Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Home tuition works well in Sector 134, as long as the tutor's road trip is planned. Tell NXTutors your child's class, board, subjects and which Jaypee society or phase you live in. We send two or three matched tutors who travel to Sector 134 from nearby sectors, or who teach online, with each tutor's fee visible before you book. You pay nothing for the first class, a demo, and nothing extra if you later swap to another tutor.
Sector 134 sits in the Noida Expressway zone of Noida. It is almost entirely made up of the Jaypee Greens group-housing projects, and it has no metro station of its own. Those two facts drive most of the advice below.
| Question | Sector 134 |
|---|---|
| Zone | Noida Expressway, on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway side of the city |
| Housing | Large gated Jaypee Greens projects (Wish Town Klassic, Klassic Heights, Kosmos, Kosmos Heights), mostly 2 to 4 BHK flats; one Jaypee project still listed as under construction |
| Metro | No station in the sector; the nearest Aqua Line stop property portals name is Noida Sector 137, some distance away |
| Roads | The Noida–Greater Noida Expressway and Dadri Road, where congestion near Wish Town is often reported |
| Shops nearby | Klassic Arcade (Jaypee retail block), Paras One33, The X Mall, Uptown Square |
| Neighbours | Sectors 128, 132, 133, 135, 136, 137, 93A and 93B, plus Nagli and Basantpur Bangar villages |
| How tutors usually arrive | Two-wheeler or car from nearby sectors; metro riders finish the trip by road from Sector 137 |
Most Noida sectors mix several builders. Sector 134 does not. Square Yards lists seven residential projects here, and every one carries the Jaypee name. Jaypee Wish Town Klassic is listed at about 20 acres with 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats. Jaypee Greens Klassic Heights is a gated community of about 16 acres, also 2 to 4 BHK. Jaypee Greens Kosmos and Kosmos Phase II are listed at about 45 acres between them, mainly 2 and 3 BHK, and Kosmos Heights adds 3 and 4 BHK homes. Jaypee Klassic Shaurya is still shown as under construction.
Wikipedia places Jaypee Wish Town in Sector 128, with linked projects across Sectors 129, 131, 133 and 134. Many families here bought into that wider township, and some waited years for their homes; the developer went through insolvency from 2017 and its assets later passed to Suraksha Realty. In practical terms, Sector 134 today is a mix of lived-in towers and towers that are still being finished.
Rental listings show apartments, a few builder floors and paying-guest rooms, from 1 RK up to 3.5 BHK, and portals note steady rental demand from people working along the expressway. That gives the sector a mix of owner families who have been here a while and newer tenant families who have moved in for a job nearby. Both groups tend to ask for the same thing from a tutor: a fixed weekly slot that fits around long office commutes.
For a lesson, flat size matters. A 3 or 4 BHK in Klassic Heights or Kosmos Heights may have a spare room that can be the study room. In a 2 BHK in Kosmos, the dining table is the more likely spot, so pick a time when the rest of the house is quiet.
Reviews of Sector 134 posted on property portals keep raising the same handful of points. Below, each is turned into a practical tuition step.
After those come the questions every parent asks: will the tutor keep the slot all term, do they know how the child's board marks answers, and does a Class 11 or 12 subject work better at home or on a screen?
Sector 134 is a road-access sector. Square Yards names only one metro station for it, Noida Sector 137 on the Aqua Line, and describes it as some distance away. A tutor who comes by metro will get off there and finish the trip by auto, e-rickshaw, cab or on foot, so ask them to allow for that last leg.
Most tutors will come by road. The sector sits along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, and Dadri Road runs past the Jaypee projects. Tutors from the north will usually come down the expressway or through the Sector 93 side. Tutors from the south may come off the expressway near Sector 137. Either way, the expressway's evening build-up is the main thing to plan around.
The shortest trips usually come from the sectors around you: Sector 128, where the rest of Wish Town sits; Sectors 93A and 93B across the road network to the west; and Sectors 132, 133, 135 and 136 along the expressway. If a tutor has another pupil in one of those sectors, your lesson can sit right after it on the same evening, and that tends to keep the slot steady.
Minutes are left out of this guide on purpose, since a drive that is easy mid-afternoon can drag once the evening rush that residents describe sets in. Ask each shortlisted tutor which route they will use and what time they would leave, then judge whether the slot is realistic. If a weekday evening slot keeps slipping because of traffic, a weekend morning, when Dadri Road is calmer, is often easier to hold.
A useful habit for this sector: send the tutor a map pin for your tower, not just the society name. Large Jaypee projects have more than one approach road, and a pin saves the first ten minutes of a demo.
All of the Sector 134 projects are gated, and they sit side by side under one developer's naming, so it is easy for a newcomer to mix up Kosmos with Kosmos Heights, or Klassic with Klassic Heights. When you share the address, write the full project name, the phase if there is one, the tower and the flat number.
Before the free demo, add the tutor as an expected visitor through your society's visitor system or with the guard. After the demo, if you decide to continue, ask the Jaypee maintenance office whether a regular tutor can be given a recurring pass, so the guard is not ringing you before every lesson. Tell a tutor who drives where visitors may park.
Keep the lesson inside the flat, with an adult at home, and the door open for younger children. Families who prefer a woman tutor can say so at the start, and NXTutors will shortlist a woman home tutor in Noida where one is available for the class, subject and time.
On joining NXTutors, a tutor confirms a phone number or email address with a one-time code and uploads a photo ID issued by the government, which our team then looks over. That step establishes identity only; police or background checks are not part of it. Read how the tutor ID check works, and judge the teaching yourself at the demo.
