Victory Valley was designed by WOW, a Singapore-based architecture firm, with three residential towers at its centre; an architecture site described the main tower as a 50-storey skyscraper. A property listing describes the plan as a ring of high-rise and mid-rise towers set around a central green valley, and a portal's master plan gives tower heights of G+51, G+41 and G+35 for Towers A, B and C. Portals do not agree on the total number of homes, so we do not give one.
The homes range from 2 BHK flats to 5 BHK apartments and 4 BHK penthouses, with sizes listed from about 1,400 square feet to well above 5,000. For a tutor, the size matters less than the height: a class on a high floor means a lift ride each way, and at busy hours that adds time.
A portal lists a clubhouse with sauna, spa, jacuzzi and party hall, a swimming pool and children's pool, a gymnasium, badminton and tennis courts and a jogging and cycle track, and the master plan mentions two clubhouses, a supermarket and an estate office. These shape a child's afternoon: swimming lessons, tennis coaching and play in the central green often fill the hour after school, so a tuition slot should be fitted around them.
