Malibu Towne is one of the older planned townships along Sohna Road. NoBroker lists it as developed by Malibu Estate Pvt Ltd and launched in 1994, which makes it a settled neighbourhood next to the newer high-rise societies around it. Listings describe it as a gated township with a boundary wall, internal roads and controlled entry points, laid out mostly as plots of different sizes.
On those plots stand independent houses and builder floors. Portals list builder floors from 3 BHK upwards, and the plot sizes vary a lot, so one lane may have a single-family house and the next a building with a separate family on each floor. OpenStreetMap also shows a small group of apartment buildings, Tower 3 and Tower 4, with a park between them, so not every Malibu Towne home is a floor.
The township has its own green pockets. OpenStreetMap marks "Malibu Town Parks" and a park beside Towers 3 and 4, and the township has a country club. A news report from May 2026 says the club received its occupation certificate after a closure of more than two years, after the town planning department renewed the township's licence earlier in the year. If your plan involves the club for anything, such as a child's swimming slot that clashes with a lesson, check what is open now.
Daily shopping sits at the township's edges. NoBroker lists a More supermarket in AVA Court, Malibu Town, and OpenStreetMap maps the commercial blocks Spazedge, Platinum Tower and Element One along the township's boundary. Omaxe Celebration Mall is mapped by the flyover on the Sohna Road side.
In a builder floor, the study table is often in a bedroom or a corner of the living room on your own level, with no lift, lobby or tower guard between the gate and your door.
