Women tutors welcome
For women tutors: you set the terms
Kochi has room for women tutors who want to teach in families' homes, online from their own home, or both, and NXTutors leaves the map to you. Someone living near Kaloor might take only homes an auto ride from a Blue Line stop; someone in Fort Kochi might stay on the islands she reaches by Water Metro, with Kakkanad students taught on screen. All tutors clear one ID check before the Verified badge appears, the opening class happens with a parent in the house, and our safeguarding policy binds tutors and parents equally.
- Home, online or a mix: set it on your profile and revise it as terms change.
- Travel areas are your call; the harbour and the Seaport–Airport Road make natural edges if you would rather not cross them in the evening.
- Mark which hours are open, and keep late ones off if you prefer.
- Families try a free demo with you while a parent is in, before any weekly plan.
- Marine Drive desks, Kakkanad community gates and Maradu complexes keep visitor records; get the family to add your name first.
- Talk money, timetable and messages over with a parent, not through the student's phone.
- Little ones should be taught where an adult can see the lesson; on screen, both cameras on.
- Uneasy? Pause the classes and write to NXTutors flagged Safeguarding; danger means 112 first.
Read the safeguarding policy and how the ID check works.
