The low-rise part is a set of independent floors, sometimes listed as townhouses. Houssed lists these homes as ready to move. For a tutor, an independent floor is closer to a house than a flat: its own door, often its own stairs, and a short walk from the parking spot. Lessons can happen in a ground-floor room or a first-floor study with very little lift or lobby time.

Surya Tower and the apartment blocks

The high-rise part is Surya Tower, a very tall apartment building that portals place in Sector 78. Complaint orders before Haryana RERA refer to flats in Towers A, B and C, and Square Yards, updated in August 2026, shows the Surya Tower listing as on hold. Listings describe 1 to 6 BHK layouts, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a gym, landscaped gardens, CCTV and power backup. Which of these are open depends on the part of the project you live in, so ask your estate office rather than relying on a brochure.

Getting a tutor to Raheja Revanta

Most tutors who reach this project drive or ride in from Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road or the New Gurugram sectors. The usual way in is from the Delhi–Gurugram Expressway, which is part of NH-48: off at Rampura Chowk, then along the Naurangpur road towards Sector 78.
