Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more. Tutors set their own fee, and you see each tutor's fee before the demo class.
Monthly example: 3 one-hour classes a week ≈ ₹9,600–₹32,500 a month (12–13 classes at ₹800–₹2,500 an hour). An example, not a quote: your tutor's own fee decides the real figure.

Sector 113 sits in the Dwarka Expressway zone of Gurugram, at the Delhi end of the expressway, beside the old village of Bajghera. That border position decides most of what follows: where a tutor can come from, which metro stations matter, and why some evening slots work better than others.
| Question | Sector 113 |
|---|---|
| Zone | Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram; PIN 122017 |
| Where it sits | On the last Gurugram stretch of the expressway before the Delhi–Haryana border, part of the planned South Dwarka corridor (Sectors 112 to 115) around Bajghera village |
| Housing | New gated high-rise projects next to the older Bajghera village lanes |
| Projects listed by portals | Tata La Vida, Smart World One DXP, M3M Mansion, Sidhartha Luxuria Residency, and the M3M 113 Market retail block |
| Metro today | No station inside the sector; the nearest are on the Delhi side, Dwarka Sector 21 (Blue Line and Airport Express) and Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25 (Airport Express) |
| Metro planned | A Bajghera Road stop on Gurugram Metro Phase 2, and a proposed Dwarka Sector 21 to Rezang La Chowk link; neither has an opening date |
| Main roads | Dwarka Expressway (NH 248-BB) with its service road, and Bajghera Road |
| Next-door areas | Sector 112, Palam Vihar, Sector 22 (Mullahera), and Dwarka across the border |
Sector 113 is one of the sectors that the state's urban development body, HSVP, carved out of land around Bajghera for what planners call the South Dwarka corridor. The Bajghera article on Wikipedia describes Sectors 112, 113, 114 and 115 as a planned high-density, transit-oriented zone that ties Delhi's Dwarka sub-city to Gurugram. In everyday terms, the sector is a mix of two very different places: the lanes of an old village and a set of new gated towers along the expressway.
Property portals list a handful of residential projects here. Tata La Vida is the one with its own NXTutors page, and Squareyards also lists Smart World One DXP, M3M Mansion and Sidhartha Luxuria Residency, along with a retail project, M3M 113 Market. Some of these are lived in; others are still being built, and Squareyards notes construction in the surrounding sectors and civic services that are still catching up in some pockets.
For a tutor, that mix matters. A society address usually comes with a guard desk, a visitor app and a tower number. A village address may come with a narrow lane, a house number that a map app cannot find, and parking on the street. If you live on the village side, a landmark and a map pin save the tutor a phone call at the door.
The sector also faces outwards in an unusual way. Its northern neighbour is not another Gurugram sector but Delhi: Wikipedia places Bajghera on the Delhi–Haryana border, touching Dwarka and Bharthal to the north and Palam Vihar and Mullahera (Sector 22) on the Gurugram side. That is why families here often weigh tutors from both sides of the border, and why the route question below is worth five minutes before the demo.
There are few public resident reviews for Sector 113 yet; portal reviews are thin and mostly positive. The themes below come from those reviews and from the portals' own notes on the area, turned into simple tuition decisions.
None of this is a reason to avoid home tuition here. It simply means the first conversation with a tutor should cover the route and the timing, not only the syllabus.
Tutors reach Sector 113 in three main ways, and the shortlist we send usually reflects all three.
Tutors from Palam Vihar, Sector 22 and the older sectors to the south and east come in along local roads rather than the expressway. Squareyards puts Palam Vihar at about 3 km and Udyog Vihar at about 10 km. Bajghera Road is the name to know: it is the road the planned Gurugram Metro Phase 2 stop is named after, and listing sites use it in the address of new projects here. Once that line is built, a tutor from the Sector 22 or Palam Vihar side would have a train link; for now, the trip is by road.
The Gurugram section of the expressway runs elevated from the Delhi border through Sectors 102 to 113, with a parallel service road, according to Wikipedia. Tutors living in the expressway sectors to the south, such as Sector 109 or Sector 110A, can ride up the service road. The whole route became operational in June 2025, so tutors who once avoided the corridor may now find it workable.
On the Delhi side, Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25, the Airport Express terminus inside the convention centre complex, opened in September 2023, and Dwarka Sector 21 is the interchange with the Blue Line. Wikipedia's Bajghera article puts the two at about 5 km and 7 km from the village. A tutor who comes by train will need a cab or auto from either station, so share the exact gate on your side.
When you send a request, say which of these directions suits your family's timetable. It helps us suggest tutors whose daily route already passes near you.
Because Sector 113 mixes gated towers and village houses, the practical steps differ by address.
