Tutoring in Warangal: what to know
Warangal is a tri-city, and tutors here think in three towns before they think in colonies. Hanamkonda Centre takes in Subedari, Nakkalagutta, Balasamudram, Gokul Nagar and Naim Nagar, all close together around the busy Nakkalagutta main road. Gopalapuram and Hasanparthy covers the more open north-western side with Bheemaram. Kazipet and Madikonda groups the junction town with Fathima Nagar, Kadipikonda, Bapuji Nagar and Madikonda on National Highway 163. In Warangal city itself, Kashibugga and Enumamula forms the north-eastern side with Deshaipet, and Shiva Nagar and Fort Road the south with Kareemabad, Rangasaipet and Shambunipet. Most tutors get about by two-wheeler, so the town you live in decides how far you can go each week.
Two state bodies set the papers most students here sit. The Directorate of Government Examinations, Telangana, conducts the Class 10 SSC public examination, with an Advanced Supplementary Examination for another attempt, and issues results as grades. The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education runs the two-year Intermediate course, with a public examination at the end of each year and Maths split into IA and IB in the first year and IIA and IIB in the second. Families also follow CBSE and other boards, and some Intermediate students prepare for JEE or NEET alongside their board papers. Put your boards, papers and teaching language, English, Telugu or both, on your profile.
You can teach at homes, online or both. Picture a Kadipikonda parent sending a request. Our shortlist of two or three begins with tutors living in Kadipikonda, moves to tutors who already teach there, and then widens to the Kazipet side, the whole tri-city and finally online teachers. Your fee is on view to that parent ahead of the free first demo, and switching to a different tutor afterwards costs the family nothing. Evenings are busy on the Nakkalagutta main road and around the bus stations, and the outer localities sit some way from the centre, so add the colonies you can genuinely reach on a weekday evening and keep the rest for online lessons.

1
Sign up with a one-time code
Create your account and confirm it with a one-time code sent to your phone or email. Next, list what you teach: subjects, classes and boards such as Telangana SSC, Intermediate papers or CBSE, your teaching language and the tri-city localities you can reach.
-
2
Upload your ID for the ID check
Add a government photo ID; this is the identity step in the ID check that all tutors complete, and it does not involve any police or background screening.
-
3
Your profile carries the Verified badge
Families then see your boards, the colonies you travel to across Hanamkonda, Kazipet and Warangal, the hours you keep open and the fee you set. The Verified badge appears only after the ID check is complete.

A family nearby sends a request
Say a family in Shiva Nagar or Kareemabad asks for a tutor. NXTutors shortlists two or three, starting with tutors who live in that locality, then those who already teach there, then the zone, the tri-city and online tutors.

Free demo; the family sees your fee first
The family sees your fee before booking anything. Your first lesson with them is a free demo in the home, and we ask that a parent stays in; it is your chance to see where the student stands and which hours are left after school or junior college.

Teach at home, online or both
After that, teach at homes in the localities you chose, online for students anywhere in Telangana or India, or a mix, perhaps weekday visits in Gokul Nagar and weekend revision online.
Boards you can teach in Warangal
In the tri-city you may teach Telangana SSC students in Class 10, Intermediate students under the Telangana Board of Intermediate Education, CBSE and CISCE students, and IB or IGCSE learners, who more often study online. Plan SSC work from the model and previous papers the Directorate publishes, and Intermediate work from the syllabus, model question papers and annual plans that the Intermediate board lists for each subject. For CBSE, NCERT chapters and the board's published sample papers come first; for ICSE and ISC, the CISCE regulations for each year. Show your boards, papers and teaching language clearly on your profile.
SSC
SSC (Class 10); Intermediate First and Second Year (Classes 11–12)
The Directorate of Government Examinations conducts the SSC public examination and an Advanced Supplementary Examination, with results issued as grades. The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education, at tgbie.cgg.gov.in, runs the two-year Intermediate course with public examinations in each year; Maths is split into IA and IB, then IIA and IIB. Take syllabus details and notices only from these two official sites.
For a CBSE student in the tri-city, build lessons around the NCERT chapter in hand, then test with the sample question papers and marking guidance posted on cbseacademic.nic.in. Students who move between CBSE and the state board after a family transfer need a quick check of which chapters differ, so begin with a short diagnostic before planning the term.
CISCE
ICSE (Class 10); ISC (Class 12)
CISCE students write long answers over many subjects, from ICSE at the end of Class 10 to ISC at the end of Class 12, and English includes set literature texts. Work from the current year's regulations and specimen question papers published on cisce.org. A tutor who knows these papers can keep home visits inside one zone of the tri-city and take ISC students in other cities online.
IB
Diploma Programme (Classes 11–12)
IB Diploma students in Warangal mostly learn online with a specialist. Teach from the official subject guide on ibo.org, and when it comes to the Internal Assessment or the Extended Essay, advise on the plan and comment on drafts while every word stays the student's. A fixed weekly video slot keeps the course on schedule.
Two exam bodies offer IGCSE, so start by asking which one the student is entered with, Cambridge or Pearson Edexcel, and whether it is the core or extended tier. From there, revision is a cycle of past papers checked against the mark scheme, with close attention to command words such as describe, explain and evaluate. For a tri-city learner this is usually taught online; Cambridge syllabuses sit on cambridgeinternational.org.
