Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Yes. Whether you live in a Lotus Boulevard tower, in Espacia or in a smaller building in Sector 100, a tutor can teach at home or online. Send NXTutors the class, board, subject, your society and tower, and we suggest two or three matched tutors who travel to Sector 100 or teach online. Every fee is visible before you book, the first class is a free demo, and a later change of tutor costs nothing.
Sector 100 belongs to the Noida Expressway belt of Noida. Much of it is one very large gated township, so the questions that matter are about gates, tower numbers, long internal walks and the clubhouse rules, more than about roads. This guide takes them in turn.
| Topic | Sector 100 |
|---|---|
| Zone | Noida Expressway, on the Vishwakarma Road side near Hazipur |
| Housing | Mainly high-rise gated flats; 3C Lotus Boulevard is listed at about 40 acres with roughly 3,000 homes, and Lotus Boulevard Espacia, Lotus Peak and Century Apartments sit alongside |
| Flat sizes | 2, 3 and 4 BHK in Lotus Boulevard; 3 and 4 BHK in Espacia |
| Metro | No station inside; the nearest Aqua Line stops (Noida Sector 101, Sector 76, Sector 81 or NSEZ, depending on the portal) are a few kilometres away |
| Roads | Vishwakarma Road along the edge, Sector 45 Road and Dadri Road nearby, the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway for longer trips |
| Next door | Sectors 99, 104, 107 and 47; Starling Edge and Hazipur just across the road |
| Session modes | Home, online or a mix |
Sector 100 is dominated by gated, high-rise housing. The name most families give is 3C Lotus Boulevard, a project by The 3C Company that listings put at about 40 acres and around 3,120 flats, with towers of about 30 floors and 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes. OpenStreetMap shows the Lotus Boulevard clubhouse and the Espacia roads inside the sector.
Lotus Boulevard Espacia is a 10-acre part of the estate, announced by the developer in September 2009 with 3 and 4 BHK flats of about 1,950 to 2,550 square feet. The same announcement described a clubhouse called Club Platino and a large activity hub called Planet Lotier, with a cricket academy, a dance school, a pre-nursery, a sports hall and pools. Listings also name Lotus Peak and Century Apartments in the sector.
NoBroker tags Sector 100 as posh, spacious and green, and some portals add that rentals here are mostly 1 to 3 BHK flats. With so many families in one estate, a tutor may already be teaching a neighbour in the next tower, which can make a weekday slot easier to fit. Lesson times also compete with an evening calendar of swimming, cricket and dance inside the complex, so the slot needs planning around those.
Portals list business parks such as Bhutani Techno Park and Lotus Business Park nearby, along with the Sector 62 offices, as the main workplaces for residents. Office hours there decide when a parent can be home, so tell us which days an adult is in when you send the request.
Public locality reviews on NoBroker give Sector 100 high marks for safety, neighbourhood and parks, and its weakest mark for traffic. A few themes recur, each with a tuition angle.
These are themes from public pages, paraphrased; we quote no one and name no reviewer.
Portals do not agree on the nearest metro. NoBroker lists Noida Sector 76 on the Aqua Line at about 3.9 km; Hexahome lists NSEZ, Sector 76, Sector 101 and Sector 81 at roughly five to seven kilometres; Lotus Boulevard listings name Sector 101. The safe reading is that no station is within walking distance, and a tutor who rides the Aqua Line will finish by auto, e-rickshaw or cab.
By road, OpenStreetMap shows Vishwakarma Road running along the sector's edge, with Starling Edge and Hazipur just across it. Sector 45 Road leads west towards Sectors 45 and 99, and Dadri Road runs to the east past Sector 107. The Noida–Greater Noida Expressway is close for trips to Greater Noida or towards Delhi, but in the evening it is the slowest option.
So the tutors who fit weekday evenings most easily are the ones already nearby: in Sector 99, 104 or 107, or in Sector 47 to the north. A specialist from further away often suits a weekend slot, or a pattern of one home visit and one online lesson each week.
NoBroker also lists the Salarpur and Sarin Farm bus stops for the area, which help a tutor coming by bus from the Dadri Road side. We do not give travel times. Ask each tutor which entrance of the estate is nearest their route; with a township this size, coming in by the wrong gate can add a long walk.
In a township of dozens of towers, the gate is where most first-day delays happen. Before the free demo, register the tutor in your society's visitor app or with security, and send them four things: the society name, the gate to use, the tower and the flat. In Lotus Boulevard, say whether you are in the main estate or in Espacia, because the roads differ.
Once lessons are regular, ask the estate office how to set up a standing pass for a frequent visitor, so the guard does not have to call you each time. Tell a tutor on a two-wheeler or in a car where visitor parking is; finding a slot inside a large estate can take a while.
Lessons usually happen in the flat. Club Platino and Planet Lotier have halls and activity rooms, but each society sets its own rules for private lessons in shared spaces, so ask the office first. Wherever the lesson is, an adult should be at home, with the door open for younger children.