Families in Sector 134 commonly ask about CBSE and ICSE/ISC, and some ask about IB, Cambridge IGCSE or UP Board. A tutor who travels into Sector 134 by road usually teaches several boards across the evening, so tell them your board at the very first contact; it decides which books and past papers they bring.
One CBSE change is worth knowing: from 2026, CBSE Class 10 students have a second, optional board exam in the same year to improve their score. Plan the year around the main exam and treat the second sitting as a back-up. For ICSE and ISC, hand the tutor the school's list of prescribed texts. For IB or IGCSE, share the exact subject guide or syllabus code.
Our guide to CBSE, ICSE, IB and IGCSE sets the four boards out side by side. For CBSE-specific help, see CBSE home tutors in Noida.
Small children need short sessions and a fixed spot. In a Jaypee flat, a corner of the living room set up the same way every time works better than moving around. Because evening roads are slow here, an early slot just after school, before the tutor's route clogs, tends to be the most reliable. Keep the school diary on the table so the tutor sees what the class is covering.
Middle school is where gaps in Maths and Science quietly grow if nobody checks on them. Many Sector 134 families choose one tutor for both subjects at this stage, which also means one trip to plan instead of two. Each week, the tutor should glance through the school notebook and whatever test came back from class. A maths home tutor for Noida students is the most common request for this band.
Board preparation starts in Class 9. Longer lessons, around 90 minutes, two or three times a week, leave time for teaching and a short timed question. If the tutor drives in from outside the expressway belt, two longer lessons may be easier for them to keep than four short ones. CBSE students plan towards the main Class 10 exam; ICSE students carry more subjects and need the prescribed texts covered early.
Senior classes usually mean one teacher per subject, whether that is Physics and Chemistry or Accountancy and Economics. With no metro stop in the sector, getting three subject tutors in by road each week is harder, so many families keep one or two at home and take a third subject online. Where JEE or NEET is in the plan, families often keep board work with the home tutor and add an online teacher for the entrance syllabus; see JEE tutors in Noida.
For most Sector 134 children, board papers come in the first months of the year. Each board posts its own date sheet, so CBSE families check cbse.gov.in, ICSE and ISC families check cisce.org, and UP Board families check upmsp.edu.in. The IB holds Diploma exams in May and November sessions, Cambridge sets IGCSE papers in March, June and November series in India, and the NTA announces JEE Main and NEET (UG) on nta.ac.in. Rely on those pages, not forwarded messages. A month before the exams, decide together when the tutor stops new chapters and moves to revision and past papers, and whether extra sessions are needed; a road-based tutor needs notice to rearrange other students.
A home tutor saves your child the trip, and you can see how lessons go. In Sector 134 the trade-off is that the tutor has to come by road, through expressway and Dadri Road traffic, so the slot has to be planned with care.
Online tuition removes the trip entirely. It is a sensible choice for a senior subject where the right specialist lives far away, for poor-air days, and for late slots in winter. Read more on online tutors for Noida families.
A coaching centre puts the travel on your child, and from a sector without a metro stop that usually means a parent driving or a cab twice a day. Many families here end up mixing: a home tutor for school subjects, and one online class for an entrance exam or a specialist subject.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own rates, and every shortlisted tutor's fee is visible to you before the demo.
A fee moves with the child's class and board, the subject, the length of a lesson and the number of lessons in a week. Distance plays its part: someone already teaching in Sector 128 or 93B has a short hop; one who drives in along the expressway at peak hour may ask for a little more, or prefer fewer, longer lessons.
Before you agree, settle three things in writing on WhatsApp: what happens to a lesson the tutor misses, what happens in school holidays, and how pre-exam extra sessions are charged.
We could not find a public library or a Noida Authority study room in Sector 134. Property portals list shops, banks and temples here, but no public reading room. Most children will study at home; if your society has a clubhouse room, ask the office whether residents may use it for quiet study.
Sectors 132, 133, 135 and 136 also border Sector 134; they are covered in the zone guide.

AI-first tutoring, with real teachers
You tell us the class, board, subject and where in Sector 134 you live. Our AI does the slow part of the search and returns two or three tutors who fit, not a long list to scroll. You see each tutor's fee before the free demo, and switching tutor later is free.
Where AI stops and people start
Move out to the wider area or in to nearby sectors. Tutors usually travel short distances, so the closest areas are the most useful places to look.
Distances are straight-line estimates between sector centres from OpenStreetMap data; the road route is usually longer.
NXT AI can make mistakes. Please verify important details. Continue on WhatsApp
You do not need to wait for a new term to start tuition in Sector 134. Tell us which chapters the class has covered so far and which ones your child missed or found shaky; a tutor can then begin where the gaps are rather than at chapter one.
If your child has moved from CBSE to the CISCE syllabus, or the other way round, say so. CISCE conducts the ICSE examination for Class 10 and the Class 12 ISC, and CBSE runs separate board papers, so a tutor who knows both can help bridge the change.
On NXTutors, this sector comes under Noida Expressway. You will see Sector 104, Sector 105, Sector 107 and Sector 108 in the glance table beside it, and a tutor from one of those pages may be willing to teach here. Each request brings two or three matched tutors, and you can compare their cards before choosing one for a free demo. Biology, Economics and JEE subjects can all be requested in the same message. Say too which evenings are free, and whether you would prefer the tutor at home or a mix with online lessons.
