Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Yes, a home tutor can come to you in Sector 34. Tell NXTutors the class, board and subject, and whether you live in a house, in one of the Noida Authority apartment groups such as Himgiri or Udaigiri, or in a private society. We then suggest two or three matched tutors who travel to Sector 34 from nearby sectors, or who teach online. You see each tutor's fee before booking, the first class is a free demo, and switching tutor later costs nothing.
Sector 34 sits at the northern edge of the Central Noida zone of Noida. Its strongest point for tuition is a Blue Line station of its own, Noida Sector 34, which stands in Block C. Below you will find how the apartment groups work, how a tutor reaches you, and what to sort out before the first lesson.

Sector 34 is unusual in Central Noida because so much of it is apartment groups built by the Noida Development Authority itself rather than by private builders. Property portals list several of them under an "NDA" prefix, and many carry the names of mountains and ranges: Himgiri, Udaigiri, Dhawalgiri, Nilgiri and Aravali. Square Yards also lists Nar Vihar 1 and Nar Vihar 2, and the one large private project usually named for the sector is Supertech 34 Pavilion.
Around these groups sit plotted homes. NoBroker describes the sector as a mix of large bungalows, independent houses and multi-storey apartment buildings, and Square Yards lists builder floors and residential plots for sale as well. So a single lane can hold a three-storey family house, a let-out floor and, a short walk away, a gated block of authority flats.
For a tutor, the difference is mainly space. Authority flats in the 1 and 2 BHK range rarely have a spare room, so lessons tend to happen at the dining table and a quiet hour matters. The bungalows and larger houses usually have a room that can be shut. Many working parents here commute towards the Sector 62 IT offices, according to a Square Yards resident review, so evening slots after office hours are the ones families usually ask for.
Resident reviews of Sector 34 on NoBroker and Square Yards keep praising the same thing, the metro, and raise a familiar set of civic niggles. Each one has a practical meaning for a weekly lesson.
Beyond these, parents ask what everyone asks: will the tutor keep the same slot each week, do they know my child's board, and should a senior subject be taught here or online? The sections below take those one at a time.
Noida Sector 34 station is on the Blue Line extension and opened on 8 March 2019. It is elevated, with two side platforms and two gates, and its address is Captain Shashi Kant Marg, Block C. Heading west, trains run to Noida City Centre, Golf Course and Botanical Garden, where riders can change for the Magenta Line. Heading east, the next stop is Noida Sector 52, which sits beside the Aqua Line's first station, Noida Sector 51, and then the line carries on to Noida Sector 61 and beyond.
In practice this means a tutor living near almost any Blue Line station in Noida, or along the Magenta or Aqua Lines with one change, can reach Sector 34 without a car. Because the station is in Block C, families in the other blocks and pockets should tell the tutor which gate of the station to use and roughly how far the walk is. NoBroker lists the station at about 1.5 km for its sample address, so the walk is not short for every home.
On the road, Golf Marg is the main connecting road. Residents also use Captain Shashi Kant Marg, Udhayan Marg, Main Road Gijhor, Jagannath Mandir Marg (named for the Shree Jagannath Temple nearby) and Tulsi Marg. City buses stop at the Sector 35–51 and Sector 32 stops.
The shortest trips come from the sectors that wrap around Sector 34: Sector 33, Sector 35, Sector 51 and Sector 53, with Sectors 39 and 52 close by. We do not quote minutes, because the evening hour changes everything. Ask each tutor which way they will come, and whether by metro, two-wheeler or car.
The authority apartment groups are gated; Himgiri, for instance, is listed with round-the-clock security. Before the free demo, add the tutor as an expected visitor with the guard or through your group's visitor app, and send the group name, block or tower, and flat number. Several groups have similar names, so writing "Himgiri, Sector 34" rather than only "Sector 34" saves a wrong turn. After the demo, ask the office how a regular visitor can be approved once instead of every week.
If you live in a bungalow or a builder floor, there is usually no guard to clear, but there may be no obvious house number from the lane either. A map pin and the name of the nearest landmark, such as the society park or the Block B market, help on the first visit. Tell a tutor who drives where they can park without blocking a neighbour.
Keep an adult at home for every lesson, especially with younger children, and keep the study spot in a shared room. If you would prefer a woman tutor, say so in your request and we will look for a woman home tutor in Noida who fits your class and timing. Tutors who join NXTutors go through an ID check: they confirm a phone or email with a one-time code and upload a government photo ID that our team reviews. It confirms identity and is not a police or background check, so do judge the teaching yourself. Read how the ID check works.
We match tutors in Sector 34 for CBSE, ICSE and ISC, UP Board, IB and Cambridge IGCSE. What changes from board to board is mostly the material the tutor needs on day one, so have it ready.