If you prefer a woman tutor, say so in the request, and we will look for a female home tutor for Noida families who fits your class and time. Tutors who join NXTutors go through an ID check, and the badge is shown only after our team has looked at the government photo ID. It is not a police or background check; read our tutor ID check for what it covers.
Families in the Lotus Boulevard area commonly ask about CBSE and about ICSE or ISC, and some ask about IB or Cambridge IGCSE. Tutors for UP Board can be matched as well.
In a tower flat, the board mostly decides the tutor's bag. ICSE and ISC literature use texts that CISCE prescribes, CBSE works from NCERT books, and IB and IGCSE students need the programme's own guides and past papers, which the tutor may share on a laptop. For an IGCSE tutor in Noida or an IB specialist, an online lesson in between home visits is common. For how the boards differ, see our board comparison guide.
In a large estate the evening is busy: pool slots, cricket nets and dance classes. Put a short lesson before the activity, not after it, when a young child is still fresh. Forty-five minutes three or four times a week is plenty, at the same table each time.
Many families start with one tutor for Maths and Science at this stage. Ask the tutor to keep a single notebook of errors, and to check the school test papers rather than only the textbook. A science home tutor in Noida can also help with project work that schools set in these years.
The board years need steady weekly practice more than late cramming. Two or three sessions of about 90 minutes allow teaching plus a timed set of questions. Neighbours in the same tower sometimes ask whether one tutor can teach two children back to back; it can save the tutor a trip, but each child should still get their own time.
Here families usually take one tutor per subject. A Physics or Accountancy specialist may not be in the next tower, so a mix of home visits and online sessions is often how Sector 100 students get the right teacher. See our Class 12 home tuition in Noida page for subject-wise advice.
JEE and NEET aspirants in the estate often combine a coaching programme with a home tutor for school subjects. Keep the home sessions focused on board marks and doubt clearing, so the two do not repeat each other.
For CBSE, ICSE, ISC and UP Board students, board papers fall in the early months of the year; check cbse.gov.in, cisce.org and upmsp.edu.in for the published timetable. IB Diploma papers run in May and November, and Cambridge has March, June and November series. In a busy township, the weeks before exams are a good time to pause activity classes and move some lessons online to save the gate-and-walk time.
Home tuition in Sector 100 means no evening travel for your child and a safe, known setting inside the estate. The trade-off is the tutor's trip: with no station close by and busy link roads, fewer tutors can reach you on a weekday.
Online lessons make the most sense for specialist subjects and international boards, and as a rain or exam-week backup. An online tutor in Noida can share a screen, mark work on a tablet and record a summary.
A coaching centre puts the trip on the child, usually by car out of the estate at the busiest hour. Families often choose one: a home tutor for school subjects, with a centre or online course only where a specialist is needed.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more.
Tutors set their own fees, and NXTutors shows you each one before the free demo. The class, board and subject matter most, along with the tutor's experience and the distance they cover. In a large estate, a tutor who already teaches another family in Lotus Boulevard may be able to offer a slot that fits better, because the trip is shared. Session length, days per week and a hybrid of home and online lessons all change the monthly figure. Agree the fee and lesson length in writing before regular classes begin.
We found no public library mapped in or next to Sector 100. The estate's clubhouses have halls, but their use for study or private lessons is set by each society, so ask the office. For most students the quiet corner is at home: a desk in a bedroom facing away from the construction side, with the phone in another room.
Sector 47 is in Central Noida; the rest share the expressway zone with Sector 100.

AI-first tutoring, with real teachers
You tell us the class, board, subject and where in Sector 100 you live. Our AI does the slow part of the search and returns two or three tutors who fit, not a long list to scroll. You see each tutor's fee before the free demo, and switching tutor later is free.
Where AI stops and people start
Move out to the wider area or in to nearby sectors. Tutors usually travel short distances, so the closest areas are the most useful places to look.
Distances are straight-line estimates between sector centres from OpenStreetMap data; the road route is usually longer.

Sector 100 has its own page on NXTutors, one of nineteen we keep for the Noida Expressway zone. Send us a short request and we reply with two or three tutors picked for your child's class, board and subjects, and each fee is visible before the free demo class.
Who appears here, and why? Anyone who lives in Sector 100 or has added it to the places they travel to comes first. Tutors from other sectors of the zone follow, then the wider city, and after that anyone teaching at home from Delhi, Ghaziabad or a further NCR city, with online teachers at the end. A line on each card says why that person is there.
If your child is in Class 11 and finds Chemistry heavy, name the chapters that feel hardest; a tutor can then spend the demo on one of them instead of starting from page one. It also helps to mention the evenings you keep free, whether a parent will be at home during lessons, and the textbook your school has set for Maths and Science. Pages for Sector 92, Sector 93, Sector 93A and Sector 93B are listed beside this one, so you can open a few more cards and compare how tutors describe their teaching.