Tutors who join NXTutors go through an ID check; you can read what that covers on how we check tutors. It is not a police or background check, so the usual sense applies: meet the tutor yourself, keep the door practice you would use for any visitor, and tell us at once if anything feels wrong.
Sector 113 families can ask about CBSE, ICSE/ISC, IB or Cambridge IGCSE. Because Delhi is next door, some children here attend schools on either side of the border, and the board can be the same while the school calendar differs. Tell the tutor the school's own test dates, not just the board.
A home tutor in a new 2 or 3 BHK flat usually has a quiet room to work in; in a village house shared with a joint family, an earlier slot or a weekend morning can be the calmer choice. For the full board comparison, read our CBSE vs ICSE vs IB vs IGCSE guide, or go straight to a CBSE home tutor in Gurgaon if your child's board is already settled.
For young children the trip matters as much as the teaching. A tutor from Palam Vihar or Sector 22 can often manage a short after-school slot, which suits a child who is tired by early evening. Ask for reading, number work and handwriting in the same hour rather than separate subject tutors. See primary home tutors in Gurgaon.
This is the band where maths and science start to separate children who keep up from those who fall behind. One tutor for maths and science together, twice or three times a week, is a common pattern. If the tutor comes from Dwarka, check that they know your school's book series, since schools on the two sides of the border do not always use the same publishers.
Board-year pressure starts in Class 9. Some families here want a subject specialist rather than an all-rounder at this stage. A maths tutor for home lessons who sets weekly timed practice is often the first booking, with science added once the term settles.
Senior-school subjects narrow the pool of tutors who can travel to any one sector. Physics, chemistry and maths at Class 11–12 level, or accountancy and economics for commerce students, may mean a tutor who lives further away, or a mix of one home lesson and one online lesson each week. For entrance preparation, our JEE home tutor page explains how school and entrance work can be combined.
For IB or Cambridge programmes, the tutor's familiarity with the syllabus matters more than distance. Expect to use online lessons for at least part of the week if the specialist you want lives far from the Delhi border.
Board exams for Classes 10 and 12 are set by the boards themselves, so take dates only from the official CBSE, CISCE, IB or Cambridge sites. In the final weeks, many families add an extra session. On this side of the expressway, ask the tutor early whether they can add a weekend morning, because weekday evening slots tend to fill up first and construction diversions can still crop up. If the monsoon is heavy during school tests in July and August, agree that a rained-out evening becomes an online lesson.
Home tuition works well here when the tutor's route is simple: a short trip from Palam Vihar, Sector 22 or a neighbouring expressway sector. Online lessons make sense for specialist subjects, IB and IGCSE, or when the tutor you want lives in central Gurugram or far into Delhi. A coaching centre means your child does the travelling instead, which in a sector without its own metro stop usually means a parent drives.
Many families settle on a blend: home lessons on weekdays with an online tutor for Gurgaon students for a weekend revision class. The free demo is the right time to test the online set-up too: camera, a writing pad and a stable connection.
Across NXTutors, most home-tuition sessions fall between ₹800 and ₹2,500 an hour; Classes 11–12, IB/IGCSE and JEE/NEET sit toward the upper end; specialists for IB HL or JEE Advanced can charge more.
Within that range, the fee depends on the tutor more than on the sector. What moves it: the class and board (senior classes and international boards cost more), the subject (physics and maths specialists are in demand), the tutor's experience, how many sessions you book each week, and how far the tutor travels. A tutor crossing from Delhi or from the far end of the expressway may quote a little more for home lessons than for online ones. Every tutor's fee is shown on the shortlist before the demo, so you can compare before anyone visits.
We could not find a public library, reading room or community centre in Sector 113 that a source confirms. Most children here study at home or in their society's common areas where those exist. If your project has a clubhouse with a quiet room, ask the society office whether residents can book it for a lesson; many families simply use a dining table away from the television.

If you are in Tata La Vida, the project has its own NXTutors page, which opens with the tutors who live or teach there. For any other home in Sector 113, this page is the one to use, and it also shows tutors willing to go anywhere in the sector. If your society has a name but no page yet, mention it; tutors use it to plan the visit.
A good first message is short: the class, the board, the school books in use, the chapters done so far and two or three times that suit your week. With that, we send two or three matched tutors, each showing the fee before a free demo. Note any exam dates coming up, too.
On the NXTutors map, Sector 113 is grouped in the Dwarka Expressway zone. Its PIN, 122017, also appears on ten other area pages, including Sector 110A and Experion Windchants Villas, so mention your society by name. If you live nearer Sector 108 or Sector 107, tutors on those pages may suit you as well, and for a subject such as senior Physics an online class is a reasonable fallback. Sector 104 and Sector 106 are further neighbouring pages.
