Possession is listed from January 2018, which makes this a younger campus than the older Tulip societies of Sector 69 and 70.

NoBroker gives the address as Darbaripur Road in the Badshahpur part of Sector 69, and the project is listed under Haryana RERA. Inside, listings name a community club, a gym, a kids' club with an indoor play area, outdoor play zones and a walkway, with NoBroker adding a pool and courts.

For tuition, size is the real factor. A two-bedroom flat of about 500 square feet rarely has a spare room, so lessons usually happen at the dining table or in the child's bedroom. That is perfectly workable with some planning, which the sections below cover.

A few small set-ups make a big difference. A folding table that comes out only for lessons signals to the child that work has started. A wall calendar showing tutor days, school tests and holidays keeps everyone in the household aware. If two children share a bedroom, stagger their tutor slots so one can use the room while the other is at the table. • Public transport. Sector 69 reviewers call public transport the weak point, and roads outside gated societies still developing. Ask tutors how they will travel before you settle the time.
• Rain. Roads in Sector 69 were waterlogged after a drainage failure in June 2026. Agree an online fallback for such days at the start.

One more theme from the listings: a large number of Tulip Lemon flats appear on rental portals. That is a fact about the market, not about any family, but it has a practical side. NoBroker lists four roads: the Southern Peripheral Road, Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road and Vikas Marg. Metro options are distant. NoBroker puts the Sector 55–56 Rapid Metro station at about 8 km, Sector 54 Chowk at about 9 km, and HUDA City Centre (now Millennium City Centre) on the Yellow Line at about 11 km. Bus stops named for the area are Badshahpur Bus Stand and the Sector 47–48 junction stop. Most tutors therefore ride a scooter, drive or take a cab.

Change is coming but not yet here: the Sector 68–69 missing link was approved in August 2026, and GMDA invited bids in October 2026 for an elevated SPR from Vatika Chowk. The planned Sector 56–Panchgaon metro is still at the revised-report stage. Until these are built, a tutor based on the SPR side is the easier match.

When you compare shortlisted tutors, ask each one plainly where they will start from and how long the trip usually takes them at your chosen hour.
