Other portals give different tower counts and areas, so we have not used a number. A listing marks the society as well occupied, which fits a project that has been ready for some time.

The shared facilities on the portal lists include a clubhouse, a swimming pool and a children's pool, a gym, a tennis court, badminton, a meditation centre, a children's play area, a day-care centre, a multipurpose hall, lifts and three-tier security. A day-care centre and play area inside the campus mean younger children's afternoons are often spent within the society.

Home size and the lesson

The spread of sizes matters. In a 2 BHK, the lesson usually happens at the dining table or in a child's bedroom, so choose a time when the rest of the house is quiet. A 3 BHK or penthouse often has a room that can be set up as a study, which suits older students who need to lay out past papers. Either way, one fixed place for every lesson helps the child settle quickly.
