Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Yes. A family in Sector 52 can book a tutor who comes to the house or flat, or one who teaches online. Send NXTutors your block, your child's class, board and subject, and two or three preferred time slots. We reply with two or three matched tutors who travel to Sector 52 or teach online, each with their fee shown before you choose. You pay nothing for the first class, which is a demo, and moving to another tutor later is also free.
Sector 52 is part of the Central Noida zone of Noida, and its strongest point for tuition is transport. The Blue Line stops here, and since late August 2026 a covered skywalk joins that station to the Aqua Line's first stop in Sector 51. Below we cover the blocks, the station, the evening roads and how to plan a steady weekly class.
| Question | Sector 52 |
|---|---|
| Zone | Central Noida, on its eastern edge beside the Sector 62 belt |
| Kind of homes | Builder floors, independent houses on plots, RWA and Noida Authority apartment groups, and a few private societies; 2 and 3 BHK are the common sizes |
| Named blocks | A, B, C and E blocks appear in listings and on the map, each with its own park |
| Metro | Noida Sector 52 (Blue Line) on Captain Shashi Kant Sharma Marg; skywalk to Noida Sector 51 (Aqua Line) |
| Stations either side | Noida Sector 34 towards Delhi, Noida Sector 61 towards Electronic City |
| Roads that matter | Captain Shashi Kant Sharma Marg, Vishwakarma Road, Vikas Marg and Main Road Gijhor |
| Neighbours | Sectors 51, 53, 61, 71 and 34 |
| Boards families ask about | Mostly CBSE, then ICSE/ISC; some IB, Cambridge IGCSE and UP Board |
| Easiest slots | Straight after school, after the evening peak, or weekend mornings |
Sector 52 is an older, settled part of Noida rather than a new tower sector. Property portals describe its housing as a mix of builder floors, independent houses on plots and apartments, with older gated societies and builder floors making up much of the stock and 2 and 3 BHK homes the usual size. One portal counts dozens of resident-welfare-association apartment groups and around a dozen Noida Authority projects in the listings for the sector, alongside a handful of cooperative group housing societies.
The plotted part is laid out in lettered blocks. Listings and the map name A, B, C and E blocks, and each of A, B and E has its own block park on OpenStreetMap. In these lanes a tutor rings the bell like any visitor. Some houses have been rebuilt as floors, so the family you teach may be on the second or third level of a house with its own stair and no lift.
The apartment side is a set of smaller, named complexes rather than one big township. Listings name Antriksh Nature, a single-block society of 2 to 4 BHK flats with its own clubhouse and security; Arawali Apartments, with 1 and 2 BHK flats; and Shatabdi Vihar, Kamath Apartments, City Centre Apartments and the RWA apartments, among others. Gates in complexes of this size are usually one entrance and one guard, not a multi-gate campus.
Who lives here follows from where the sector sits. Reviewers note that Sector 52 is close to the Sector 62 office belt and has steady rental demand near the Blue Line, with long tenancies rather than constant turnover. Many parents commute to offices along NH-9 or into Delhi, which pushes the time they are home towards the late evening. That is the first thing to think about when you plan a class: who will be home to open the door when the tutor arrives?
Public reviews of the sector on property portals return to a few themes again and again. None of them rules out home tuition, but each changes how you set it up.
Several reviewers also say the RWA areas feel neat and less crowded inside, and that the residents' associations are active. That helps when you need a simple rule for regular visitors.
Noida Sector 52 is an elevated Blue Line station on Captain Shashi Kant Sharma Marg, opened in March 2019 as part of the extension from Noida City Centre to Noida Electronic City. Trains towards Delhi run through Noida Sector 34 and Noida City Centre; trains the other way run to Noida Sector 61, 59, 62 and Electronic City. The station has three street-level gates. Ask the tutor which gate they will use, and send a short walking route from it to your block.
The Aqua Line from Greater Noida ends at Noida Sector 51, across the road. Since 28 August 2026, an L-shaped, air-conditioned skywalk of about 400 metres, with travelators, links the two stations; before it, the change on foot was close to a kilometre. A tutor who lives along the Aqua Line, in the Sectors 70–82 belt or towards Greater Noida, can now reach Sector 52 with one easy change.
Tutors on two-wheelers or in cars use Captain Shashi Kant Sharma Marg, Vishwakarma Road, Vikas Marg or Main Road Gijhor. Residents report traffic jams as the sector has grown, and the busiest stretch tends to be around the station at rush hour. A tutor already teaching in Sector 51, 53 or 61 can usually reach you on internal roads in a few minutes, which is often more reliable than a longer drive.
When you send a request, say whether you would accept a tutor who comes by metro. If you would, NXTutors can include tutors from further along both lines, not only those in neighbouring sectors. If you live deep inside a block far from the station, say so, and we will lean towards tutors who ride a two-wheeler.
In the blocks. Plotted houses and floors usually have no guard. Give the tutor the house number, the block letter and a landmark such as the nearest block park, and say which floor you are on. If the house has a shared entrance, tell your neighbours or the house owner that a tutor will come at a fixed time each week.
In a society. Complexes such as Antriksh Nature list their own security. Before the demo, pass the tutor's name, phone number and slot to the guard or the society's visitor app, then ask the office how to approve a regular visitor so later visits do not wait at the gate.
Parking. Reviewers rate parking lower than most other things in the sector, especially near the metro. Tell a tutor who drives where they can stop safely for an hour.
