Sector 23A is a small sector with three quite different parts packed into it, and a tutor's first visit changes with each.
The NorthCap University, mapped by OpenStreetMap with the old name ITM University as an alternative, takes up a large block in the middle of the sector. Streets around it carry names like "ITM University Rd" in property listings, and NoBroker shows rooms, studio lets and PG accommodation close to it. Homes on this side tend to be independent houses and standalone buildings with several floors. Ticona Park sits beside the campus, and a water pumping station is mapped near the sector's eastern edge.
OpenStreetMap marks Daulat Nasirabad / Carterpuri as a separate residential area inside the sector boundary, around the hospital on the western side. Village lanes are narrower and less regular than a HUDA grid, and house numbers can be hard to follow. Listings here use landmarks such as the village, nearby schools or the hospital for directions; families should do the same for a tutor.
The western corner of the sector merges with Palam Vihar at Rezang La Chowk, where the Palam Triangle market, a bank branch and a fuel station on Major Sushil Aima Marg are mapped. Homes near this corner are easiest for tutors already teaching in Palam Vihar.
NoBroker lists Palam Vihar and Om Vihar as sub-localities of Sector 23A, and names Palam Vihar Extension and Sectors 22 and 23 as its neighbours. Small named projects such as GD Homes appear in listings, but there is no large gated society here, so most tutors come straight to the house door.

NoBroker places the nearest working metro, Cyber City on the Rapid Metro, about 5.3 km away, so a tutor using the metro still needs an auto or cab. Two projects could change that later. Gurugram Metro Line 2's second phase lists a station named Sector 23A, but that phase is under planning without a date. A separate proposal would extend the Airport Express (Orange) Line from Rezang La Chowk toward Dwarka; Wikipedia records its DPR as submitted in June 2026 and under consideration. Neither helps a tutor this school year.
Palam Vihar Halt is listed at about 3.4 km and Bijwasan at about 5.7 km. A few tutors from the Delhi side use these, then finish by auto.
A working rule for planning the week: a tutor based in Palam Vihar, Sector 23 or Sector 22 can usually come four or five evenings without strain. A tutor driving in from Sohna Road or Golf Course Road is more realistic for two or three visits, with the remaining sessions online.