In a compact authority flat, keep the books and past papers in one box near the table so lessons start quickly. For a side-by-side look at how the boards differ, read CBSE vs ICSE vs IB vs IGCSE.
Young children manage about 45 minutes to an hour, three or four days a week. In a small flat, clear one end of the dining table and keep the school diary there, so the tutor can see the week's homework at a glance. A slot just after the child has eaten and rested after school usually works better than one squeezed in before the evening park visit. Our primary tutors in Noida page covers this stage.
These are the years to fix weak spots in arithmetic, fractions and reading before they grow. Many Sector 34 families pick one tutor for Maths and Science together. Ask the tutor to look at the school notebook every week, not only the textbook, because the notebook shows what the teacher is actually marking. A maths tutor for Sector 34 is the request we see most at this stage.
Board work begins in Class 9. Lessons of around 90 minutes, two or three times a week, give time to explain and then to set a timed question. If your child also goes for coaching, the Blue Line from Sector 34 makes the trip simpler, but it can leave only weekends for home lessons, so plan the week as a whole.
Most families now choose one tutor per subject, such as Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, Accountancy or Economics. When an entrance exam is part of the plan, a home tutor for board subjects plus an online specialist is a common pairing. Senior students often study late, so ask the tutor whether a later slot works for them and how they will get home after the metro closes for the night.
School board exams fall early in the calendar year for most students. Take dates only from the boards' own sites: cbse.gov.in for CBSE, cisce.org for ICSE and ISC, and upmsp.edu.in for UP Board. For international boards, the IB's Diploma papers come in a May or November session, while Cambridge offers IGCSE in March, June and November. About two months before the first paper, agree with the tutor when lessons switch to past papers and timed practice, and keep a printed set at home in case the power goes on a revision evening.
A home tutor saves your child the trip and lets you see how the lesson goes. In Sector 34 the Blue Line also brings tutors from further along the line within reach, so the choice is wider than in sectors without a station.
Online lessons make sense for a specialist who lives far away, for rainy evenings and for revision weeks. They depend on steady power and internet, so a power-cut evening is a reason to keep a home slot as well. See online tutors for Noida students.
A coaching centre puts the travel on your child. From Sector 34 that is easier than from most sectors, because the station is close, but evening batches end in the dark in winter, and the walk back from the station should be one your child knows well. Many families mix: a home tutor for school subjects and one centre or online class for a specific exam.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Every tutor sets their own fee, and you see it on the shortlist before the demo.
What moves the fee is the class and board, the subject, how long each lesson runs and how many lessons you book in a week. Travel matters as well: a tutor from Sector 33 or 35 has a short ride, while one coming across the city by metro may prefer fewer, longer lessons. Senior subjects and international boards usually cost more than primary help.
To check a monthly quote, multiply the hourly fee by the lesson length and the lessons in the month. Before regular classes start, ask how the tutor treats holidays, lessons you cancel and extra sessions before exams.
We could not find a public library in Sector 34. Square Yards lists small society parks inside the groups, such as Dhawalgiri Society Park and Himgiri Society Park, which suit a short break between study blocks. Meghdootam Park in nearby Sector 50 is a large green space with walking tracks. For actual study, a quiet corner at home is still the main option.
Each link opens the Noida page for that board, subject or class. Tell us you are in Sector 34 and we look for tutors who can reach you, or teach online.
AI-first tutoring, with real teachers
You tell us the class, board, subject and where in Sector 34 you live. Our AI does the slow part of the search and returns two or three tutors who fit, not a long list to scroll. You see each tutor's fee before the free demo, and switching tutor later is free.
Where AI stops and people start
Move out to the wider area or in to nearby sectors. Tutors usually travel short distances, so the closest areas are the most useful places to look.
Distances are straight-line estimates between sector centres from OpenStreetMap data; the road route is usually longer.

From Sector 34 you can begin with a single message: the class, the board and the subject that is causing trouble. From that, NXTutors puts forward a short list of two or three tutors, and you can read each one's fee before anything is booked. On our site, Sector 34 belongs to the Central Noida zone, which has seventeen pages in all.
Who appears here follows a simple idea. Someone who lives in Sector 34, or who has named it as a place they will travel to, comes up before anyone else. After them you will meet people living in or covering other Central Noida sectors, then teachers from elsewhere in Noida, then home tutors from Ghaziabad, Delhi and other NCR cities, and lastly online teachers. Each card carries a line saying why that person is there.
If maths homework has turned into a nightly struggle, the Maths home tutors page is worth opening as well. For a UP Board family, say whether your child is working towards High School or Intermediate, so the tutor brings the right books to the very first session. Add whether evenings or weekends suit you, and whether a younger sibling might join later.