Safety. Keep an adult at home for every lesson, at least until you know the tutor well, and keep the study table in a shared room. Every tutor who signs up goes through an ID check, made of a one-time code sent to their phone or email and a government photo ID that the NXTutors team looks over. Read how the ID check works; it is not a police check, so your own judgement at the demo still matters. If you would feel easier with a woman tutor, ask for one; see women home tutors in Noida.
Families in Sector 52 commonly ask about CBSE first, then ICSE and ISC. A smaller group ask about IB or Cambridge IGCSE, and some families in the Noida Authority flats and older floors ask for UP Board help, sometimes in Hindi medium.
What changes for a home tutor here is less the board and more the travel. For CBSE and ICSE, there are many tutors within a short ride, so a home tutor two or three times a week is easy to arrange. For IB or IGCSE, the specialist may live at the far end of a metro line, and the two lines meeting at Sector 52 make that trip far more realistic than it is in most sectors. For UP Board, tell the tutor the medium of answers so they bring the right books. CBSE now holds a second, optional Class 10 board exam each year for improvement; ask the tutor how they plan around it.
For a full side-by-side of the boards, read CBSE vs ICSE vs IB vs IGCSE.
One all-subject tutor, three or four short sessions a week, is the common pattern. In a house with stairs, choose a room for the lesson where an adult can hear what is going on. Ask the tutor to read the school diary every visit. Block parks are busy in the early evening, so a slot just before play time tends to get the most attention.
This is the stage where maths and science gaps appear and grow. A tutor once or twice a week can go through the school notebook, fix the weak chapter and set short practice. A common starting point is a maths tutor at home in Noida and add science later. If both parents work late in Sector 62 or Delhi, a weekend morning session can be the one where a parent sits in and hears how things are going.
Board planning starts in Class 9. Most students take one tutor for maths and science together, or separate tutors once the load grows. Sessions of an hour and a half leave room to teach and to time a short question. Set the plan with the tutor in the first month, including when revision and past papers start.
One tutor per subject is normal now: Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, Accountancy or Economics. With two metro lines at the door, families in Sector 52 can reasonably ask for a subject specialist who lives further away. If an entrance exam is in the plan, ask whether the tutor can link school work with that preparation. See our Class 12 home tutors in Noida page.
For JEE, NEET, IB Higher Level or IGCSE Extended papers, the right teacher may not be nearby. A hybrid plan works well here: one home session a week from a tutor who comes by metro, plus one or two online sessions in between.
CBSE's main board exams fall in February and March, with the optional second Class 10 exam later in spring. ICSE and ISC timetables appear on cisce.org, UP Board dates on upmsp.edu.in, IB Diploma exams run in May and November, and Cambridge IGCSE in March, June and November series. Take dates only from the board's own site for your child's year. In the last six weeks before exams, many families move from long weekly sessions to shorter, more frequent ones. If the tutor comes by metro, check that the later slot still ends well before the last train.
Home tutor. Your child stays at home, the tutor works at their pace, and you can see the lesson. In Sector 52 the metro widens the choice beyond your own block, so you are not stuck with whoever lives closest.
Online lessons. No travel at all, which suits monsoon evenings, exam weeks and specialist subjects. Look at online tutoring for Noida students if the right teacher is in another city.
Coaching centre. A timetable and a batch, often with test series. Coaching clusters near Sector 62 are only a few stops away, so older students can ride the metro there. The trade-off is less individual attention and a late return on winter evenings. Many families use a centre for entrance practice and a home tutor to keep school subjects on track.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors price their own sessions, and the shortlist shows that price before any demo.
What moves the fee for a Sector 52 family is mostly the class, the board, the subject and how many sessions a week you book. Travel plays a smaller part here than in sectors without a station: a tutor who rides the metro to your door has a predictable trip. A tutor who drives across the evening rush, or a specialist coming from far along a line, may ask a little more or prefer longer, fewer sessions. Ask how holidays, cancellations and extra pre-exam sessions are charged before regular classes begin.
The block parks in A, B and E blocks, and Sector 52 Park, are good for a short walk between study blocks, and Triphala Park is close by. We could not find a public library or Noida Authority study room inside Sector 52 to recommend, so most students here study at home, in a room away from the television.
Each link opens the Noida page for that board, subject or class. Tell us you are in Sector 52 and we look for tutors who can reach you, or teach online.
AI-first tutoring, with real teachers
You tell us the class, board, subject and where in Sector 52 you live. Our AI does the slow part of the search and returns two or three tutors who fit, not a long list to scroll. You see each tutor's fee before the free demo, and switching tutor later is free.
Where AI stops and people start
Move out to the wider area or in to nearby sectors. Tutors usually travel short distances, so the closest areas are the most useful places to look.
Distances are straight-line estimates between sector centres from OpenStreetMap data; the road route is usually longer.

Chemistry in Class 11 can feel like a lot for your child to take in at once. A tutor who spots where your child is stuck can save months of confusion, so if your child in Sector 52 is finding it hard, say which chapters are giving trouble and which are going well. The Chemistry home tutors page lists more teachers.
How you learn matters too. Some students like a tutor at home twice a week; others prefer online lessons for a specialist subject such as IB or IGCSE Chemistry. A mix is entirely possible. Every request gets two or three matches, with each fee on show ahead of the free opening class.
About the list on this page: tutors who live in Sector 52, or who travel there, lead it. Teachers tied to other Central Noida pages, like Sector 41 or Sector 44, follow, then those from across Noida, home tutors from Delhi or Greater Noida, and online teachers to finish. Each card explains in a sentence why it appears. If Physics, English or JEE preparation is the need instead, the same request form covers it. Mention the chapters done and any test dates you already know.
