Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Yes. A Sector 104 family can book a tutor who comes home or teaches online, whether you live in ATS One Hamlet, in a builder floor or in a house in the Hazipur lanes. Share the class, board, subject and your address type with NXTutors, and we send two or three matched tutors who travel to Sector 104 from nearby sectors or teach online. You see each fee before booking, the first class is a free demo, and changing tutor later is free.
Sector 104 is part of the Noida Expressway zone of Noida, though it feels different from its tower-lined neighbours. It mixes an urban village, builder floors, a few gated societies and a busy commercial strip. That mix decides how a tutor finds your door and which hour suits a lesson.

Sector 104 is a mixed sector. NoBroker and Square Yards both list apartments, independent floors and independent houses, with commercial space woven in, and Square Yards shows builder floors as the bulk of what is for sale or rent. Flats run from 1 BHK to 5 BHK across the sector.
OpenStreetMap places Hazipur village inside the sector, with narrow numbered lanes such as Galli No 3. Its market is one of the area's daily shopping streets, and the lanes around it hold small hotels, paying-guest houses and co-living buildings. Those buildings sit right beside family homes, so a quiet lesson room may be next door to a busy paying-guest house.
The main gated project is ATS One Hamlet, by ATS Infrastructure, on plot GH-01, with 3 and 4 BHK flats. Square Yards also lists smaller ready buildings and enclaves such as Bliss Heights, Sapphire Tower, Ozone Apartment, Shivom Jupiter Enclave, Jai Shree Balaji Sukhdham Residency and Advetaya Smart Homes, plus Atharv Suman Enclave for plots. OpenStreetMap shows an Ozone Apartment Road near Hazipur.
Daily shopping happens close by. Square Yards lists the Hazipur 104 market for local shops and food, and NoBroker adds a Sector 104 market and Kondli Bazar in Hazipur, with the Sector 110 market nearby. For a family that means notebooks, geometry boxes and printouts can be picked up on foot, and a tutor who needs a photocopy of a worksheet before the lesson will find a shop on the way.
Starling Edge, on Plot A, is a mixed-use block of offices, shops and restaurants. With it and the business parks that portals list nearby, Sector 104 is busy by day as well as in the evening. For a tutor, it means daytime traffic and parking pressure that a purely residential sector would not have.
Public locality pages on NoBroker and Square Yards raise a handful of everyday points. Each one turns into simple advice for lessons.
The nearest metro is Noida Sector 81 on the Aqua Line, which NoBroker lists at about 2.2 km; Square Yards notes it is not within walking distance. The Aqua Line connects at Noida Sector 51 with the Blue Line, so a tutor from Delhi or the older sectors can change there, ride south past Sector 76 and Sector 101, and take an auto from Sector 81. NoBroker also gives Golf Course and Botanical Garden on the Blue Line at roughly six kilometres.
For buses, NoBroker names the Sector 105 bus stop and Bakhtawarpur Shani Mandir. By road, Vishwakarma Road runs along the sector, Dadri Main Road lies to the east, and Gejha Road and Janpath Road are other local links. The expressway is a few kilometres away; Square Yards adds that diversions near the sector can slow trips.
The easiest tutors to fit into a weekday are those already teaching in Sector 100, 105, 107, 108 or 110, who can come by inner roads. A tutor who must cross Hazipur at the busiest hour should choose an earlier slot.
We avoid quoting journey times. Ask each tutor which road they will use and when they will leave.
How a tutor gets in depends on where you live. In ATS One Hamlet or another gated building, add the tutor to the visitor app or the guard's list before the demo and send the tower and flat. For a builder floor, give the plot number, the floor and the name on the bell, because several families share one entrance. In the Hazipur lanes, house numbers are hard for a newcomer to follow, so send a live location and meet the tutor at a landmark the first time.
A tutor in a car should know where to park before arriving; lanes near the market are tight in the evening. A scooter or e-rickshaw is often simpler.
Keep the lesson in a shared room with an adult at home, and leave the door open for younger children. If you want a woman tutor, ask for one when you send your details and we will look for a woman tutor for Noida homes who fits.
Tutors who join go through an ID check; we confirm a phone number or email by one-time code and our team reviews a government photo ID before showing the badge. It is not a police or background check. See how NXTutors checks tutor IDs, and judge the person yourself at the free demo.
With village homes, floors and towers side by side, families here commonly ask about CBSE and about ICSE or ISC, and some ask for UP Board, often with Hindi-medium answers. For IB or Cambridge IGCSE, an online specialist is usually the practical route.
For a home tutor, the main change is language and books. Tell the tutor whether your child writes answers in Hindi or English, and share the school's book list on the first day. Our UP Board tutors in Noida page covers the High School and Intermediate years; for a fuller comparison, read our board comparison guide.
In a builder floor or a village house, space can be tight and the household lively. Set aside one table, at the same time each day, and keep the television off for those 45 minutes. A short daily lesson usually beats two long ones a week at this age.
Middle-school students benefit from one tutor who covers Maths and Science and checks homework. In a mixed-language home, ask the tutor to keep English vocabulary lists for Science terms, so the child is not caught out when tests switch language.
Board years need a plan. A tutor should map the syllabus across the year and leave the last months for full papers. If power cuts are frequent in summer, schedule the longest practice papers in the morning or on weekends. Read more on our Class 9 tuition in Noida page.
In Classes 11 and 12 the usual pattern is a separate teacher for each main subject. Sector 104 sits close to several sectors where tutors already teach, so a chemistry tutor in Noida or a Maths teacher from Sector 105 or 108 may come home, while a less common subject goes online.
Adults in the area can also ask for spoken English, a language or test-preparation help. Evening online sessions tend to fit a working day better than home visits.
Board exams for CBSE, CISCE and UP Board fall in the first part of the year; take dates only from cbse.gov.in, cisce.org and upmsp.edu.in. IB sits in May and November, and Cambridge in March, June and November. With summer power cuts and monsoon rain in the reviews, the risk to exam prep here is lost sessions, so agree a backup plan early.
Home tuition saves your child a trip through the evening crowds near Hazipur and lets you see how lessons go. In Sector 104 the commercial strip and the business parks keep roads busy, so a tutor from a nearby sector is the practical choice.
Online lessons work well for older students, for specialist boards and for days when roads flood. An online tutor in Noida also suits power-cut days, as long as the laptop is charged.
A coaching centre can be reached by auto from Sector 104, but the late return through the market area is the part to plan for. Many families keep a home tutor for school subjects and add a centre only for entrance practice.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more.
Every tutor sets a fee, and NXTutors shows it before the free demo, so you can compare. What moves the figure is the class, board and subject, the tutor's experience and how far they travel. A Hindi-medium UP Board lesson and an ISC Physics lesson will usually sit at different points in the range. More days, longer sessions or a home-plus-online mix also change the monthly amount. Agree the fee and the session length in writing before regular classes start.
We found no public library mapped in Sector 104. The cafés in and around Starling Edge are lively rather than quiet, so they suit a short revision chat at most. For real study, the home is the main option; in a shared floor, a corner away from the street-facing room helps.
All of these are in the expressway zone.

