is a question for the society. For most students, a desk in a quiet room at home is the study space.

AI-first tutoring, with real teachers
You tell us the class, board, subject and where in Sector 151 you live. Our AI does the slow part of the search and returns two or three tutors who fit, not a long list to scroll. You see each tutor's fee before the free demo, and switching tutor later is free.
Where AI stops and people start
Move out to the wider area or in to nearby sectors. Tutors usually travel short distances, so the closest areas are the most useful places to look.
Distances are straight-line estimates between sector centres from OpenStreetMap data; the road route is usually longer.

Getting started in Sector 151 takes one short message. Say which class your child is in, the board, the subject and the time of day that suits; for JEE, add whether the focus is school Physics and Maths or the entrance itself. If your child is with CBSE, which runs the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams, mention it.
NXTutors replies with two or three tutors, and changing to a different one later costs you nothing. Before you book, ask each tutor how they track progress: a monthly test, a short note after classes, or a review with you each term. A clear, specific answer is usually a good sign.
Sector 151 belongs to the Noida Expressway zone, and the glance table names Sector 104, Sector 105, Sector 107 and Sector 108 beside it. A tutor from those pages may be willing to teach here, so it is worth opening their cards as well. If English or Biology is the worry instead, the same request works; just say which chapters feel hardest. Accountancy can be added to the same request. Whichever tutor you choose, use the free demo to see how they explain a hard problem, and ask your child afterwards whether it made sense.
