Housing.com files the same project under DLF Phase 4. In practice, the society sits where Sector 43, DLF Phase 4 and Sushant Lok 1 meet, which is why tutors from all three areas can reach it easily.

BigEstate's amenity list is long for a two-tower society: a clubhouse, pool, gym, library, community hall and multipurpose room, courts for tennis, basketball and badminton, table tennis, a jogging track and a children's play area. • Parking near markets. Visitor and street parking near markets is described as hard to find. The society lists visitor parking, so tell a driving tutor to use it rather than the road.
• Waterlogging on St Thomas Marg. Reviewers report seasonal flooding on this road. In the monsoon, agree that a flooded evening switches to an online class.
• Autos at busy times. Reviewers say autos charge extra at peak hours. A tutor relying on autos from the metro may prefer a non-peak slot.
