These are walled complexes with their own gates. A tutor coming here needs the block name, the tower or pocket, and the flat number, and usually passes a guard at the gate.

Plotted houses on Sector 10A Road

The central part is laid out in plots along Sector 10A Road and its branches. Houses here have numbered plots, and many have more than one floor in use. Direct door access makes the visit simple once the tutor knows which floor.

Colonies towards Khandsa Road

• Highway access. Several reviews value being near NH-48 and the Dwarka Expressway. For tuition, this means a tutor from farther away can still reach the sector, but the approach roads around Hero Honda Chowk set the timing.
• Steady renting. Reviews talk about steady rental demand. Families who move in mid-year often need a tutor quickly to catch up with a new school's pace; say so in the request so the tutor plans a short catch-up phase.
• Metro still to come. One review links rising interest to metro plans. Until a station opens, plan around road travel.

Buses

NoBroker names four bus stops: Kadipur Village, Saraswati Enclave, Hero Honda Chowk and Rajiv Colony FOB. A tutor coming from the city or across the highway can get off at Hero Honda Chowk and take a short auto ride in.

What the metro plans change

Gurugram Metro Line 2's first phase, now under construction, lists a station at Hero Honda Chowk, with an interchange to the planned regional rapid transit line, and further stations at Sector 10 and Basai. When those open, a tutor from central Gurugram may be able to arrive by train. Until then, ask tutors how they will come and how long the trip takes them at your class time.

For young children, nearness counts. A tutor based in Sector 10, Sector 9 or Kadipur can come three or four times a week for shorter sessions. In the apartment blocks, a quiet corner of the living room works; in a house, a ground-floor room with a table near a window is enough.

Classes 6 to 8

Maths, science and English carry most of the weight. One tutor covering all three is common at this stage. Ask for a monthly check on the topics your child keeps getting wrong, and a short written test every few weeks.

Classes 9 and 10