AI-first tutoring, with real teachers
You tell us the class, board, subject and where in Sector 104 you live. Our AI does the slow part of the search and returns two or three tutors who fit, not a long list to scroll. You see each tutor's fee before the free demo, and switching tutor later is free.
Where AI stops and people start
Move out to the wider area or in to nearby sectors. Tutors usually travel short distances, so the closest areas are the most useful places to look.
Distances are straight-line estimates between sector centres from OpenStreetMap data; the road route is usually longer.

If your child follows the IB programme or the ICSE syllabus, a request from Sector 104 can say so up front, and it will be read with that board in mind. CISCE sets the ICSE paper for Class 10 and the ISC for Class 12, while CBSE runs its own board papers, so naming the board early spares you a wasted first lesson.
This page is filed under the Noida Expressway zone, which NXTutors divides into nineteen pages across seventeen sectors. Tutors whose home is in Sector 104, or who travel to it, are listed first; after them come those living in or covering the wider zone, the rest of the city, home tutors from cities such as Greater Noida or Delhi, and finally online teachers, Uttar Pradesh first and then from further afield.
For JEE or NEET preparation, a mix can work well: a home tutor for school subjects and an online specialist for the entrance syllabus. Whichever you choose, you pay nothing for the opening demo class. Accountancy students in Class 11 can ask in the same way. Tell us the chapters done and the days that suit, and ask any shortlisted tutor how they will report progress to you during the term.
